Soggiorno di 2 notti

The staff was very friendly and tried to resolve problems. The tub dripped and the sink drained VERY slowly. They said they’d take of it on Sat. On second thought we asked that they do it after we left as we didn’t want it to be OUT of ORDER while we were there as so many other things were(pool, ice machine, Minute Maid machine). The hall smelled. The elevator wasn’t air conditioned and the floors didn’t light up, the stop was abrupt and noisy. The working ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t have a tray to put the ice bucket on. I asked for 4 pillows and I only had 3. Why ask for special requests when it wasn’t done? The breakfast consisted of 3 bananas, 4 dry cereal choices, waffles, 2 jugs of juice,tea, coffee jelly(for what, waffles?) The floor was wet by the conditioner in the breakfast room and the ceiling near there dripped on me. The room was also a storage room, WHY? The staff had to come up to show us how to get the TV to work and a lot of the channels had a weak connection. The shower curtain had 2 dead bugs on it.
