The elevator was out of service. There is no room service and no breakfast before 8am. Considering the price and claim in terms of number of stars this is nowhere near the level it is positioned.

Property is a little run down, and the room decor isn’t great - very dark, surrounded by shelving, etc. Also quite a lot of noise, not from the church bells as others have written, but from music playing downstairs in the cafe (which is excellent by the way!) Very central location though which was great.

Goede ontvangst met drankje van het huis. Kamers groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Sliepen aan de voorzijde. Wel gehorig. Ontbijt perfect en voldoende

A really nice room in a friendly hotel and a really good location. We had a really enjoyable stay. Fabulous breakfast. However, a few things would make this an exceptional hotel. There wasn't a safe in the room, given that the customers of the cafe below have access to the rooms' area for the toilets, this should be a must. There was nowhere to hang your clothes/coats etc, except for a coat stand. Some coat hangers would be useful. Lastly, there is no bespoke reception area. The cafe staff checked us in, in-between serving customers with their food. All of that said, I would probably stay here again - the room was super.
