Fint sted men meget larm fra sporvogne hele natten

I only have positive things to say about the room itself: spacious, clean, fresh sheets, comfortable beds, and a kitchenette with the basics you might need. The bathroom is large as well. The train station is just 100 meters away — you can feel some vibrations and hear it a bit, but it’s not very disturbing. What happened to me was that I booked through Hotels.com and paid with Klarna. When I checked in at the hotel, the exact same amount was charged again, plus the tourist tax. At check-out, I couldn’t check out myself using the screen, so I called the hotel. The man on the phone was super friendly, spoke English, and explained that I would get a refund a bit later. I haven’t received it yet, but I trust that it will come.

Överlag helt ok boende, inget märkvärdigt, men om man bokar genom Hotels.com kräver de att man även betalar på plats, hela kostnaden, vilket är både absurt och orimligt.

Die Unterkunft war leider schon etwas heruntergekommen. Türen beschädigt, Betten zerkratzt. Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist nicht richtig montiert, sodass man sich im schlimmsten Fall verletzen kann. Die Tür zur Unterkunft ist nicht abschließbar. Dazu war es laut und hat nach Zigaretten gestunken!

Direkt vor dem Appartement ist zur Zeit eine riesen 24h Baustelle. Gut, das kann man nicht ändern, allerdings wäre ein Hinweis bei der Buchungsbestätigung sehr nett gewesen. Es war eine Tortur überhaupt zu dem Appartement zu kommen. Gründlich gereinigt wurde auch nicht. Die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher lag unter dem Bett, genauso wie eine leere Wasserflasche vom Vorgänger.
