Très bel hôtel, très bien situé. La piscine est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner très complet. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé grâce a notre statut Gold Hôtels.com. Le personnel a vraiment été à l’écoute et très agréable. Parking sous l’hôtel au tarif très raisonnable vu la situation de l’hôtel.

The Setai is conveniently located in old town Jaffa right on the beach. It’s a beautiful hotel with history and amazing architecture. The food was great and the bartenders Victoria and Hanna were brilliant. Our only compliant is with the concierge. There was confusion that turned to hostility. And now we have a concierge in Jerusalem to compare them too and I’d rate Setai zero in this area.

We are looking for this property since it is facing the sea, as well as the gym; upon arrival it is difficult to find the parking lot since if you have a car you have to leave your suitcases in the lobby and from there move until you find the place; there is no signage that says hotel parking; there is no valet parking; confusing, at check-in there was no possibility of room upgrade; We went to the hotel bar in the area overlooking the sea for a beautiful sunset; good brunch in the restaurant. The room with the necessary; regarding the bathroom, it had a water outlet in the shower, we flooded each time we bathed, we had dinner in the restaurant on the first floor, the place was very nice and the food was good, the day of check-out we asked for one more hour and the only answer was IMPOSSIBLE, don't even let us see the option in order 70/30 we won't be back there are better options at this price

Overall, really nice hotel, but couldn't stand the smell of the AC in the property and the rooms. I thought the roads would be more remodeled than they were OK . What the stuff was amazing really good breakfast. I gave her breakfast. Five stars. Also, the restaurant in the hotel was amazing. Really good food really good sushi really good stuff. Just didn't like the hotel needs a little bit rewarding and I thought it was newer.

It’s a gorgeous hotel in a perfect location if you want to walk to the Old City and great shopping, etc. The staff were sweet, the rooms clean and hip and comfortable. Everything about the hotel is 5 star. But I was on the street and it is a bit noisy at times. Not enough to ruin sleep or not stay there but just had to let people know.

However, staff were kind but poorly trained, and the service was inconsistent, below expectations for a Leading Hotels of the World . Arrival experiences: I was greeted, but my parents were not, and I had to find help myself then luggage misplaced. the security guard at the entrance was unwelcoming, saying it wasn’t his job to assist guests. I don't blame him its how he was trained. The minibar in my room was broken and nearly empty. I had to ask for water to be delivered to the room (hot country )Some of our rooms received water and welcome treats, others, like my son’s, received nothing. Hotel information was unreliable, we were told no restaurants were open on Saturday, but two in fact were. Lastly, the noise levels at the pool and restaurant were uncomfortably high, unusual for a supposed five-star hotel. The hotel experience in Israel leaves something to be desired.

I understand this property has ancient history connected to it. When i came in the smell was overpowered with rose and misty. I booked for the dinner at the restaurant. No one wanted to serve me. The saving grace was the kind and caring manager who was willing to take care of everything. At that point i was so disappointed i left. The next night i stayed, i had class. I returned and tried to order myself a fruit plate from the late night menu. They told me the restaurant was closed they will call me to see what they can do. No one called so i went down to reception. Of which the person on call was kind and caring. He tried to get me a fruit plate. When the waitress came she told me she was afraid glass may be in the fruit. There was a plate that dropped earlier and she couldnt in good conscience serve it. I gave the 3 stats because of the 2 people that went out of their way to help me.

I understand this property has ancient history connected to it. When i came in the smell was overpowered with rose and misty. I booked for the dinner at the restaurant. No one wanted to serve me. The saving grace was the kind and caring manager who was willing to take care of everything. At that point i was so disappointed i left. The next night i stayed, i had class. I returned and tried to order myself a fruit plate from the late night menu. They told me the restaurant was closed they will call me to see what they can do. No one called so i went down to reception. Of which the person on call was kind and caring. He tried to get me a fruit plate. We are looking for this property since it is facing the sea, as well as the gym; upon arrival it is difficult to find the parking lot since if you have a car you have to leave your suitcases in the lobby and from there move until you find the place; there is no signage that says hotel parking; there is no valet parking; confusing, at check-in there was no possibility of room upgrade; We went to the hotel bar in the area overlooking the sea for a beautiful sunset; good brunch in the restaurant. The room with the necessary; regarding the bathroom, it had a water outlet in the shower, we flooded each time we bathed, we had dinner in the restaurant on the first floor, the place was very nice and the food was good, the day of check-out we asked for one more hour and the only answer was IMPOSSIBLE, don't even let us see the option in order 70/30 we won't be back there are better options at this price

It’s a gorgeous hotel in a perfect location if you want to walk to the Old City and great shopping, etc. The staff were sweet, the rooms clean and hip and comfortable. Everything about the hotel is 5 star. But I was on the street and it is a bit noisy at times. Not enough to ruin sleep or not stay there but just had to let people know.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé. La piscine est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner très complet. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé grâce a notre statut Gold Hôtels.com. Le personnel a vraiment été à l’écoute et très agréable. Parking sous l’hôtel au tarif très raisonnable vu la situation de l’hôtel.

Overall, really nice hotel, but couldn't stand the smell of the AC in the property and the rooms. I thought the roads would be more remodeled than they were OK . What the stuff was amazing really good breakfast. I gave her breakfast. Five stars. Also, the restaurant in the hotel was amazing. Really good food really good sushi really good stuff. Just didn't like the hotel needs a little bit rewarding and I thought it was newer.

Nice hotel next to the beach. Staff is Rude and patronizing guests. The hotel also got 50% group on the hotel and the hotel was fully booked. It was like a Jungle!!! So much mess, loud and the staff cannot manage the fully booked hotel. It was terrible. Pool was packed with no place to sit, kids all over the “no kids pool”. The hotel gave us “free breakfast “ and pool access as an apology. I don’t know if we will use it
