It’s a very nice hotel, conveniently close from the international crossing bridge, clean rooms, a little downside was that the pool was closed but besides that everything was according the expectations.

I highly recommend you avoid this hotel. It is poorly maintained (gym out of service, AC's leaking in rooms, sheet rock tape peeling off walls, elevator buttons literally taped on). The continental breakfast is a joke. Literally 2 kinds of cereal and sliced bread for toast. Literally just those 2 options. And beware, just because they have amenities listed in the hotel description doesn't mean they have them. Example is no coffee makers in rooms. They haven't had them since the pandemic but they're still listed in the description. Also this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Closest thing is a gas station that's a half a mile away. After that there's nothing around.

The property has run down quick, we stayed there when the property was fairly new. Upon arriving at our room we noticed the terrible odor of dampness and mold. There was an air purifier machine in the hallway. We could smell the same thing in the room as well. The ice machine was removed from the floor and you have to go down to the 1st floor for ice. The a/c unit wasn’t working properly so we had to be moved to another room. Went to the free breakfast and the food was very limited. No fruit The pool water was a little cloudy and dirty and sitting chairs were also limited. All in all, we were comfortable and relaxed. I’m not staying here again.

They had no breakfast options like it was advertised, just cereal and toast. Also vending machine takes your money. They did no room service and when asked if we could get it done they said we had to leave now because the housekeeping lady needs to get it done so she can clock out. So we ended up borrowing the vacuum ourselves and got new towels and sheets and did it ourselves. Also the pool was freezing and the hot in was just cement. The jetted tub in the room was great until it blew a fuse and the light cut out and the jets stopped working

This hotel has excellent value for the money. It is very clean and the staff was very nice to us. We were there for a total of 4 nights and everything was perfect. Normally you get what you pay for, but with this hotel you get a whole lot more. Highly recommended.

The room had terrible mold smell. The wall locker had mold all over inside and the doors. The table eas about to fall down. No remote for Tv . Little fridge was not working . Staff was trying to give us diffrent room but no thank you .They first only wanted to give us refund for 1 night we had booked for to with dog and a child but after talking for a bit the agreed to refund us for both nights .

From when I walked in the worker greeted me told me to enjoy my concert I went to and if I needed anything to call and they would be right now. The room was so nice! Very clean and a big room for being a 1 bed. I enjoyed my stay and would go stay at this place again!!

This hotel was within walking distance of the arena. This was a good thing since it saved us money on venue parking and the traffic of entering/exiting the area. However, given it is so close, you can hear everything that is happening at the arena. Sleeping was nearly impossible until about 2am when all the events and traffic cleared out. Its also a ways away from any stores/restaurants.

La propiedad está muy bonita, tiene buenas instalaciones, las camas muy cómodas, buena amplitud, los baños limpios, sin embargo bajo la clasificación para mi por la actitud de una recepcionista, se que el check in es a las 3 pm, llegue a las 12 pm y le solicite de favor que me cuidara una maleta en lo que llegaba a las 3, de una manera grosera y prepotente me negó el servicio, me sorprendió ya que en otros hoteles te apoyan con esa requisición, también no hay agua en los cuartos para tomar ni en Recepcion ni tampoco las máquinas de vending

Rented a room but ac unit was not functioning. Went to front desk to let them know but said they couldn’t do anything since they didn’t have extra rooms. When I went to check out I brought up the issue again because I wasn’t able to rest since it was hot in the room. I asked for a discount or anything to help out with the inconvenience but the person at the front desk was not able to give me one.

It is an old hotel so the facilities in general need to be renovated. The room smelled bad, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, too hard so my wife and I got back and neck pain. No water included, we had to pay 4 bucks for 2 small water bottles, since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere the is not other option. Breakfast was Ok and liked that just a few guests around. Plenty of space in the parking area.

Si pides que incluya desayuno (como yo lo hice) te aviso mejor ahorratelo, triste es poco. Cafe tibio y olvidado, cereal de 2 tipos, y un tostador que se toma su tiempo pero dio el resultado deseado, mermela de fresa y uva y mantequilla de bote, una jarra (termica) con tang de naranja, triste, triste triste. Sabia que no debia pedirles mucho, pero esto no llega ni a intento, una lastima. Cuando pregunte por si trairian algo mas su respuesta fue "NO, es es lo que hay "desayuno Contiental" a lo que le respondi que no llegaba ni a "desayuno municipal". En general el hotel esta bien. Limpio, personal atento. Cuenta con accesos controlados por la tarjeta de huesped por puertas laterales. El elevador es amplio y rapido. Tienen maquinas expendedoras en el lobby y de hielo en cada piso. La alberca es pequeña pero para niños es suficiente.

The property has run down quick, we stayed there when the property was fairly new. Upon arriving at our room we noticed the terrible odor of dampness and mold. There was an air purifier machine in the hallway. We could smell the same thing in the room as well. The ice machine was removed from the floor and you have to go down to the 1st floor for ice. The a/c unit wasn’t working properly so we had to be moved to another room. Went to the free breakfast and the food was very limited. No fruit The pool water was a little cloudy and dirty and sitting chairs were also limited. All in all, we were comfortable and relaxed. I’m not staying here again.

The area looks clean and front desk service excellent. I had problems with the shower, the water stream was too weak. But my biggest dissapointment was the false advertisement about free breakfast. There was only coffee and cereal. I can get coffee at any hotel and I dont eat cereal. Minimum should have some eggs wit sausage on the side.

Staff was good, the smell of the hotel is not too good it does have a smell like old/carpety.. We got a room with JACUZZI BUT!, it was a bad experience!! The light from there kept cutting off, the bubbling cut off as well something was wrong! Nxt day the Hotel WAS WITH NO WATER FOR More than 3 hrs!!! I WAS TAKING A SHOWER AND THEY CUT IT OFF! We had to be at an event at certain time so that was a very bad experience! & the Jacuzzi did the same thing the nxt day it worked for like 5 min then boom light, bubbles cut off! And i had no type of credit or anything since it was on them.
