Ramada Graand Swiss Sukhumvit 11

Les employés sont polis et efficaces. Mon check in a été rapide. Une coupure de courant était prévue et une note a été donnée la veille poir prévenir La sécurité de l'établissement est déficiente. Il n'y a pas d'éclairage de sécurité dans les couloirs ni les escaliers que je devais prendre pour descendre mes bagages. Il y avait des plateaux de repas plein de vaisselle sale sur les marches dès mon arrivéele vendredi soir et toujours là le dimanche matin donc je devais les contourneravec valise et téléphoneen mode lampe. Il y avait également des insectes dans le dit escalier probablement à cause de la nourriture.

Had a very nice experience. I arrived early and they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage in a secure room whilst I toured and shopped. When I came back the staff member had remembered all of my details so check in was swift. Nice gym for running. Excellent rooftop pool and views. Next time I’m in Bangkok I will definitely be back.

The hotel was decent and clean. Rooms had good AC, were quiet and beds were decent. Clearly an aged property but they have done some work to spruce it up. Pool was not operational while we were there and rooms were not ready at check in time. Staff gave a “free upgrade” to all 12 separate bookings we had… doubt that as it was the exact room I booked. Maybe an appeasement statement for the late rooms and no pool. Perfect spot if you’re gonna club/drink like crazy or like the “red light district”…. but after a few days, constantly being approached for this restaurant, that bar, or “otherwise” got pretty annoying.

Service was good, rooms well maintained and looked after. The single elevator to the roof can be busy but it’s a great spot with a good location. Very awesome thanks guys! We loved our stay here.

The room was excellent, very clean and had a very nice bathroom for a hotel in asia, this hotel is perfect if you are looking to experience the night life, but if you are traveling with family its also very secure and the staff while giving you privacy are very attentive to your needs. I will definitely be staying here again when i next visit thailand. Final note, it has 2 rooftop bars and 1 is very quiet and laid back while the other is extravagant and has great music, they both have lovey views of the city skyline I definetly recommend using them if you visit.

We usually stay at hotels along Sukhumvit Soi 11. The Ramada was not bad at all! The room was very clean, the hotel has a small roof top pool which we missed. The hotel was very close to my favorite bar/restaurant : Hemingway’s and walking distance to Nana BTS station 😉 Very convenient and a great value:)

This was a nice hotel close to BTS, MRT, and terminal 21. Check in and check out were both fast and simple. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool has a great lookout as well as the top floor restaurant. Parking is limited but available.

Hôtel très moyen et en travaux, si vous aimé le bruit et la poussiere partout c'est parfait oublié la terrasse extérieure et la piscine également fermé ainsi que le dernier étage du rooftop en démolition. Et personnel moyennement accueillant très rare en Thaïlande ça. Plus rien à voir avec le Grand Swiss ou j'ai souvent séjourné auparavant dernière fois plus jamais!

Staff service was excellent. Hotel facilities are dated. Located in one of the many side alley's surrounded by low end shops and market's.

The room safe wasn't operational. The Staff was friendly. The TV remotes might last longer if a channel list was printed and available in the room. Lots of international TV channels to choose from. The Gym is open 24 hours day. Room was a little small but sufficient for me.

Entire hotel has a smell about it that is really gross. Stayed 1 night out of a planned 3 nights... struggled to sleep due to the smell... staff are lovely... not their fault

Bemötandet var bra. Vi fick checka in tidigare då vi hade barn. Rummet dock slitet och ganska ofräscht. Fläckar på väggar, vatten i duschen och dålig undanrinning i handfat. Vi saknade även varmvatten. Ganska lyhört. Funkade ändå en natt men hade inte velat stanna längre. Helt okej poolområde!

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, the property itself is in need of a major renovation. The reception area is clean and tidy, the room we were given however had water lime depsoits throughout the bathroom (not easy for a hotel cleaner to remove) the area where the window sill meets the window looks to be rotting. The carpet leading from the elevator to the rooms looks like it comes from the 1950's and is stained and worn. There were several areas where it was apparent a water leak was penetarting the walls. The walls were so thin i could hear the person in the room next to us snoring. I take my hat off to the staff who remained professional and friendly throughout whilst having to work and represnt a hotel with so much work required to get it to a satisfactory standard.

Enjoyed our stay at Ramada by Wyndham Sukhumvit 11. Great staff. Lovely property. Room was immaculately clean. Bangkok is a lively tropical international city. This was a great respite for our two days in the city before heading home.

Friendly staff, clean rooms

Upon entering the room, I was immediately greeted by a strong pungent alcoholic smell, presumably from the cleanser or fragrance used. To my disappointment, the room proved to be dirty and infested with insects. Mosquitoes were flying around, and I discovered dead insects on the floor and even on the bed. Furthermore, the headboard was peeling off and clumsily glued back together. Despite booking a giant-size bed, I was provided with two single beds merged together, leaving an uncomfortable gap. Additionally, there were instances of paint peeling on the walls and ceiling, with the bathroom ceiling exhibiting signs of mold. My experience was further marred by the incessant noise emanating from a bar located beneath my room, disrupting my sleep every night. Moreover, the hot water in the shower failed to function properly. When I approached the reception to address these issues and request a room change, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked with no available rooms. However, no further action or communication was initiated by the hotel until 9:30 pm on the third day after I complained that dead insects throughout the room, including on the pillow even after the housekeeping. However, I declined the offer due to my imminent departure in the morning. I am disappointed by the slow response time and perceived lack of attentiveness to guest requests. I am disappointed by the poor room quaility, slow response time and lack of attentiveness to guest requests.

The hotel room we booked was very small with no windows. We decided to upgrade but the only option was a executive room for 1200 baht more a night. Breakfast was not included in the room price. We have stayed in the area before and the other places were better value for money. The hotel position was convenient for the sky train.

Room is very large

I was given small cell like room with no window and a 6 1/2 foot ceiling, faulty fire alarm that flashed bright white light every 3 seconds. Next day changed to room with window, small but ok. Good location but noisy with rap bar on first floor. Excellent staff helped with room change problem. If you stay here insist on room with window!!

Very nice property for the price. I was also upgraded to a nice Quite room. Soft mattress. Had a great night sleep despite hotel being in the close proximity of night life. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very dated, postage stamp size room that can not fit 2 suit cases. Major issue with hot water, takes 7-10 minutes that lukewarm water comes out. Service is attentive, the bar restaurant on the 19th floor is nice.

the hot water shower was not working properly. room was somewhat dark but this was resolved when i asked for an additional table lamp

i was given a room upgrade which I appreciate. The upgraded room is in the annex building. While the upgraded room is bigger, it also looked run-down and dark with several switches not working. The technicians checked and commented that all the rooms are the same (with non-functioning switches) and room brightness matter was only resolved with an additional table lamp. So while the room upgraded was much appreciated, the stay experience was not very pleasant, unfortunately.

Second time I've stayed here, but this was the best. Great stay with a great room. Loved the city view!

Good hotel in a great location Many bars & restaurants on the doorstep. Very quiet in the room even though in the middle of a busy nightlife area.

Booked for 2 nights, traveling with my mother who walks with a cane. We arrived a couple of hours before check-in and were able to leave our luggage. Despite the lobby being very busy, when we returned we were informed that we had been upgraded due to the need for elevator access. The staff was fantastic, the room was very clean and comfortable and the common areas very welcoming. Good options for breakfast, some great dining options right down the lane, easy access (3min walk) to Nana station (BTS). Terminal 21 shopping 10 minute walk away. Will definitely return next time in BKK.

Always get upgraded and staff are brilliant

If you choose to sleep at this hotel, ask them how many towels each room should have and make sure you have that many towels after every room clean. After 1 1/2 week of searching for the right hotel, I choose this hotel because it was in a spot I like, and the reviews were good. I thought it was the right hotel after so many restless nights searching until we checked out and we were accused of stealing towels, and they were going to charge us for the missing towels. I booked couple rooms and nights for my group. The first night we were there we had 2 small towels and 2 bath towels but the next day when the maid came to clean our rooms, she never gave us 2 small towels, she only gave us 1 small towel. I noticed it but I didn't think it was a big deal, I thought she forgot to give us the other one and didn't bother to ask the front desk about it. But when we checked out the front desk told me and one other person from my group that we had missing towels and will be charged for it. I told them that we did not take their towels that everyone from all over this world had been using. We have our own towels and after the maid cleaned our rooms, she never gave us the other towel, for them to ask her about it.

Arrived early 12.30pm (check in at 14.00) but to my surprise the ladies gave me a room upgrade and said my room was ready great way to start your stay. All staff were very friendly and helpful will definitely stay here again 👍👍👍👍👍

Ramada by Wyndham Sukhumvit 11 is a well located hotel on Soi 11, close to a good number of bars and restaurants and an easy walk to Nana BTS station. Considering its location, the hotel is extremely quiet as it is on a side alley, just off Soi 11 so away from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit Rd but close to walk there to take in the atmosphere. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and the rooms were spacious, clean and tidy (if a little tired). My only slight niggle was that the hospitality staff (restaurant & bar) were not overly helpful. When we came down for breakfast on our first morning, we were never made aware that we could order eggs to our liking and it wasn’t until we were leaving that we saw someone do this. Later that afternoon we went to the Pool Bar for Happy Hour drinks (as advertised) but couldn’t find anybody to serve us at the bar, even after waiting 10 minutes) so we decided to go elsewhere. Apart from that, we had an enjoyable stay.

Staff professional and property good. Area is very close to bts, restaurants, shopping malls, but it is very lively/adult themed more than other areas. Would not stay again in Nana for that reason.

Great location, comfy and clean room, walking distance to 7-eleven and terminal 21 mall / station. They have a nice skybar, safe area just consider is Suk area, lots of pedestrians and noise outside at all time. Didn't have issues with noise in the room.

The location is great, close the the BTS and lots of restaurants and bars closeby.

Staying here second time in a week. The hotel is located in the middle of everything, so convenient. Use Exit 3 of BTS station and the hotel is 4 minutes walk. So many dining options. Highly recommended.

Breakfast had cereal, but no milk. When ask for milk, i was basically ignored.

Excellent service and very clean throughout. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the amenities were well maintained. The room had a mild odor, and the shower drained poorly. Breakfast could be improved—it mostly consisted of microwaved croissants and muffins. Overall, a comfortable and well-run hotel.

The staff are awesome, so nice and so welcoming. We also were upgraded to a premium room. My only recommendation is that the breakfast be kept hot or at least warm. Most breakfast items were cold which made for a least favorable experience. Location is great and would return again. Thank you!

Very nice spacious room and the staff are very helpful. Location is also very good. However, the only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast buffet. It wasn’t good and it didn’t have many food options there were no bakeries pastries or cheeses. It was either eggs or rice and chicken which we don’t eat so we didn’t have breakfast the rest of our days there.

For 2-3 nights is worth , Personals at the reception very good service minded and helpful but in the restaurant , just made Diskussion with the guests more than find the way out for the problem. Breakfast was not so good. Not fresh
