Bougainvillea Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this property on St. John. The property manager Chris is fabulous and attended to everything we needed. The condo has been recently updated and has two true master suites, which make it perfect for two couples traveling together. The location is ideal within easy walking distance to Cruise Bay. Views are fabulous.

An amazing week at an amazing property. Our host (Chris) was easy to interact with. The convenient location to Cruz Bay made it easy to explore all of STJ. It appears this unit will be transitioning to the new Saint resort. Being connected to it provided an early glimpse at what is a beautiful property too.

Amazing stay. Been to St John several times now. This is a beautiful condo. AC was perfection, loved the multiple porches, morning greeting from peacocks at your door was a plus. Easily walkable to Downtown, didn’t need a car to get back and forth to town. Cabs can be snagged in town too for beaches etc. location is actually next to gallows point. Location on VRBO links it towards the center of town. Communication with manager can be prolonged but he does eventually get back with you just really busy and is very nice! Best to message via text. There is some construction next door happening. Only during the day time and we were out of the house most of the time this was happening, didn’t bother us. Perfect for two couples.

Beautiful property, great location, off street parking. Difficult to connect with property manager about check-in and questions/issues. Though concierge type services/assistance advertised, absolutely not available.

Funny enough, we ended up here when our first VRBO did not take Amex. So glad that happened! Villa Bougainvillea was amazing, completely updated and modern, the view from the second floor had picture perfect sunsets every night. It’s a 5 minute walk to town. Parking for your jeep. And our own resident peacock. The only downside, I think it’s becoming part of a larger resort/hotel called The Saint in the near future, so get there while you can!
