Botànic Apartaments

Appartement spacieux. Salon salle à manger éloigné de la chambre. Nous aurions apprécié qu’il y ait un peu plus de tiroirs dans les placards et un meuble dans le salon.

The apartament was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. Everything was great but it seemed a little unsafe and it was hard to park. Turns out there is a near by Parking At the food Market So we ended up having snacks there.

The location is good. The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned before we checked in. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and we stayed for 5 nights. We had a total of 4 large and a 2 small towels for our whole stay. The property didn’t have a laundry. I messaged the property to request more towels and never get the towels or an answer so we had to buy the towels. The property has a 2 A/Cs but none of them the temperature isn’t controllable. The property has a loft with an extra room but it’s not under the air conditioner and it’s useless since it’s a 100F over there all the time. We travel a lot and spend time in many apartments and hotels. This was by far the dirtiest place we’ve ever stayed in.

Terrible experience. Non ci hanno permesso di midificare le date di soggiorno, quando era in atto una alluvione a valencia e avremmo dovuto viaggiare con nostra figlia piccola. Si sono tenuti i nostri soldi...zero professionalità

- The house keeping staff was very friendly. - Upfront check in was very comfortable - excellent location - good key exchange (very pragmatic) - good to reach bypublic transport - Disadvantage: communication is requested by WhatsApp messanger - we are not using this, have mentioned this several times, but the "customer service" referred to it
