The staff was most helpfull & with superb attention to detail. The internal facilities are excellent( fully refurbished rooms ). The building's exterior looks a little tired, but don't let that put you off, we'll stay here again.

Our room was nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was yummy with 2 eggs any style, 2 meat options of bacon, sausage or ham, really nice hashbrowns and toast, coffee and tea. The hotel is in renovation mode. Our room was updated and very clean with a good size fridge, TV, wifi, comfortable beds and pillows, a good supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap, a blow dryer and very soft white towels. The hallway carpet had not yet been done and was dirty but will be replaced soon and I am sure it will look just as nice as the room. The parking lot is dirt, potholes and broken blacktop. Hopefully that will also be upgraded. We would stay here again.

Driving up it looked shabby and old and it is mega old, but the beds were great, service was awesome, and I even had the complimentary breakfast between 10-11 am. What other hotel does that?! The friendliness and services overshadow the condition of this place.

I had a great stay! It was recently renovated so I'd say not to look at the reviews before July. The room was spotless and the clerks were really nice. Though, it wasn't super soundproof so I could hear the plumbing, but nothing that could stop from sleeping. I would stay again

Nice hotel. Breakfast was a choice of an early continental breakfast or a later regular breakfast, with a selection of protein, how you want your eggs, and a choice of bread and potato chunks. They can call them hashbrowns all they want but hashbrowns are shredded potatoes and then grilled. The chunks cant even be called home fries because they are coated and I think baked but could be deep fried. So one small mention, there are alot of construction people who stay here and they have to get up early so if you dont sleep like the dead like my daughter you may want some ear plugs. Super sweet people who stay and work here, just noisy in the early AM and they like to unwind with some adult pops after work in the parking lot. But very nice folks just a little loud. Great for entertainment value!

My floor has definite rot under the carpet. The room temp was 27C because the air conditioner was off. The tub shower tap only works about 1/4 with most water not being directed to the shower head! Fix these items and you would have received a 5 star

The room service was not great. We got a worn out coffee machine, the room floor was broken which was difficult for us to walk over especially with my kid, and the toothpaste was also not provided at first. However, they fixed those when we told them, but didn’t expect this from Ramada.😌

This property offer free breakfast but it is a rip off. My guys have to eat else where. The staff refuse to serve breakfast between 6am - 7:30AM. Not the nicest staff as well nor helpful. My guys requested never to extend their stay nor book their hotel in Ramada Dawson Creek .

So one small mention, there are alot of construction people who stay here and they have to get up early so if you dont sleep like the dead like my daughter you may want some ear plugs. Super sweet people who stay and work here, just noisy in the early AM and they like to unwind with some adult pops after work in the parking lot. But very nice folks just a little loud. Great for entertainment value!

Nice hotel. Breakfast was a choice of an early continental breakfast or a later regular breakfast, with a selection of protein, how you want your eggs, and a choice of bread and potato chunks. They can call them hashbrowns all they want but hashbrowns are shredded potatoes and then grilled. Bed was comfortable. Older property but renovated. Breakfast was perfect. Was given a voucher for basic bacon and egg breakfast cooked to order or a discount on another menu option. Great value. Friendly staff.

The staff made this place what it is. We truly enjoyed every staff we encountered in our two days. The room looks re-done recently. The place is a touch worn down but honestly,we will stay again no problem due to the staff.

breakfast was good but the attached restaurant where it is served was dirty, dated and worn. The outside of the motel is questionable. I asked about the inside because if it was in the same condition, I was not staying there. The interior has been renovated and it in good shape although the old building has limited sound proofing.

Poor quality motel. It’s old tired and doesn’t present normal Ramada quality. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. Kitchenette very poor quality. The Chairs are cheap wobbly and mismatched. Paper/paint bubbling and torn on wall. Very dim lighting. Each room had a hole in the wall drilled for wire to come out and the attached old crumbly power bars. Portable rolling air conditioners with air intake hoses drilled into holes into walls. The emergency light had a hole drilled in wall with electrical cord then plugged into old extension cord. We travel extensively and will no longer consider Ramada as a hotel of choice.
