The ice machine didn't work at all while there and I asked the front desk a couple of times and she insisted I had to sit there and wait for the ice to come out. Granted it was very hot out and it may have been not running properly but she was far from any help. Once ice cube in five minutes. I told them there was a stain on one of the sheets and we had ants that got into cookies and other food that I had to throw out. When I got back later that day it still wasn't attended to. I had to find the cleaning lady and ask her for help. The front desk lady didn't seem to want to be bothered. Our phone in the room didn't work so I went to the desk each time. The pool water was also green looking so we didn't bother with it. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that we have been to that we will go to in the future and won't be back here. I will say the cleaning lady and other staff smiled and seemed nice.
