Staff was great. Free breakfast not bad at all. The waffles are delicious! Almost make it all worth it. Place is a little worse for wear. It’s fine overall. The gym is a zero. If you plan on using “the gym”, it’s just a treadmill and a bike. That’s it. Overall it’s fine.

Rooms were standard nothing overly special. Breakfast was good with variety, the staff working breakfast were excellent friendly and kept all well stocked. The pool area was not super. Smaller pool, cold and very wet slippery ground. I would stay again.

convenient location, easy in and out to and from downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful, unfortunately, the cleanliness needs a bit more work-the phone and remote did not appear to be cleaned recently, a bit more dust than would be expected and I got various bites the first night while sleeping. The staff were very apologetic and provided us with a new room and discounted our cost but I'm still dealing with healing from one of the bites.

Staying at the Hampton Inn in Marshall was terrific. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The property was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. It is conveniently close to I-94; yet, it was quiet with no road noise. It is vastly superior to other similarly priced hotels in the area. We will stay here in our future visits to the area.

Erica at the front desk was excellent, kind, super helpful, and very nice with our dog. All the other staff were very friendly as well. The chairs in the room were a bit threadbare but the bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast. Would stay here again.

We were staying there because our power was out from a storm. The fire alarm went off at 2:20 am. There was no explanation as to why this happened and the night duty person was not communicative during the situation. No apologies or discounts were given for the disruption in our sleep.

We have stayed there two other times and never had a problem. This time the staff was rude on several occasions. Then there was dogs barking all night, then noise complaints being made against us when we were sleeping. When they called they woke up our kids. We will never be staying there again!!!

Excellent. It’s very clean, and the staff is wonderful. Only a couple of miles to the fountain and little shops in downtown Marshall. If they would add a nice sitting area would make it perfect. Right now there is just a picnic table under some trees with lots of bugs.

Lovely hotel, service and breakfast was wonderful! Erica checked us in and out as well. She was friendly, outgoing, professional and very welcoming!

Staff was great. Free breakfast not bad at all. The waffles are delicious! Almost make it all worth it. Place is a little worse for wear. It’s fine overall. The gym is a zero. If you plan on using “the gym”, it’s just a treadmill and a bike. That’s it. Overall it’s fine.

Only Oatmeal served at breakfast.....you should provide the option of cream of wheat please🙂 Otherwise I was satisfied with my stay. Clean, quiet, helpful staff. Fix the computer on first floor lobby and fix the first floor ice machine please.

The breakfast was horrible we ended up going else where to eat our room was great but could have used an air freshener had a weird smell but other then that the room was great clean and comfy

Shout out to the gentleman who staffs your breakfast area. He was cheerful and positive. He made everyone feel welcomed and was ready to help with any questions! Gave us a great start to our day!

continental breakfast included was above average and good, many options. Staff was friendly, location was very convenient, 10 minutes from firekeepers casino & Marshall. Room was a good size.

Right off the expressway. Easy check-in. Place was overrun with bratty kids and their traveling baseball parents. This was no fault of the hotel, but ya. The kids were loud and unsupervised. Two dirty towels left in our shower area, which I assume were from the cleaning crew previously. The room was otherwise clean and comfy. The outside garbages were never emptied, so I said something and the woman told me they were short staffed, training new people, etc. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of hot and cold foods. Highly recommend if you're a breakfast person.

Great hotel, good price, well maintained, breakfast every morning, close to expressway but not loud, the staff was very friendly and helpful- always greeting you when you came and left The only issue we had was that they don’t come in to clean until the 4th day of your stay. (We were staying 3 nights) I have 2 boys and a husband that were swimming every day and golfing every day so they took a lot of showers. Towel just kept piling up. It would have been nice to have the room cleaned every other day.

The one problem was the elevator quit. Two days before that I mentioned to the desk clerk it was running slower. She said she would bring it up to whoever was over that. The morning we checked out it was out of service. We had a handicapped room as I'm 72 recovering from cancer treatment and my friend traveling with me has Parkinson's. We were on the third floor. All I got from the desk clerk was I'm so sorry about that. No offer to help us get our luggage down three flights of stairs. And apparently nobody took the warning that there was something wrong with the elevator. There was no offer to help us get our luggage down the stairs just I'm so sorry. We managed to get all our things down the three flights of stairs. I feel that since they were warned about it they failed miserably. I understand that things break down. But when you have a warning and you only have one elevator they should have been right on it. And at least offered to help us get our things downstairs. I think a partial refund on our rooms would be nice. As far as staying there again, probably not.
