Should have been so good, but the reception staff were such a let down. The manager was neglectful of our needs and it ruined the whole holiday down. Lots of things didn’t make any sense at the hotel…the WiFi not working was apparently my phones fault and we were gand we were delayed by a day

Spa needs to be booked and paid for. Closes at 6pm. Very few places available because spa is small. We did not get a spot but no regrets. Gym is nice and so is the general feel and look of the place. Good breakfast and attentive personnel, also good for lunch. Pool was not heated, or not to a level that would entice people to enter it. Spacious room but no view

I experienced multiple issues during my stay, including poor hygiene (water leaking from the bathroom ceiling with visible mould, and an insect found in food), excessive noise from unannounced maintenance work, and very inconsistent customer service. I was moved to a lower-category room than booked and had to unpack and repack my luggage multiple times due to unclear communication. Despite these issues being caused by the hotel, there was no clear apology or confirmed compensation. As a result, I declined the suggested vouchers and will not stay at this hotel or use this hotel chain again.
