The beds are very comfortable. We just made a quick stop to sleep during our road trip so we didn't really enjoy anything else besides a good night sleep but the pool looked nice.

Check in was alright; the lobby was in kind of a state of distress and closed so we had to use the little check-in window...ugh. Clean & well maintained with an operating clean swimming pool - yay!! Door key cards - dont always work too well amywhere on planet motel...so no ding there. Nice staff (family-ish motel) and friendly and helpful. Close to downtown; but you cant walk there - well you could if you had time. Mex restaurant across the street and theres a also groceries and other shopping opportunities in the same area. Overall we'd give ui a thumbs up for the money. Opp is a nice little town - we'd go there again.

A 8.6 rating was a joke. The outside was badly in need of renovation. The room was not bad. It was a 6 at best. There was no coffee machine in the room. I’m sorry, Covid is no excuse. We didn’t care about no breakfast but it should say on the details list.

This family owned hotel was a good choice. Price, comfort and cleanliness were very good. Stayed for 3 nights and the only problem was our neighbors on the first night talked outside their room next to mine from 3am till 7am. Spoke to management and the other 2 nights were quiet. The owner did outstanding customer service. Will stay again if opportunity presents.

There didn’t really seem to be any management onsite. Several men smoking in the parking lot. Adjoining room when we didn’t ask for one. Difficulty with key cards—reader on door may have been malfunctioning. I just didn’t feel safe here.

The Inn was okay. I would have been nice if there was a single cup coffee maker. I would have thought we would be given a wifi password. It is so difficult to ask for one because it is difficult to understand what is being spoken. The stay was sufficient in price and having a place to sleep since I was in town to attend a funeral.

The Executive Inn is a little dated but reasonably priced. A great place to stay if you are passing through or in the Opp area for a short period of time. The staff is always friendly and respond quickly to any questions or concerns during your stay.

This family owned hotel was a good choice. Price, comfort and cleanliness were very good. Stayed for 3 nights and the only problem was our neighbors on the first night talked outside their room next to mine from 3am till 7am. Spoke to management and the other 2 nights were quiet. The owner did outstanding customer service. Will stay again if opportunity presents.

I was passing through, arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. This motel was good for that purpose. It's clean and well cared for, but it's an old motel used for 1 night stays while people are on the road passing through town. It was good for that and exactly what I expected. I'd recommend it if you want a clean motel for a fair price.

Loved the staff! When we got there the pool was closed, but the staff worked to get it open, which delighted my granddaughter! The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff was always asking if we needed anything. It's about 90 minutes away from all the Florida Beaches which makes it nice to come back to the small town and leave all the crowds behind. Stayed (4) nights and would stay again. Highly Recommended!
