Holiday Inn Express Stafford by IHG

The room was clean and spacious as was the en-suite shower room. The staff on the desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, although I would have liked to see mushrooms amongst the hot food on offer. I requested vegetarian sausages and they were good quality, probably Linda McC. All in all a very pleasant stay and lovely quiet location.

Have stayed at this Hotel many times and the rooms have been good but this time we had to ask to be moved as the sofa had hairs all over it where a dog had been lying! A staff member who came up to check said dogs are not usually allowed on the third floor! we were not impressed!

Clean and comfortable room

The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The rooms are run down, no air con, our sheets didn't fit the bed properly and mattress was exposed and pillow cases weren't doubled so all the fibres were hanging out of the pillow and there was dust dirt and bugs in the room.
