Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for us - 8 adults, 4 kids. It was spotless upon arrival, and Cottonwood staff was quick to check with us to make sure everything was ok. They were very kind, personable, and attentive throughout our stay. The home - everything you could ask for and more! The kids loved the loft area for tv and games. The lowest level movie room was also a big hit. The gourmet kitchen was great for our home meals - it was stocked with everything needed. The deck/hot tub area was awesome. Beds were comfy and plenty of bathrooms. The Brighton area - we stayed in June and spent a lot of time in the outdoors. What a gorgeous area! Lots of hiking (we saw moose, beavers, deer, and a few critters we didn’t know). Fished at Silver Lake, within walking distance of the home. A half day trip to Park City (rode the Alpine Slide and Mountain Coaster) and checked out the Brighton Flea Market. I highly recommend this home!!
