The pool was closed due to bad weather. And the restaurant open at 7 in the evening. Not very pleasent with small children. A bit run Down, but the staff was very nice and helped a lot. You Can charge your car at the hotel

Nettes Personal, aber Unterbringung und Zustand enttäuschend Unser Aufenthalt war leider eine Enttäuschung. Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer im hinteren Teil des Hotels entsprach keineswegs den gezeigten Bildern. Zudem lag ein beißender, chemischer Geruch im Raum – mutmaßlich, um früheren Zigarettenrauch zu kaschieren. Ein Zimmerwechsel verlief dank des sehr netten Personals zwar reibungslos, der unangenehme Geruch war jedoch auch im Ausweichzimmer spürbar. Allgemein ist die Einrichtung stark verlebt. Die Online-Präsentation erweckt leider einen viel besseren Eindruck, als es die Realität vor Ort hält. Positiv ist das nette Personal.

The room was beautifully decorated for our anniversary free of charge, the bathrooms in the rooms are spacious and clean they have toothbrushes and toothpaste too. Staff very friendly and helpful whenever we needed to book a taxi or help with anything. I would say, make sure that you are aware the area is not somewhere that you can directly walk out of. Most places you will need a taxi or transport to. Saronno station is about 5 minutes away but you can't walk it so we had to taxi each time we needed to go to the station which cost around £10-£12. Thats the only thing that let the place down I would say, other than that its a really lovely place to stay, super quiet and relaxing.

Rigtig fint hotel. Skøn pool som indbyder til afslapning. Stedet er perfekt til voksende, jeg vil ikke anbefale det til børn og familier da der lægges op til man forholder sig i ro på stedet. Det var dejligt for os for der var der vi kom for. Rent og pænt, og sengen var god. Enkel og fin morgenmad. Jeg anbefaler man bruger dette hotel hvis man har bil, da det ikke er til at komme til og fra hotellet med offentlig transport og Taxa er meget dyrt.
