Hôtel n’était pas propre, chambre sale, on est rester une semaine mais ils ont jamais changé les draps ou nettoyer la chambre durant le séjour. A jamais refaire cet hôtel.

Room was clean and staff was nice.

15 minutes walk to Masjid Nabwi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean and spacious room.

Pros - Around 700-800 meters from Haram, A lot of Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi restaurants and people in near vicinity. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Newly constructed hotel therefore everything is quite up to the mark Cons - No concept of Room cleaning (Occupants have to keep room tidy), Keyed entry to rooms (No keyless), currently Construction work going on just astride hotel space which at times starts early in the morning (Just in case it hampers sleep), Carpets needs cleanliness

Room A.c is not work well

Stayed with my wife for 5 days near end of Ramadan. Was shown the room before checking in. Room was in excellent condition for a couple with sofa n table as well as a dressing table. Basic fridge, kettle etc provided. Bathroom was in good working order. Landline phone was connected in the room with clear instructions. Lifts were in good working order. The hotel also provides a cafe service and very quick on the day laundry service! The best thing was the staff at reception were respectful and could communicate in full English. One of the staff (Sameer) even dropped me off at the Train station when I was struggling with getting a Taxi. The only thing is the long walk to Haram due to the barriers for construction works taking place which is not in control of the hotel staff.

Bathroom was very low standard of. Pipes were leaking. Very low standard rooms. Exact at 2 pm the cleaner started bagging the door & want me to leave it straight away. Very rude staff they have 👎

Not worth staying here even for free because of ongoing heavy construction next to hotel, they are working 24/7 and will make your stay like hell. On top of that in the morning hotel has some of their own renovation work going on which makes it even worst to stay there and get some rest. The roads leading to the property are blocked from various points for traffic making it difficult public transport like taxi to reach or get out oh the area easily. Walking is the only option with all the luggage.

The best thing is the early check in.

I stayed at Sidra Alia AL-DAHABI Hotel from September 19 to 22, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Not only did the hotel manager argue with me and try to force an early check-out without a valid reason, but the staff also misbehaved with my elderly parents, showing a complete lack of respect and professionalism. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any setting, especially in the hospitality industry, where care and courtesy should be the foundation of service. We felt disrespected, uncomfortable, and completely let down. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone — especially to families or elderly guests. I hope the management takes serious action to improve their behavior and treatment of guests.

Good Hotel at an economical price. Booked a triple bed room for family and stayed on 24 April 2023. 10 minutes walk from Haram, could've been lesser if there was no construction work by government due to which direct route isn't accessible. Neat & Clean, Quiet Surrounding, Good food options nearby. Provided room exactly as promised. Saudi Guy at reception Muhammad was very accomodating, he allowed us check in couple of hours early. No problem with check out. Elevators are excellent, not a single time has to wait for more than few seconds. Few floors, few guests, easily managed. Cleaning service was there, I stayed just one night but I am sure they would be doing it daily as it was neat & tidy. Spacious room, decent beds, carpet, cupboard, TV, AC, mini refrigerator and electric kettle provided in the room. Bathroom was super clean, no issues with drainage, water (hot & cold both), showers ... All as expected. Soap, Shampoo & towels were provided in the bathroom. One small issue; lot of mosquitoes in the lobby (corner), though the host was kind enough to let us not to sit waiting in the lobby for any longer. Hope the management looks into mosquitoes issue. Rest everything was almost Perfect. Thankyou Muhammad & Management. RECOMMENDED.

Front desk was missing for over 30 minutes, this after we flew almost 20 hrs, sleepless and got there

Stayed there for a day, but the staff is really helpful and very friendly. Place is 20 mins on foot to the Haram. Place is very cheap compared to other places. You get your money’s worth.

Close to haram

There's construction around the hotel that makes it near to hell experience to go to Haram! If you have a stroller, wheelchair, a problem walking, it is extremely difficult to go in and out from the hotel to Haram. The pedestrian underpass to Haram is one minute away but the excavations will force you to go around the entire block to reach it! The hotel is a great deal and value for money, except for this major problem. Feeling bad that I didn't take photos.

Would not recommend for elderly, people with physical disabilities, or families using baby strollers because you need to cross the highway and hop over barricades to get to the masjid. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Great place to stay. Only 15 min walk from Masjid Nabwi. The only problem is that its hard to get to because of construction around it. Not bad at all though.

Location near to haram walking 10:15 minutes

Hard to find the Hotel as many roads leading to it were blocked due to roadworks.

Very convenient hotel to stay. Very easy access and easy access to bilal mosque and market

It was close to the prophets (pbuh) Masjid, easy access to the nearby stores. Overall great place

Overall, the stay was okay and the hotel staff was very nice and welcoming and not cold and disrespectful as cited in some of the comments. But there are some elements that must be regulated in order for the hotel to attract more customers and see an increase in positive customer feedback. The positive: - Nice and welcoming staff, 24/7 service. - Close to Masjid Nabawi (10 minutes walk). - Many local shops and pakistani restaurants right outside the hotel. - Nice and clean sheets, duvets and pillows. The negative part: Unfortunately there were some matters that made me give it the score that I gave it. The bathroom doesn't have any curtain for the shower so the water spreads throughout the bathroom and reaches the door. Secondly, the aircondition would often give off water, so sometimes part of the carpet would be wet. I also suspect that this was the reason for a somewhat moldy smell in the room. Another thing that I recommend is that the hotel changes the pillows as these are very big and result in neck- and back pain. If these things are corrected, I am sure You will se more positive feedback. Another thing - which of course isn't the hotel's fault - is the fact that there is a lot of construction work going on in the area (and KSA as a whole). This means that there are some barricades on the road while going towards Masjid Nabawi. I recommend this hotel to people who don't have too high standards and spend most of their time outside.

The property is located in a feel safe place. There are some shops but mainly Pakistani food.

Un hôtel reste modeste vue le prix , la proximité a peut près 15mn a pied ou 10 mn celui qui marche vite, la réception ça va , ya des magazin , les marchands ambulants juste derrière du coup ca va Par contre je n'arrive pas a ajouté des photos pour la quatrième fois sur le site de hôtel.com
