Excelente hotel, muito limpo e bom custo beneficio. Possui um lounge na cobertura com chuveiro e ammenities caso tenha que esperar seu voo apos o check-out.

Me es muy importante dar mi opinión sobre Vilón recoleta. EXCELENTE estadía. El personal son la mar de amables, dispuestos, con toda la actitud de ayudar en todo momento, Sofia, Pablo, Mel, Kari; Aylen y Reina todas las chicas de limpieza, en fin . Un acierto enorme. La habitación del 11avo piso, con jacuzzi es una maravilla, las instalaciones del roof top ( piscina, sala de estar y GYM) lo máximo sobre todo para quienes puedan aprovecharlo en primavera y verano. Todo fue excelente. Si me preguntarán alguna cuestión para mejorar solo podría decirles de incluir el desayuno ( que no sea aparte y elevado en precio) y que hubiera café todos los días disponibles. De resto todo estuvo MAGNIFICO, los felicito y me felicito de haber elegido VILON RECOLETA para mi viaje tan especial a Buenos Aires

The hotel is excellent — new and clean accommodations, and extremely well located! You can walk to practically all the main tourist attractions in the city, and if you have a bit of energy, even to those that are a little farther away. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, especially from Saira (I hope I spelled it right 😅), who was kind, friendly, and always available to help us. A special mention: I made a special request for the room, and when we arrived, everything was exactly as agreed. 10/10! The only points that could be improved — but that do not take away from all the hotel’s great qualities — are the shower box, which is quite small, the two municipal trash bins almost right in front of the hotel entrance, and the pool, which could be heated since it’s outdoors — that would make it much more enjoyable.

Atendimento excelente! Arquitetura muito bacana! Cama confortável. Quarto bem montado, com diferencial de ter bastante gavetas (inclusive no banheiro), que não é comum. Ducha muito boa, porém o box é muito pequeno, deixando a desejar neste sentido, pois o banho fica um tanto quanto incômodo. E a academia, muito limitada. O equipamento único de musculação, descuidado, com uso dificultado. Pelo preço da diária, por fim, merecia uma piscina aquecida. Mas o hotel é muito bom, agradável e bem localizado!

Muito boa localização . Bom custo benefício. Pessoal recepção muito atencioso. Hotel moderno e limpo . Apenas fez falta o telefone no quarto para falar com a recepção. E o Cofre não teve jeito de funcionar.

Only downside of the hotel was that the WiFi didn’t seem to work. Or at least not very well. Also the door to your room is a key pad instead of a hotel key. It was unique but not practical to remember the code for one night. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was super clean and comfortable. Nice view from the rooftop pool. Strong AC.

Very nice boutique hotel. Newly refurbished property, everything is spotless. It is not a full service hotel and does not have a restaurant, or bar, but you are in an area with plenty of bars and restaurants. The pool was too cold. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Vilon Recoleta.

O café da manhã é bastante limitado e deixa a desejar: faltam itens básicos, mesmo em um café já restrito, como iogurte. O café é requentado e praticamente impossível de tomar, e os ovos costumam estar secos. O ar-condicionado do quarto é barulhento e, em alguns momentos, há um cheiro de esgoto no banheiro tão forte que acaba se espalhando pelo quarto e pelos corredores do hotel. A academia é extremamente pequena, praticamente inutilizável. O ponto positivo é a excelente localização do hotel e a gentileza dos funcionários, que são muito atenciosos com destaque especial para o Pablo, sempre educado e prestativo.

Very nice hotel, new, good location and lovely service at the front desk. Rooms were nice, only 2 small things - the noise from the hallway, street and other rooms were at times a bit much, and the pool did not feel to clean

Banheiro muito pequeno. Quase impossível tomar banho na cápsula do chuveiro..Lençóis limpos e cama confortável. Limpeza: o pé grudava no assoalho, pois não havia uma limpeza. A atendente da recepção dava informações erradas.Preço muito alto pelo serviços oferecidos.

Instalações novas, tudo funcionando. Ar condicionado funcionando bem e silencioso. Limpeza e arrumação muito boas.

Quarto bom, equipe otima e 4h banheiro com chuveiro bem apertado

The staff was very pleasant, and the working area on the 12th floor was quite nice. However, I am not sure a single door in the entire building was properly installed, and there was very little insulation. We did not get restful sleep, as doors would rattle constantly, and every time another guest left their room, their door would slam, and echo down the hallway. Additionally, we were on the 5th floor, and heard extremely strange noises -- like construction -- intermittently the entire time. It would often sound like someone moving heavy furniture, and then lots of rhythmic tapping/metallic sounds.

. Atendimento, limpeza, localização, perfeito. O problema é a acústica do hotel. Rua muito barulhenta, os vidros não são acústicos e tão pouco portas e paredes. Cada vez que chegava um hóspede, batia a porta e não tinha como não ser acordado.

Otimo atendimento, localização perfeita, boa limpeza tudo ok. Apenas o box do banho que é muito pequeno uma pessoa alta ou obesa terá dificuldades para tomar banho.

I had two dramatically different experiences at this hotel. The first day I checked in and was put on the 2nd floor in a corner room I paid extra for. I wasn't thrilled to be on a low floor but wasn't going to complain about it. The room seemed nice enough at first but I started to notice problems: furniture I saw in the listing online was not present and the windows were smaller, there was no Nespresso machine as advertised, and I had to pop open all of the product bottles in the shower. I think I was literally the first person to stay in this room, and it showed—the room was clearly not finished. The first night there was a private party in the hotel's restaurant space below me and my walls were rattling until 1am. I texted the front desk about it (there are no phones in rooms yet) and they said they'd take care of it, but it didn't stop. I then asked to switch rooms the following morning but did not hear back. The second night was quieter—but then the next morning I woke up to ear-splitting drilling at 8am. So: two nights of my trip ruined by egregious noise levels. The third day I broke down and asked again to transfer to a higher floor. Finally they moved me to a room on the 8th floor and it was a dream: all the furniture I expected and a Nespresso machine were present, windows were bigger, and it was perfectly quiet for the following three nights. So: 2 stars for the first two nights, 4 stars for the rest—an average of three. But who knows which version you'll get.

Apto novo, muito limpo, bem localizado. O único problema era o tamanho do box. Uma pessoa mais gorda não consei tomar banho. É minúsculo.

Excelente custo x benefício. O hotel é muito bem localizado na Recoleta, em uma região muito bonita de Buenos Aires. Em torno do hotel há vários comércios, restaurantes, pequenos mercados etc. O prédio é novo e os quartos são totalmente condizentes com as fotos do site. A equipe é extremamente educada. O único ponto negativo está no banheiro. Apesar do banheiro ser amplo e o chuveiro ser ótimo, o espaço destinado ao banho (box) é minúsculo. O espaço é tão reduzido que eu, com 1,71m de altura tive dificuldades de me movimentar dentro o box. Ainda assim, eu voltaria a me hospedar no hotel e recomendo.

El personal del hotel siempre muy amable, el hotel está muy bien ubicado y en cuanto a comodidad no le falta nada. Fue un viaje de trabajo que terminé disfrutando mucho, el hotel se siente como llegar a casa desde el saludo a la entrada.

Great location for walking and the staff was amazing to me treated me very well.

The staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful. The room was fine.

They billed twice. Took 2.5 days to rectify and get back funds. No management apology or offer to supply breakfast or late check out. I had to pay the additional currency surcharges of $ USD 30

Muy buena ubicación y ambiente seguro. La habitación era amplia y estaba muy limpia. Sin embargo, el principal inconveniente fue el servicio al cliente: no supieron cómo resolver los problemas. El check-out estaba programado para las 11:00 a.m., pero el suministro de agua se interrumpió de 9:00 a 10:00 a.m., por lo que solicitamos una salida más tarde. Solo nos extendieron hasta las 11:30 a.m., aunque seguíamos sin agua caliente y no pudieron solucionarlo. Además, ignoraron mis mensajes por WhatsApp, y varios huéspedes se quejaban en el lobby por la misma situación. Finalmente nos permitieron quedarnos un poco más, pero el agua caliente nunca regresó. Conclusión: pésimo servicio al cliente.

Fantastic place, although front desk syaff may need more training. I arrived at noon, 3 hours prior to check in and although my room was ready and available, they denied free early check in and told me I should pay nearly a 1 night rate if I wanted the apt immediately. Also, they said my payment had not been registered by their accounting unit, even when I showed my Hotels.com receipt. The issue was later resolved, but it was uncomfortable and I think it wouldn´t have hurt to allow me access to the room a few hours earlier without a charge, as many places do.

Nada a reclamar do hotel. Acomodação boa, atendimento excelente, localização perfeita, perto do micro centro, mas ainda no confortável e seguro bairro da Recoleta. Passamos 6 noites no hotel e tudo correu muito bem. O custo benefício foi muito bom.

The location is good if visiting Central BA. While I personally prefer the Palermo neighborhood, this side of town has a hip side too. It's just not the quietest.

Quarto confortável, amplo e limpo. Pessoal atencioso e eficiente. Ampla variedade de cafés e restaurantes nas redondezas. Localização central do hotel facilita o deslocamento. Bairro muito tranquilo e agradável.

Quarto muito pequeno, bem distante do que foi vendido (30 m2). Banheiro mínimo, o box mal cabe uma pessoa em pé, o que torna o banho extremante desconfortável. Não possui lobby, uma confusão com gente entrando e saindo. Café da manhã, servido café ao lado, bem fraco.

Excelente localização, hotel novo, boas instalações, boa cama e travesseiros, bons lençóis e toalhas e os funcionários atenciosos. Tivemos um pequeno problema de vazar água pelo box do chuveiro, molhando o banheiro, mas fomos prontamente atendidos e foi resolvido pela manutenção. Ar condicionado silencioso e funcionando muito bem. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas é suficiente e tem boa qualidade. Certamente me hospedaria novamente!!!!!

La experiencia en el restaurante Ada fue negativa debido a la pésima actitud de un mesero en la mañana. Mostró cero disposición de servicio, con una conducta grosera que desentona completamente con el resto del hotel. Es lamentable que una sola persona pueda afectar así una experiencia que debería ser agradable.

El Hote Vilõn Recoleta fue una buena elección: moderno, limpio, muy bien ubicado y con excelente atención en recepción. Sin embargo, si pagas el desayuno que se sirve en el restaurante Ada, cuenta con muy pocas opciones y, lo peor, una pésima atención por parte de un mesero con mala actitud, lo cual desentona con la calidad del hotel. Este detalle afecta negativamente la experiencia general. |

O hotel é muito bom. Creio que a melhor localização de BA. Ruas tranquilas e dá para fazer muitas coisa a pé. Quanto ao quarto, embora pequeno, era muito organizado e tudo novo. O atendimento foi excelente. O único ponto negativo foi o café da manhã. É terceirizado, em um restaurante no térreo do hotel. Ficamos 06 dias e o café da manhã foi o MESMO todos os dias. Simplesmente não mudava nada (ovos mexidos, uma torrada, meio copo de suco e uma xícara de café com leite). Fizemos uma reclamação na recepção, eles foram gentis, no enviaram um pedido de desculpas e uma garrafa de vinho, mas disseram que se quiséssemos outras opções, teríamos que comprar.

Joli hotel boutique très bien situé. Chambre tout comfort avec le petit bémol pour la taille de la douche: elle faisait 60cm sur 60 ... petit déjeuner délicieux ! Un peu mal insonorisé. Mais dans l'ensemble de très bonnes prestations et du personnel très aimable et professionnel.
