The truth is that I had never been in a hotel so neglected and dirty... to start with it had an ugly spot: the bathroom door did not lock... there was someone's hair on the sheets... the sofa was very dirty and the pillows too... it was a terrible room.

Horrible room conditions, unclean, couldn't sleep because of thoughts of bedbugs and roaches. Absolutely the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Would not recommend to anyone. Photos won't upload, check out google to see actual photos. Do not bring children here.

I was required to sign and initial (2x) but when I asked for a copy I was denied. A hole in bathtub that has been "fixed". Painters tape in the bathroom. Chair was torn, looking like 2 stabbing motions. There was no coffee pot or cups or sugar or cream or spoons. I asked for a garbage can 4 times and never received one. There was a bottle of mayonnaise??? in the fridge. They do not provide Kleenex. The towels and washcloths were nasty. No internet passcode was provided. Hair on shower wall, hair on pillows. Comforter had urine and blood stains. The odor was revolting from the office to the room. I was in room 220, maybe they have different qualities. I was only there from 2pm to 8am. I do not recommend.

I knew it would be an older place, but it was definitely rundown -broken things. felt very unsafe and dirty. Never took my shoes off as I walked around. Slept with my own quilts over the bed. The door didn’t close all the way and hotel latch was loose and wiggly. I pushed whatever furniture I could find against the door -Felt very unsafe and dirty.

It was the worst room I have ever encountered through Hotels.com. The 6.8 ratimg was absolutely off. If we could have found another place nearby we would have left. The fire detector had a plastic bag over it. There were blood stains and splatter on the floor and wall. It was listed as non-smoking room but was obviously a smoking room, with cugarett burns on counters and tub and sheets. The manager admitted it was a smoking room after I went to complain. He said it was their last room. I have pictures and a short video clip. I asked for a refund and was denied. The blood was a biohazard in itself. The covered fire deterctor was a safety hazard. I demand a refund.
