When we got to the room, our water did not work. We had to change rooms when we change rooms We pulled the sheets back and it had pubic hair all over the sheets /blanket The room was dirty. We went back to another room and our shower curtain was filled with mold.

We found everything neat and clean, and the place is so beautiful. Good service from Front Desk.

Literally the worst place I've ever stayed. The entire building smelled like urine. The towels were stained, the bedding had burn holes and stains, and the walls had visible dirt on them. Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything, people outside were very noisy late at night. Water coming out of the shower was gray at first. The power strip screwed to the wall next to the bed made a loud electrical hum if anything was plugged into the usb outlets. Windows appeared to be sealed shut, so in case of fire, the only way out was into the building. One star. Would NOT recommend!

The first thing I did when I got into the room was take off my shoe kill a cockroach on the wall. I noticed dirt marks on the walls and pull back the sheets and they were stained the coat rack was hanging off the wall tub had a constant drip and giant rust stains. But I think the most memorable part was being greeted by a drunk girl standing outside the office door propositioning the Uber eats driver while two other people stood there just smoking. Then I asked if the front desk print off a single piece of paper she told me that only the manager print so I had to hop back in my car drive down to CVS. I left about 7:30 in the morning and poked my head in to look at the breakfast and it was cereal one pot of coffee that was lukewarm no creamer of any kind and only one choice for sweeteners so I passed on the coffee. I read the reviews on this and I have no idea how it got an 8.4 I've been using hotels for at least a decade and most of the reviews are pretty accurate give or take minor things but this goes down as the second worst hotel and ever stayed in. I think hotels should really consider not even allowing this hotel be on your site at any level.

The mom and pop hotel which was just taken over a couple of years ago was exactly what I needed. The rooms were clean and my stay was quiet and comfortable. I was very happy with everything considering I read some old reviews about this place. The owners are wonderful people and strive to make your stay the best. I highly recommend this place and as a woman traveling alone this is saying a lot.

The first room had bed bugs but they moved me to a new room and the new room was dirty in the tub and still had food in the fridge.

The staff was very friendly and the room was decent for the price. My only complaint was that the room had a somewhat musty smell and people smoking directly outside of my window was uncomfortable. Otherwise it was fine.

This motel is not fit for hunans, its dirty and bed has bedbugs, i was bitten multiple times tgru tge night. Non smoking room has cigarette burn marks and air conditioner reek of cigarette dmoke when i turned it on. Blankets were extremely dirty. I never stayed in a (flea bag motel before), now i did. Never again.

The door would not lock on the first room I received. The next room smelled so foul. They must have allowed animals in the room. I heard dogs barking at different times of the day and night. I would not stay here again.

It’s a small hotel/motel. The hotel could use renovations but it was a good stay for a last minute stop.

In some rooms the the TV don't work or fuzzy and only had two type of cereal

The staff reception and courtious response during my 3am departure was very pleasant. The room cleanliness and ameneties were well worth the price. Great price for a great quiet nights sleep.

Had to pay $100 as security deposit before getting my key which I was not informed during my reservation process and what I had no extra money that evening. I was delayed about 30mins at check-out to getting my deposit back because there was different person at post Ishift changes

Look, I’m not going to beat them up too much simply because when you pay half of what everyone else is charging you should not expect a 5-star service. Frankly, it wasn’t terrible and I just wanted a clean bed to sleep at night. They provided that. A few things like the room hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived and no hot water one morning and no towels another. But these were quickly remedied by the staff. It’s in a convenient area next to I-95 and close to several good restaurants.

I never stayed there! The Indian front desk lady refused to accept me because I didn’t have my ID because I lost it! And I even showed her the police report lost ID ! She still refused! Then I called Alexandra police for help ? Two officers showed up and I explained to them! They went to her explained her and still refused! So they told me to stay another motel! But they told me to call you guys to be refunded back! They told her to call you guys She refused to accept him! So I am waiting my 67 dollars back to my account! I have the pine name and phone number he told me to call him if I am not refunded buck! So I am waiting for you guys to So I will never use you guys again! pay me back if not I’ll call the officers!
