Hotel is old but beautiful. Comfortable and great for the price. Second time I stay there and the indoor pool still out of order but it's beautiful and crystal clear. My room was by the pool and it made a beautiful view at least. Maybe next time it will be up and running. Santos the clerk is beautiful and amazing as well. Very helpful and polite. The breakfast is awesome. They give vouchers so you can eat whatever you want at The Duck restaurant inside the hotel. This ain't no powder eggs and cereal at the conga line, it's actual food prepared for you.

Pool is always closed, light in the bathroom made a horrible loud buzz and smelled/looked like it was going to catch on fire. Bath tub and shower head were run down.

We love the indoor lobby area and the outdoor courtyard, breakfast at the restaurant was good every morning. It was my 3rd year staying here however, and I have never seen the pool open. This was the first time I did see water in, yet, it was not open. Staff was friendly and accommodating. On-site restaurant wait staff was fantastic. Would stay again.
