Free breakfast consisted of a small piece of fruit, a stale mini muffin, and a small bottle of juice. One per customer, in a take away bag. Water pressure in the shower was poor. Carpet was filthy. TV kept cutting out due to faulty wiring.

We requested non smoking room and was told the room we were given was non smoking. Our room stunk of cigarettes and our bedding had multiple cigarette burn holes all in it. Desk was unable to switch rooms.

I did book 2 rooms for 2 nights after seeing reviews in hotels.com.This is one of the worst experience ever.I booked a non smoking room but it was full of smoke and weed smell and I couldn’t sleep.When I asked front desk manager he was saying people doesn’t listen to their words and every room has the same problem.I don’t have a option to give zero stars.Terrible.

We had roaches all in our room and when we told the manager he did not move us or accommodate us for the inconveniences. We had to leave all of our stuff in our rental car to ensure we didn’t take any bugs with us! Then feared the car being broke into due to us having to leave our stuff in it.

Really not a bad place to stay for the price. We were going to an event in Atlanta and wanted to save some money by not staying downtown. Area is a little sketch but we never felt particularly unsafe. We had the king bed and my wife and I found it quite comfortable. Room was clean though couch had a few stains on it and the comforter had a couple holes in it but the sheets were fresh and clean and the AC worked incredibly well. We had it like an icebox in there. My biggest complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was terrible and it made a squeezing noise as it ran.

The receptionist was very nice. His attitude was excelkent. The only downside, he charged me TWICE by mistake(inadequate training). I only realised it before checking out. When I lodged a complaint, this time, another receptionist who was on duty, asked me to call in the morning and speak to the manager. She was very professional and reassuring, the way she handled the situation.I was told I will receive the refund in up to two weeks. The FULL refund was made in two business days.Good job! I believe her(the manager's) name is Karen. Bottom line: I will definetely want to stay there another time.

Our stay was pleasant. The accommodations were fine. The staff were phenomenal. They worked hard to make sure my expectations were met. It's a nice place for a 1 or 2 day stay over.

Had no towels in room, when I went to front desk they wanted me to exchange for dirty towels, went back and forth that the room had no towels, I just checked in. Breakfast consist of a muffin and juice, that was given/rationed when inquired about breakfast.

The staff members were very friendly. - The (bagged) breakfast is too simple with only one bottle of juice, one apple and one small sweet snack. - The room condition can be improved. Somehow I got a smoke room (#218) and my body got very itchy during the two nights. Several wall power outlets are very loose to stay connected to. I saw a roach-like beetle in the washing sink area.

Even though I had to sign a no smoking page the room smell like someone had smoked in it. Plus there never was a breakfast. There was a sign saying it was coming but after 1.5 hours still nothing. Not cool.

While we were checking in, the front desk clerk was very nice but a man walked into the lobby, sat down on a couch and started then talking to my son and me. His first comment was civil enough comment, but then it got more bizarre and he appeared to be on drugs or was somehow otherwise not mentally fit. We left the lobby and later, I think they may have finally thrown him out as he was apparently not a guest. But it was not a great first impression. During checkout, the man working the desk was also very pleasant. Our room furnishings were a bit worn and the TV did not work, and the outlets were missing covers. The shower had a few hairs in it. Because it was a motel, our room door opened right into the parking lot and so we heard a lot of noise into the night. The landscaping was nicely taken care of however.

When I check in and went out and came back, the door was locked. I don’t know when they gave me different key from the room that they gave me the room was smell Someone was there smoke. and that happened twice for the luck you know, I have to go downstairs for they have to and then they keep on saying they’re sorry Mission breakfast that was in the breakfast they gave me juice and an apple and the apple was rotten. I spent three days tonight and the breakfast. I was just only once that’s horrible. That’s horrible.

I had paid to stay 3 nights. The property is in such poor conditions I can not believe Expedia has this property on there website. Of course the reviews are very inaccurate. The bathroom was filthy. Turned on the water in the tub, water pressure very low. The shower didn’t work and you couldn’t stop the tub to take bath. I asked for another room, but there were no more. If I do not get a refund from Expedia, I will dispute charges with the bank. I have videos to share. I asked for proof that I was checking out the guy at the front desk said he could not give me that. Very shady situation. This is the first and last time I ever book anything through Expedia.
