GrandStay Residential Suites Hotel

Breakfast was horrible eggs cold potatoes cold no juice milk was old and smelled Staff was rude and unwilling to do their job. Late night desk guy was definitely not sober. Hot tub was just warm water turned the knob for the jets and it barely moved the water.

The room was clean but could use some maintenance, the toilet was loose from the floor. The staff was good but we didn’t see anybody at breakfast. The hot tub needs maintenance, the water needed to be replaced and the pump on the jets was very weak.

The rooms were accommodating and beautiful! The rooms were not very clean…the tv remote did not work, and the desk gave us another remote, that did not work…for cleanliness I give the hotel 2 stars out of 5 stars

Terrible breakfast. Eggbites were refrigerator cold. Paper thin lunch meat that lay dried up in a pan. No butter. One very stale and dry English muffin. No milk. Dirty stations with fingerprints on many of them.

Breakfast was very tasty while supllies lasted... cleanliness of room was decent while there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the toaster catch trey was unclean with what looked like mold. Overnight staff memeber was absolutely awesome, very friendly and helpful.
