The hot tub and pool are were clean. Wish the hot tub water would have been warmer. Plenty of towels! The room was great. Only one sheet for the couch bed but we made it work. Breakfast was lovely. Waffles, eggs, muffins, yogurts. Delightful.

Understaffed of course, and not nearly enough parking so we had to park on the street. Room was great, building great, very nice to have a hot breakfast in the morning.

Property is beautiful, suites are great, hot tub and breakfast are fantastic. Pool was chilly for me but that varies by person. Parking is a bit thin so get there early to secure a spot. There was a hockey tournament going on when we were there so ppl were hanging out in the hallway drinking until 1 am which was awkward for everyone else but staff didn't do anything about it. Kids were running up and down the halls too, staff didn't do anything, so not the quietest place.

Older property where not everything is in pristine condition, but it was still good overall. Would love it if the kitchenettes were stocked a bit better with dishes and such, but the room was still perfect for our needs. Pool was chilly, but great for the hot weather. Hot tub was not working at all. Overall, we would stay again because we got a bargain rate for the room.

The room was perfect, there wasn't anything negative on site. The staff was very nice. The hot tub was great, towels in the pool area. Play area with picnic table out back and even a basketball hoop. Breakfast room was kept supplied. One block away was multiple food outlets.

Great hotel with a bedroom separate from the main area. I traveled with my dog and he did not wake up to people walking the halls. The only problem was the internet, or lack of it. It worked great at 5 am but otherwise I couldn’t bring anything up.

Limited parking. Had a pass but over half the cars in the lot didn’t have them. We knew we would be getting in late but we had to find street parking. Breakfast is so so. They couldn’t keep up with food. I know for next time to just make my own in room or go out.

The property was okay. The vents in our room were filthy. I took a Clorox wipe and tried to clean the one in the bedroom which was caked with dirt. Trying to check in took forever….no one at the desk but could hear someone talking in the back room…..

Room was dirty, crumbs in the couch and chair, all over the floor, crumbs in the silverware holder in the kitchen drawers, dirty dishes inside the dishwasher, under sink cabinet full of dead bugs and crumbs. Our bed found dead bugs and lots of hair, mattress had blood stains and other stains. Bed was hard like sleeping on the floor. The top blanket was an old ripped curtain. The air vents were black. Overed in black mold and tons of dust. Whole facility smelled like weed and cigarettes. Swimming pool was tiny. Nothing inside this building was as pictured online. We complained to the check in staff and she didnt care about how dirty our room was she told us cleaning staff would be here in the morning, im sorry but thats too late, they get here at check out time. No good that did us. Toilet was child size, sat almost on the floor. Only good part was the air conditioning worked. 0 out of 5 stars

It was blissfully quiet. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Full kitchen with working icemaker. The breakfast was good - eggs and bacon, cereal, make-your-own waffles, all manner of pastries, yogurt. The staff was cheerful and helpful. Starbucks, Chipotle, Noodles and other restaurants within walking distance.

The good: the linens/towels were clean, countertops/furniture tops were clean as well. The room was nice and quiet. The bad: the vacuuming was poorly done and the shower curtain was obviously in need of a wash. There was also some older looking graffiti on a back corner of the building, faded enough that there has been a decent span of time in which it could have been dealt with. This, paired with the fact that the room had a generally well worn look to it, were unappealing.

Good location. Fridge and microwave were clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very minimal, apple and packaged pastry. Was black mold in walk in shower along bottom and up sides along bottom of shower and on top edge of air conditioner. Toilet needed cleaning on outside. Spills on garbage pail and splashes on walls not cleaned up.Carpets not cleaned in a very long time. Too bad. Could be decent hotel if cared for.

Stayed here a few years ago and don’t remember it being so run down and dirty. Had to fight with the couch bed, never did get it back in, bedding was stained. The lighting was horrid. Guess they didn’t want you to see something. The whole place was dark and dreary.

If the TV had worked properly, either one. It would have been a very good stay. The front desk guy had to get a remote censor, it was missing from the TV. Then some of the time you could change the channel. I gave up trying to change channels and it was on sunday am kids cartoon so I shut the TV off, about 10 minutes later TV came on by itself at least it was a news station. We had trouble with changing channels on both TV’s.

The room layout was nice. Full refrigerator, kitchenette, living area with TV, bedroom with TV, medium sized bathroom. Maintenance was lacking. The toilet seat was very loose and I tightened it. The bathroom door handle was also so loose it was ready to fall off. I managed to tighten that up. A standing lamp had a burned out bulb. Only 1 remote to control both TVs. Also, not up to date with current outlets for personal devices (phones, laptops, etc).

Hotel was within walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars and other attractions. Separate bedroom is nice so there is plenty of space and seating to relax. Hotel is showing its age but was clean and comfortable.

We have stayed her multiple times over the years. The size of the room and the suite concept is nice. This stay we came back to the hotel after our event around midnight and our keys were not opening the door to the hotel. Another couple came while we were trying to get in and their keys were also not successful. We tried the phone in the vestibule and that was also not working. We then tried banging on the windows to get someone’s attention as we could see the front desk through the windows. After about 15 minutes of trying and retrying our keys, the phone and banging on the window one of our keys let us in as we pulled on the door while trying to get it to work. We stopped at the front desk and called but nobody answered. The phone on the front desk was also not working. We hollered for someone a bit louder and a person came out from the back room, no name tag on, seemed surprised and said he would call maintenance. We went to our room and around 1:00 am a friend of ours left to go to their home and she found 2 more people in the vestibule unable to get into the hotel. Unbelievable! If I were the employee, I would have sat in the lobby until the situation was taken care of by maintenance! Also, the next morning I mentioned it to the front desk employee ( who had very good customer service) and she was surprised to hear that this all happened. Hopefully this is a one time thing but it was very disconcerting when it happened’

The front desk staff was less than great. Had a hard time checking in and out. We canceled the 2nd night of our reservation - two different front desk people told us that would be okay but then charged us for the second night. It's frustrating that people do not follow through on what they say.

The front desk staff was less than great. Had a hard time checking in and out. We canceled the 2nd night of our reservation - two different front desk people told us that would be okay but then charged us for the second night. It's frustrating that people do not follow through on what they say.

Elevator stopped works, i was on 3rd floor. Fixed it w/ in 45 minutes. Morning breakfast as good. Staff was helpful. Ideal location for mour purposes downstown, booked thru expedia got a great price. Hotel was not huge and not small operation. Perfect size.

The property was nice, and the entrance was on a relatively quiet street. The surrounding area was not in the best location, but I did feel safe taking my grandchildren out for dinner in the evening. Price for value was excellent.

The hot tub and pool are were clean. Wish the hot tub water would have been warmer. Plenty of towels! The room was great. Only one sheet for the couch bed but we made it work. Breakfast was lovely. Waffles, eggs, muffins, yogurts. Delightful.

Breakfast was alright. The warming container didn’t work so sausage and french toast were ice cold. Waffle maker leaked half the batter when starting so waffles turned out thin and sounds like the batter machine clogs a lot. Cute hotel, and has a lot of charm, could use some updating. Room wasn’t the cleanest, pets are allowed, and pretty positive cat litter was all over the bathroom. Overall the stay was good for the price

We got a king suite while visiting a friend. The room was great, and for the price? Hands down the best deal on a hotel room I've ever had. The food was pretty typical continental breakfast hotel fair plus some hot items (scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy); they also had a waffle maker. We didn't use the other amenities as we were out with friends but the pool area looked nice.

Our suite was nice and clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher (all of the silverware and the tray) we thought we had no silverware until we were getting ready to leave and i was putting dishes in dishwasher to run it. The pool area needs maintenance...as well as to have the filter suction increased, so much hair in the pool! There was garbage near one of the exterior doors for 2 day (plastic beverage bottles & several chip full size chip bags). The breakfast offering, on both mornings, was ok, but not replenished in a timely manner. The danishes were not replenished at all, the yogurt was not replenished from Saturday's breakfast, and the eggs, sausage and french toast sticks were only refilled after all 3 trays were empty ( there was still 2 more hours for the breakfast area to serviced). We'll give it another shot, at some point, hopefully it be better.

Overall a very good experience. Staff was very friendly, room was slightly outdated and somethings showed wear, but it was very clean and comfy, and everything worked. Only real complaint is the complimentary breakfast was lacking for 3 of the 4 mornings i stayed. No meat, and limited other options. Overall very nice and i will stay again if i make my way back through St Cloud.

We checked in but decided to leave shortly afterward due to several concerns with the property. During our brief stay, we noticed what appeared to be long-term residents with pets and personal belongings throughout the property. There was also a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway and near the entrance. Unfortunately, we also found a tick in our bathroom, and the pull-out couch in our room was badly damaged and torn. Because of these issues, we contacted the booking site shortly after checking in to explain the situation and let them know we did not feel comfortable staying. In all my years of booking hotels through this site, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had. Based on the condition of the property and our experience during our short time there, I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and very helpful when the air conditioning in our room went out. Hotel could use updating. Breakfast was lacking in good food and needs a separate kitchen person . Poor people working the desk had to tend to food as well as the customers coming and going. I’ve stayed here before and probably will again. Just needs some updating and a few improvements.
