Fantastic location, if you get a sea facing room, Lift wasnt working, looked like it hadnt in a while. For 1 night stay, it was ok , tiny little single room. No breakfast that I saw.

Positives: Great location on seaftont and close to the tennis tournament, parking bays close by. Negatives: lift out of order, not good if youre on top floor with luggage. Tiny shower room, could hardlymove in there without injuring yourself and the lights in there not working.

The fan in the room was covered in dust. The fan had to be used . The toilet would not flush on friday - no one to report either to . The lift was not working at all . I spoke to a nice young man about the lift - he shrugged his shoulders i appreciate the buck does not stop with him Very disapointed

It's more like a hostel than a hotel. No amenities and not even a reception, it's all done via an intercom. The photos make it look a lot better than it is but it was cheap aand in a goo location.

Hotel was very cheap at £65. It was ok for this amount but very dated and shabby decor. Shower had hot water but not really working. Bed was large and clean. Tea and coffee fine. No lift so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Good location. Clean adequate accommodation. Nothing much to say really. There is no breakfast , no bar and no outdoor seating. It’s just a perfectly comfortable clean average room. In a good central location. There is no daily housekeeping service but you can get extra amenities from reception ( by a bell) if required.

I would not recommend this hotel ! I didn’t realise that it had changed ownership since my last stay 4 yrs ago. I wish just that I had read the reviews !! The room was grim and unhygienic ie the cleanliness of the hand basin, shower cubicle and toilet areas. A curtain was hanging off the rail and one of the bedside lights wasn’t working and the shower head wasn’t properly attached. Apart from the room other aspects of the hotel were poor.As there no lift working, I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs which required a lot of effort as I am over 70.There was no contact with any staff apart from a brief checkin,when I managed to persuade the young man to carry my suitcase up to the 3rd floor.I couldn’t make contact by phone on any number to arrange for my luggage to reach the ground floor which caused me some difficulty.Also, the bar seemed permanently closed and there was no access to WiFi during my stay 16-18/8/23. I have photos of the areas of concern as evidence of a very poorly run establishment.

Check in was a happy and friendly service however the room was disappointing, there was pubic hair left round the bath from whomever was there before we didnt bath because of this also shavings left in the sink and the kettle didnt work so couldnt have our morning brews and a long tare down the middle of the net curtain and a rip in one of the seats by the window also the bath has a big chip in it thats begining to rust and the shower does not work at all.

Check-in/reception desk is open 2-10pm, Junaed at reception was very welcoming and friendly. Very easy key drop check-out. Single room was dated and small but clean with a fabulous sea view - could hear the waves with the window open. Great location in a nice part of town. Parking would have been easier if the council hadn't closed the main road for the upcoming airshow - allow extra time for this if arriving in mid August.

A void terrible not clean.dirty cups not washed up.telly not working reported 2 times told it broken. Only one member of staff .mirrors filty stains up the walls. Stair carpets not hovered ans stained. The only bonus was a big comfy bed.what was clean never return a gain.we stay in eastbourne during air bourne always been happy. With the other hotels but nt this one.

Comfortable and spacious room overlooking the sea. A good spot for a room only for my stay. The hotel felt more like a hostel when I stayed, with a tiny reception stall, no eating facilities and a bar that was closed.

Only 1 night stay in a double room with my partner, but check-in was fast and easy, the room was big, new and quiet, bed was comfortable and overall was good price for money. As a suggestion I would refine some touches in the bathroom, it was fully functional but needs a refresh to match the room.

Check in hours are different to what was written online and when I called they mentioned the same times as online (3-11pm). Arrived at 9.55pm to see that written on the front door that check-in was actually until 10pm. It would have been nice to know this considering I called up two hours before to ask the same question and nearly missed check in. Notified of broken wifi on arrival, which was necessary for us being tourists. I understand this was "out of the control" of the hotel, but it was disappointing given the additional costs we had to pay for mobile internet. The room had a broken shower as well. The hotel advised us they would look into it the same day, failed to fix it, and said "it was fine". I have photos and videos suggesting otherwise. I rarely write negative reviews but due of the appropriate basic amenities and poor cleanliness of the hotel, we couldn't stay the intended duration. No compensation was made by the hotel (not even a change of rooms) or disappointed expedia couldnt provide any compensation. Please don't book if you are disabled, there is no functioning lifts.

Well located on the sea front, but that's about all. No hot water and a rather disinterested front desk. Fortunately, I was only staying one night. Would not recommend the place. However, the cost of the hotel should be taken into account I suppose.

Hi, entry information was poor, not able to call hotel direct , mailbox always full, OYO help desk not clear until I spoke to the third person. . member of staff there to hand over key, bar under maintenance, property communal areas tired, room was clean and adequate, bathroom fan very noisy and connection not to legislation.

Excellent host who was beyond amazing, arrived late but the gentleman at reception waited an extra couple of minutes or so, also helped me with my luggage. Hotel was rather good for the price and had a wonderful seafront view. Bed was comfortable which is exactly what you need for a pleasant stay.

The hotel advised us they would look into it the same day, failed to fix it, and said "it was fine". I have photos and videos suggesting otherwise. I rarely write negative reviews but due of the appropriate basic amenities and poor cleanliness of the hotel, we couldn't stay the intended duration. No compensation was made by the hotel (not even a change of rooms) or disappointed expedia couldnt provide any compensation. Please don't book if you are disabled, there is no functioning lifts.

Positives: Great location on seaftont and close to the tennis tournament, parking bays close by. Negatives: lift out of order, not good if youre on top floor with luggage. Tiny shower room, could hardlymove in there without injuring yourself and the lights in there not working.

Well located on the sea front, but that's about all. No hot water and a rather disinterested front desk. Fortunately, I was only staying one night. Would not recommend the place. However, the cost of the hotel should be taken into account I suppose.

Check-in/reception desk is open 2-10pm, Junaed at reception was very welcoming and friendly. Very easy key drop check-out. Single room was dated and small but clean with a fabulous sea view - could hear the waves with the window open. Great location in a nice part of town. Parking would have been easier if the council hadn't closed the main road for the upcoming airshow - allow extra time for this if arriving in mid August.

Good location. Clean adequate accommodation. Nothing much to say really. There is no breakfast , no bar and no outdoor seating. It’s just a perfectly comfortable clean average room. In a good central location. There is no daily housekeeping service but you can get extra amenities from reception ( by a bell) if required.

Fantastic location, if you get a sea facing room, Lift wasnt working, looked like it hadnt in a while. For 1 night stay, it was ok , tiny little single room. No breakfast that I saw.

It's more like a hostel than a hotel. No amenities and not even a reception, it's all done via an intercom. The photos make it look a lot better than it is but it was cheap aand in a goo location.

Hi, entry information was poor, not able to call hotel direct , mailbox always full, OYO help desk not clear until I spoke to the third person. . member of staff there to hand over key, bar under maintenance, property communal areas tired, room was clean and adequate, bathroom fan very noisy and connection not to legislation.

A void terrible not clean.dirty cups not washed up.telly not working reported 2 times told it broken. Only one member of staff .mirrors filty stains up the walls. Stair carpets not hovered ans stained. The only bonus was a big comfy bed.what was clean never return a gain.we stay in eastbourne during air bourne always been happy. With the other hotels but nt this one.
