Rooms were nice/ clean. The lobby refreshments needed up keep the hot water was cold had to microwave it to have a hot tea the lids didn’t fit cups. No towels at pool had to ask. Around 5:30 am the garbage truck emptied the bin by our window room. That woke all of us up. Liked late check out for noon. Didn’t do breakfast so can’t comment on that. I’d stay again. The room was clean nice and affordable. Staff polite and helpful Would recommend.

The property is currently in the middle of a full renovation... The entire second floor is closed due to the renovations... Pool was closed, water was shut off for a day... No alarm clock needed as I was woken by construction above my room everyday... It is what it is was timing is everything... I just picked the wrong time to stay there... I'm sure once renovations are complete this week be a great place to stay...

Before Hilton took this property over it was a different hotel chain which had Drastically gone down hill during the Covid lockdowns while prices went up. For months I watched construction crews hard at work, improving and repairing. This was my first visit since they reopened under a different name. And what a difference! Great price. Clean & crisp. New. Comfy bed. Clean shower. Polite staff. Okay breakfast. Don’t expect bacon, eggs, toast or pancakes. Murky cold indoor pool. Chlorine pump or something like that not working. We stayed for two enjoyable nights and will definitely be returning.

Breakfast is not as good as previous chain, lacking hot items, less coffee pots. Our room you can hear everything from the hall. It was a handicap room but very cramped. Pool was cloudy. Breakfast bar attendant was very nice and helpful.

Initially, they advertised online that they had a pool, but upon arrival, I discovered that it was not in service. I even took a picture of it. Surprisingly, there are many hotels priced under $80 without a pool. I ended up paying $102 in US dollars. I booked the hotel for my kids, who always enjoy swimming. The main reason for spending extra money was for the pool. We live in Windsor, so I drove for 40 minutes, planning to leave in the morning and return at night. However, this unexpected disappointment ruined my kids' long weekend. They should refund my money considering the circumstances.

I liked the various seating areas and the area where breakfast was really cool. I didn't personally like the breakfast options,but can understand the aesthetic and why there were that way. I really didn't like the area around pool because it was cluttered. There isn't enough room for 3 lounge chairs and a table. For someone with mobility issues it was difficult to access the pool while navigating the lounge chairs and tables. I did like the shower that is provided,but again mobility issues because water didn't properly drain and so there was a puddle under lounge chairs while I rinsed off. I can imagine anyone using lounge chairs would have been soaked while I showered.

Would not return. The rooms were dirty. Everything felt sticky from the TV remote & tiles to the light switches and faucet. Ceiling drywall was in poor repair above the shower, our bathroom door knob didn't latch and the door to the room was hard to close.

I like that the staff was very nice. I didn’t like going into my room and seeing an old washcloth dangling over the shower curtain that had to belong to the last guest. My room floors were also very sticky and the nightstand area had cup rings which showed that the room cleaning is subpar. The cleaning staff has to do much better.

To their credit, they returned our payment when we came back to the front desk and told them we wouldn’t stay in the filthy room. The bathroom floor was disgustingly sticky. The shower had rust around the frame and mildew in the shower itself.

The staff did offer to change my room, but it’s like comping a bad meal at a restaurant. Sink was dirty with hair and toothpaste, comforter stuffing was coming out. I let the desk staff know these issues in and asked for a new comforter. I came back hours later to the old damaged comforter still in the bed and the we one left on top of my duffel bag. I didn’t expect much but cleanliness and facilities in good condition. Staining on linens, mold on the bathroom ceiling, ingrained dirt in tub, overall the room reflects a lack of care.

I marked that the hotel was dirty. The lobby was clean, The beds were clean, The tub was clean, but the entryway tile, and the bathroom tile floor in our room was disgusting. I don’t think it has been cleaned in a long time. I wasn’t sure if it was just the markings on the tile, but I took a wet washcloth and wiped it off and the cloth was black. We laid down towels so we wouldn’t have to walk barefoot on the tile.

Great for my overnight stay. Staff was very pleasant. Room was large and very clean, looks like a recent remodel. Furniture was very basic (no drawers). Bed was very comfortable. There was an indoor pool and exercise room available. No restaurants nearby but next exit on I-275 south Ford Road has a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Excellent staff and a pleasant stay for an affordable price, only complaint is the showers. Water gets everywhere in the bathroom due to lack of tub and it even seeped into the carpet into the bedroom. Otherwise all was well. Tubi and Pluto TV already being installed into the tv was a huge bonus.

Room was nice and the bed was comfortable. But no coffee maker in the room nor any bucket for ice or any glasses to use for drinking anything. Plus the selection for breakfast was terrible. The worst I've ever experienced.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are clean and quiet. We were really pleasantly surprised because we really felt like for the price, we got a great outcome. The only negative thing I can say is that the plumbing needs some help. The toilets are finicky and the shower is not hot. And it wasn't just our room, we stayed here a week before and switched rooms because we thought something was wrong with the toilet but it was a problem in all three different rooms we had. But, we plan to use this hotel as our go-to place in the future.

Our room felt very musty and humid. There was an odd, musty smell when we first entered, and it lingered throughout our stay. Our clothes felt damp from the humidity. Also, the bed was not comfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on concrete. We will not be back to this location again.

I have been a long-time Hilton customer. This was a nicely renovated property, clean and inviting. I was surprised that the rooms did not have a coffee maker, any type of glasses or ice bucket. Weird. I had to go ask for them. They could not accomodate the coffee maker, although they had 24/7 pots in the lobby. Not too fresh at 6pm. And they could only give me a paper cup. Yuck.

This hotel is in transition and will get better as they grow. We had 2 rooms as the first one had a malfunctioning A/C unit.Also, the room could have been cleaner. This hotel is in transition and will get better as they grow. We had 2 rooms as the first one had a malfunctioning A/C unit.Also, the room could have been cleaner. This being said, the staff were very welcoming and very helpful. They did work with us to make our stay better. Kudos to them!! William helped us so much! From booking, to checking in, he was the epitome of Customer Service. All of the staff was great. The hotel was clean, and our room was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again and recommend!

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We got locked out of our room at 2 am and due to a defect on the door, they could not let us back into our rooms until the maintenance person came the next morning. We were left without our medications and essentials overnight because they were locked in our room. The front desk staff member working overnight was rude, aggressive, dismissive and did not care to help us. Also, the rooms look nothing like the pictures online. The cleaners did a poor job when cleaning our rooms. We even had to fight to get bottles of water. This place is advertised under Hilton but it is anything but that.

We booked 2 rooms thru Expedia. They only had one available when we arrived at 9pm. They blamed Expedia, even though my Expedia confirmation showed 2 rooms. Great for my overnight stay. Staff was very pleasant. Room was large and very clean, looks like a recent remodel. Furniture was very basic (no drawers). Bed was very comfortable. There was an indoor pool and exercise room available. No restaurants nearby but next exit on I-275 south Ford Road has a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Due to their system being down, we unfortunately were given an already occupied room but it was very quickly resolved and they profusely apologized. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable! Very nice! Not in the best location seeing as it’s behind an abandoned restaurant but overall not bad!

My husband had an early morning procedure and we live 1-1/2 hrs away. We were literally a two minute drive down the road from Henry Ford Surgical Facility. The hotel is very nice and staff were all great. Parking was right at the door and downtown Plymouth is full of restaurants, 5-10 min away.

Room was comfortable and clean. There was an "odor " but we felt it may be from cleaning supplies they use, unsure though. It does have an included breakfast but not what we anticipated. We got to the hotel at 5pm to check in and was told there was a global outage - he took my name and number and said he’d call when it came back up. Didn’t know how long. Out friends got there before us and they waited also- but then he gave them a key to a room and they got in. Not for us- we went to dinner- was gone for a couple hours- came back to hotel and still couldn’t get in. We were 3 hours from home with an event first thing in the morning for my daughter. We waited in our friends room for a little bit- then checked again with the desk- he said still down- and we need to find other somewhere else to stay. This was at 9pm. Too late to get into anywhere- but the money was already taken from my account for the room the day I booked it. After he said find somewhere else- I called hotels.com, I called spark hilton- headquarters- I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Finally within that hour- the system came back up- I asked if we got a discount or free stay for this- he said no since it was a third party booking. Once we got into a room- I found a dirty washcloth on top of the shower curtain that was stiff and stuck to it. And a bug crawling on the tub- - when I looked more- there were several black bugs dead on the bathroom floor next to the tub. It was a horrible experience- I won’t stay again at that spark hotel or any spark hotels.
