The staff was so so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and stocked, the breakfast bar was full and the staff even checked on us while we were eating to see if we needed anything which I thought was nice. The pool was clean and plenty of towels. I also appreciated the personal touches of the decorations in the lobby. It made me feel right at home. Thank you for a great experience and for making our trip a lot easier! Definitely recommend this hotel to stay at.

Place was very clean and nice. Elevator was a little sketchy. Although the hotel was very nice, for the town, I feel that it was a bit over priced. I paid over $200 for one night and that’s a price I would expect to pay in Pittsburgh or a bigger city.

From beginning to end, it was awesome! Usually, I start with what I like and end with what I didn’t like. The only thing I didn’t like was that it didn’t last longer. The hotel attendant up front was very hospitable and welcoming. She offered us water which no other hotel has ever done. The hotel sits high in a hill with a beautiful view of the country side. Check in was fast. The room was immaculate and spacious. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We slept like babies. The pool was temperature perfect and not over chlorinated. Dining options were a minute’s drive away but just next door to the hotel was a Pizza Hut. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and the food staffer was a kind gentleman who asked if everything was ok. Something you don’t get nowadays when it comes to food staff. It was hard leaving to be honest. The room was very reasonably priced. If in the area again, we will definitely stay here again!

The staff was friendly, the property inside and out was clean, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quieter than most hotel rooms. The breakfast in the morning was great for a hotel breakfast. It was hot, fresh, clean, and the staff were actively keeping up with the area. We stayed 2 days and it was a little different each day. They did have a pool, however, we had a busy schedule and were unable to use it. We had an SUV and a 7x12 enclosed trailer and they were able to easiler accomodate us even with a full hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is the best Holiday Inn Express - or any hotel - that I have stayed in within the last 2 years. The rooms and the hallways were spectacularly clean; the employees were friendly and professional; the breakfast was good; the pool and fitness room were clean and presentable; even the stairwells were clean; and it was easy to book. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stay here every year, and this year was by far the worst. We never have any issues, but this year the rooms were dirty. Our first room was slept in and someone’s stuff was still in there. Our second room has this poop.? Like stuff on the bathroom door frame, and nasty stuff in the freezer in the fridge. As a house keeper I look for cleanliness when I stay at other hotels, and this did not meet my expectations this year unfortunately. We usually love this hotel, and unfortunately didn’t take pictures of the first room because I thought someone was still occupying it.

Room was clean. We always stay at a Holiday Inn express because the king bed is so comfortable, however, this one was very firm and not very comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the tub was very old and was patched on the bottom. The water for the tub was full of debris. Usually do not have any complaints but always look forward to a bath so was disappointed with this.

The bathroom was substandard. The toilet did not flush properly. There was hair in the shower when we arrived and the overall room had a smell of cat urine when you entered. Not happy with this room.

Breakfast offered was good variety. Overall the room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Walls are thin so could hear everything from next room; however everyone quieted down when they were supposed to so sleeping wasn't an issue.

They advertised rooms with a mountain view, yet they gave us a back room looking at the bank of the hill. This in spite of the fact that the hotel was maybe a third filled at best. The bathroom was small and when the light was turned on a very loud fan ( one switch for both) came on also. The staff was very nice, and the breakfast was good. However, due to the cost and where they put us, I would'nt stay there again.

I reserved a "mobility access" room- that's all that was left with one bed- but I need a room close to lobby or elevator because of some issues I have. I assumed our room was close to these areas because of it's designation as mobility access. It could not have been FARTHER away. I was very disappointed. I will not stay at a Holiday Inn again!!

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us. The clerk at the desk recommended a restaurant for us and we ended up going there both nights. This was our second stay at rhis location and we will definitely be back.

From beginning to end, it was awesome! Usually, I start with what I like and end with what I didn’t like. The only thing I didn’t like was that it didn’t last longer. The hotel attendant up front was very hospitable and welcoming. She offered us water which no other hotel has ever done. The hotel sits high in a hill with a beautiful view of the country side. Check in was fast. The room was immaculate and spacious. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We slept like babies. The pool was temperature perfect and not over chlorinated. Dining options were a minute’s drive away but just next door to the hotel was a Pizza Hut. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and the food staffer was a kind gentleman who asked if everything was ok. Something you don’t get nowadays when it comes to food staff. It was hard leaving to be honest. The room was very reasonably priced. If in the area again, we will definitely stay here again!

The stay was excellent after getting my reservations figured out the booking agent had my reservations messed up thanks to your front desk manager she got it straightened out for us. She was excellent.

The walls were so thin I could hear people in the lobby talking at the front desk. I could hear nearby neighbors going in and out, flushing toilets, showering, etc. One night there was a large group of people drinking in the lobby and were very loud for several hours. Sometime after 11pm they finally left the lobby. The staff was obviously ok with it, since they were right on front of the front desk. The shower wasn't in good condition, there was a lot of rust build up on the door frame inside the bathroom. Bathroom floor was sticky. I won't stay here next time I'm working in the area.

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us. The clerk at the desk recommended a restaurant for us and we ended up going there both nights. This was our second stay at rhis location and we will definitely be back.

Place is clean and has a nice view from atop the hill its on. Staff is friendly and decent free breakfast. Rooms have comfy beds, AC unit works good and not too noisy. There is also a traffic light exiting on the main highway so easy to make left onto highway.

Overall our stay was good. The woman at the check-in desk was extremely nice. The room was clean overall. However, our window was completely fogged over - and not by the weather. I'm not sure what the issue was, but you could barely see out of it. It really looked disgusting. We were given a room with the connecting door to the next room (not by choice) and it was unbelievable how loud the gentleman next door was. He was on the phone with someone and it was so loud and clear that you could actually hear the person on the other end of the phone. You would think he was sitting in our room. We ended up stuffing our two extra bath towels at the bottom of the door to muffle the sound. That did help tremendously, but I have never had that experience before. That's definitely something that should be addressed. As for the breakfast - the selection was fine, and the food tasted good, however, the whole breakfast area was a hot mess as far as space and layout. I think they are trying to utilize the space for too many things. There was a 2 computer/printer workstation, a sofa and tv, and then the breakfast area and tables. We quickly claimed the small table in the alcove with the workstations just to have some place to sit and be out of the way. It was entirely too congested. Once people were sitting you could barely get around them to get to the food which was contained on the back wall. This was by far the worst breakfast layout I have ever encountered. Sorry-just being honest.
