Room is decent even though the property is a bit run down. Only have one ice machine and was broken. Breakfast is decent. Power in breakfast room keeps tripping due to overload. Out of food frequent with no attendant to keep an eye replacing. Right next to the freeway and can be very noisy. Otherwise, a decent stay.

We were only there one night. The man at the front desk was quite friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was clean and spacious; breakfast was good. No complaints except that you advertised laundry facilities, which we were counting on, and we were told they were not working. We ended up driving to a laundomat to wash clothes.

Over all it was a good one day stay!! The bathroom was alil dirty. The parking was really bad! To tight! The breakfast room was pretty good!! Not a bad one night stay!! If in area again we will be back

It was good for our one night stay for a concert. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The nearby road was a little loud in the morning but I get up early so it wasn't a problem for me. The breakfast was decent. The only thing that was a problem was that the ice machine was broken.

Decent budget hotel in an expensive area. Room is clean & bed is comfortable. Hot breakfast is a pleasant surprise with the amount of selections. Hotel rooms facing the freeway can be noisy. Safety light in the parking lot is very bright at night , a good feature ! The ice machine has been out for months and the dryer is out of order.

As soon as we walked into the room we noticed the carpet was pretty filthy. There was stains on our pillow and the toilet seat was dirty I had to clean it with my own Lysol wipes and there was spiders in my room

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in for many years. The room was nothing like the pictures. Cheesy 1980’s feel. Also mold in the bathroom, the tub was worn out, and to top it off, there was no hot water. Do yourself a favor: avoid this hotel.

I think our room may have been the last one they had left on the night we stayed and they may not have been planning on having it occupied that night. The staff was lovely, but the room smelled like a combination of cleaning products and mildew and the carpet was wet. I think (?) it had been shampooed earlier in the day, which is a positive, but that brought out all the smells and the damp rug was not fun to walk on.

This property was what I needed for my one night stay near the shoreline. The property was clean, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was out dated but I also knew I wasn’t paying for a 5 star resort. I would stay again whenever I’m in town for a concert.

Rooms are pretty small and need some attention. Breakfast options are limited. Mattress was very worn on one side. Could not hear and road noise - and property is right by a busy freeway). Accommodations were nice - but wouldn't recommend for more than 2 people or if spending a lot of time in the room.

The room was most likely the oldest room on the property, nothing like the newly remodeled pictures shown. Toilet rocked, the shower water kept going from hot to cold while in use. Our key card deactivated twice during our stay and the fridge had a loud humming noise at night. Overall the stay was not pleasant, however we stayed because we had planned our trip for months because of my daughters Stanford graduation. I believe our stay would have been better if we would have stayed in a remodeled room.

Room was like a Motel 6 in the 70s, very loud road noise, but what can you expect when the freeway is across the street. Room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Not a luxury hotel, but it gave me everything I needed. I would stay here again

Don’t bother doing this self check in because when you get there, you have to do it all over again. And request a room in the back because if you are in the front, there is a lot of freeway noise. The beds were comfortable and the lady at the front desk was polite.

I chose this property because it is close to MEPS. The rooms were clean and reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly. The only downside was that parking seemed limited and there is some noise from the freeway and apartments that are located behind the hotel but that will really only affect you if you're a very light sleeper. I would recommend this property.

None of the electric outlets worked. Could charge my phone or computer. Even the outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work. The freeway noise is super loud.

Hotel clean. Not allowed in lobby. Had to talk to people through a tiny hole in plexiglass. Was clean and efficient. breakfast had many choices . The bath towels were tiny!

This is the best Ramada Inn I have ever stayed! Staff were friendly, the room was so nice! Very updated for mid-range hotels. The king size bed was fo comfortable!!! We both slept amazing. Walkable to a few restaurants, xbc short Uber ride to the Shoreline Amphitheater.

Place was simple but a good value. Breakfast had a lot of snack options, but not a lot of hot options, but it works. Breakfast room is a good size and they have a pleasant outdoor area. About a third of the parking are small spots, but it can be avoided if it’s not busy.

We will be back. Inexpensive and safe. Close to amphetheater and has scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast along with toast, different cereals, bagels, cream cheese, yogurts, grilled cheese sandwiches, apples, bananas, juices, coffee...we were impressed by the breakfast spread.

It was good for our one night stay for a concert. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The nearby road was a little loud in the morning but I get up early so it wasn't a problem for me. The breakfast was decent. The only thing that was a problem was that the ice machine was broken.

We chose this hotel based on location to Shoreline Amphitheatre and that worked out great. The room itself was not so great. Horrible pillows, bed definitely worn out and we had ants in the bathroom.

Overall, the hotel meets basic needs. The room is in need of an update; the flooring was damaged, and the mini-fridge didn't work—and even though I reported it, nothing was done. The bed was dirty on the first day—there was hair on it—though fortunately, I had a lint roller to clean it. The bed itself was comfortable. Breakfast is basic; it’s acceptable for a day or two, but not for a longer stay. The hotel staff were very friendly. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the people I was visiting, but for future trips, I’ll look for other options.

Rundown and a bit grotty. Had dinner one night and then ants all over the room in the morning. Didn't seem fussed when I told them when I checked out... no thanks.
