Extended Stay America Suites - San Jose - Mountain View

A clean, super convenient hotel ; no frills and minimal breakfast; no room service but extra towels, kitchen gear available on request. A busy place but quiet after 10pm; rooms quiet despite being right next to the freeway. I have stayed here before and would stay again.

Clean room, all you need. Recommend a room in the 300's wing as the road noise is highly reduced over there.

I checked in, went to my room and immediately left and found other accommodations. Although the accommodations were fine and the staff was friendly enough, personal safety was a HUGE concern - especially for someone travelling alone. Driving through the parking lot, there were cars that appeared to have people living in them. Within the lobby, next to the check-in desk were large signs pertaining to stopping human trafficking.

Staff was friendly and room was very clean.
