The hotel worked for my needs.....I was traveling to Florida with my dog and needed an easy access room. Unfortunately there was very little room for the dog to do her business, both ends of the building had "No Pets beyond this point" signs which left the edge of the parking lot....which is a hill. So not very pet friendly but the room was fine and the Mexican/Italian restaurant next door is very convenient

The property building is older but they had remodeled our room and it was nice. The bed's mattress was very hard so I had an issue with getting a good nights sleep. There wasn't a lot of choices on the breakfast bar but what was there was fresh and filling. There was only coffee to drink, I am a tea drinker or juice would have worked also but there was not either of these. The lobby's floor is very dirty, the carpet needs to be replaced. For those who want to swim the pool is out of order right now. FOR THE PRICE THIS MOTEL WAS OKAY.

The pool was not ready to swim in. We went to the front desk and he spent hours getting it ready just so we can swim. This was the easiest fastest check in ever and extremely nice people

Room was good, not exactly the cleanest and the laundry room is very dirty, carpet is stained bad, quite disgusting. The female in the office has a very unfriendly personality, never smiles or said thank you or asked how our stay was then charged me $90 for one night after being there all week and needed one more night, not very happy after trying to be a loyal customer being our fifth time there.

Room was good, not exactly the cleanest and the laundry room is very dirty, carpet is stained bad, quite disgusting. The female in the office has a very unfriendly personality, never smiles or said thank you or asked how our stay was then charged me $90 for one night after being there all week and needed one more night, not very happy after trying to be a loyal customer being our fifth time there.

I requested a refund 5 minutes after checking in and refused. One of the rooms (labeled non smoking) smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The pool was full of algae. This is obviously an extended stay property and not appropriate for families needing an overnight stop. There were workers everywhere and their work clothes were drying on the railings in several places. We did not stay but left immediately.

Hotel was clean service at the desk was very good however it was somebody literally working on their car at 10:30 at night grinding away like it was 10:30 in the morning not sure why hotel management did not say something to this person

I gave it a one star. We booked the stay online. We checked in and found the bed unacceptable. How would anyone want to sleep on what we found? The receptionist assigned the room and we found this. The second picture we found what you see on the second picture. She refunded our money.

Well the only good thing about this property is its off the highway. The room was very old cigarette burns in comforter, gnats flying around, tub was all cracked but the absolutely worst thing was when i laid down i started getting bit. I woke with bites all over me from bedbugs. So i wont stay here again

Walls, rugs and floors needed cleaning. There were stains of whatever was smashed or killed on the walls. The room smelled like mold, mildew and dog.The mother/owner didnt understand a word I was saying to her, it appears only the daughter speaks language. Clean and conveniently located. We have stayed here before. Good choice for a quick stay while traveling through. However, this time our room had a very unpleasant odor, reminiscent of mothballs. The vanity shelf and shower curtain rod were both falling off the wall.

Online pics looked good so I decided to give it a shot. Property is older but my room was perfectly clean and inviting. Some of the furniture and bathroom fixtures are older, but it is perfectly suitable and the rates are quite good. Bedside USB ports made for easy charging of phone and/or laptop. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. TV was good. A/C and heat unit worked just fine. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again. Some wrapped muffins or rolls would be a nice addition to breakfast choices.

Reasonable price. Older hotel with older fixtures. Before starting the AC, the room had a pretty overpowering smell, as the carpets very much needed to be steam cleaned. And the shower head, like many older hotels, is extremely low and difficult to use if you are over 5'9". I am 6'2" and it was a challenge. That said... It's still a pretty good choice for this area.

Not the fanciest but a really nice place. Room was very nice, everything clean. TV had good cable reception. And, I felt safe. I don't really require a lot, but as a single woman, I need to feel safe. Didn't really meet staff as I was there for just one night, but check-in/check-out was a breeze!! I'm in the area a couple times a year. I'll be back!!

Thought 05/26 was cancelled on 05/12 by hotel staff. Stayed 05/29 instead of 05/26 and was charged. Wouldn't stay 3 times traveling back and forth from NY-Fla.

Place is dated but clean and all people we delt with were super nice. Young girl at front desk was very helpful when we could not figure out the TV. Breakfast was basically nonexistent, fortunately there was a McDonald and Bojangles close by to fill the void

Nobody at the front desk. The lady that checked me in was unfriendly. We found dried ( what looked like drink) on the wall below the tv. The coffee pot in the room quit working after 1 cup made. We will never stay here again.

There were several dining options for breakfast if you did not want the free breakfast included at the Inn. I had 2 hours to kill before my appointment and spent it at the nearby shops and antique mall. It was perfect for my needs.

Overall we had a very good evening. Everything was great as far as convenience and closeness to dining and touring the area. You can walk to the next town. Items in the room need to be replaced {coffee pot is old and dirty and the alarm clock/radio is old and runs fast}. The breakfast was good as well.

Decent and convenient roadside stop. The room was clean and comfortable. Cracker Barrel is on the same exit. My only complain is that it's over-priced. $92 is too much for a simple, no-frills roadside motel.

Spent one night in the Hamilton Inn. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. Most of the furntiture in the room looked brand new. The bathroom was dated but clean. The continental breakfast was your typical waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, etc. The price was very fair. It is also next to this Italian/Mexican restaurant, which is very convenient. The Italian food that we had was very good.

The property building is older but they had remodeled our room and it was nice. The bed's mattress was very hard so I had an issue with getting a good nights sleep. There wasn't a lot of choices on the breakfast bar but what was there was fresh and filling. There was only coffee to drink, I am a tea drinker or juice would have worked also but there was not either of these. The lobby's floor is very dirty, the carpet needs to be replaced. For those who want to swim the pool is out of order right now. FOR THE PRICE THIS MOTEL WAS OKAY.

The only issue which is minor is the breakfast. It was just cereal and waffles and they ran out of coffee. That’s the only negative I found. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly

Place is dated but clean and all people we delt with were super nice. Young girl at front desk was very helpful when we could not figure out the TV. Breakfast was basically nonexistent, fortunately there was a McDonald and Bojangles close by to fill the void

Nice older property. Very clean, breakfast had waffles, cereal, yogurt and toast with coffee and milk. We skipped it as we can’t have all those carbs. But a good start to your day. This was a one nighter on our way home but a good stop.

Not a bad place. We had a big room, king bed with like new floor. The bathroom needs a little work. Need a little more for the breakfast. Juice didn’t work, had 1 yogurt. Had waffle maker, 2 kinds of cereal, bread, jelly, peanut butter.

The room was very clean and although not "fancy" was very nice and pleasant. The breakfast was basic but good with several options- waffles you make, toast, cereal, jam, coffee, tea. The price was very reasonable and the staff very friendly. We'd definitely stay there again.

Room reeked of old cigarette smoke. Poorly lit parking lot when I checked in. Tub was dripping nonstop. Only one blanket for a room that had 2 queen beds. No pool as shown on the site. No one at the front desk. No lighting by the ice machine area to make you feel safe. Hotel is only ideal for someone that needs to pull off the highway for the night. There are three other hotels within five minutes of this hotel that are probably a better bet

Where to start? A 2☆ rating is being generous. There was evidence of bed bugs, whether current infestation or past, is unknown, but we found dirty sheets and a couple of small bug bodies after we pulled down the bedding at night. We have had a run in with bed bugs before, in a different place, that took weeks to resolve after returning home, months if you count tearing out the carpet to replace the flooring. That was traumatic then and colors our experience anywhere. That can happen in any level of accommodations, though, in any hotel. Just creepy. The drinks and ice machine looked as if their last cleaning was done 20+ years ago. The drink machine was obviously not maintained by a vendor as the labels on the buttons, at least for the coke products, looked handmade. When opening the fridge, water poured out. We grabbed a towel to clean the water up off the floor and the white towel had muddy looking streaks as a result. The smell was musty as if the AC hadn't been run in quite a while. The young lady at the check in was very nice, but we didn't go back to drop off the key. We just left after seeing the bedding, leaving the key in the room. And the pool was tiny and unusable.

This seems to be an old, renovated motel. Cheap price and friendly, quick check in, but a big stain on the chair in our room and black lines in the bathtub left us worried about what other corners had been cut with cleanliness. Might have went too cheap on this pick.
