Sub-par furniture! Non working breakfast equipment. Bathroom wall paint peeling and/or dirty! Room mirrors were marred. Staff was helpful. Didn't appreciate dogs in the lobby area. Location was very convenient to wineries.

The location is great and is in a safe area. We had 2 beds and hot water. The sheets and towels were clean. The breakfast was descent and convenient. The hotel does need a renovation. The beds offer little support, the air conditioner is so loud and turned on and off constantly and then you couldn’t hear the TV. The TV has a limit to the volume, (thank goodness for CC.) Our room did not get cleaned, but someone took our towels. We asked for some towels since ours were missing, and the front staff said they would bring them, but we never got them. We just made it work.

The entire place smells. Every hallway has a different scent. The carpet felt damp in our room, which went with the super damp smell that we were inhaling all night.

PROS: The breakfast was good, convenient location just off the highway. CONS: booked a king bed pet friendly and was told nothing available. They gave me a two queen room. The room was a pet friendly room but very worn. The doors, walls, ceiling and furniture were damaged, paint peeling, and scratched up. The lamp shade was stained and cracked in several places. The carpet was stained and had an unpleasant smell. Even though it is pet friendly, it should still be maintained to a high standard. This is why a pet fee is charged. Even in the hallway, the carpets were stained and wall paper damaged and peeling. The doors to the outside were not locked. We never needed our card to get into the hotel. The phone was dirty and had a heart drawn on it. I loved nothing about this room or hotel.
