Villa Plage Style Caraïbes - Playa Bonita - Las Terrenas

The house is beautiful and the location cannot be beat. Playa Bonita, and this spot right by the house, must be my favorite beach ever. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to tell everyone you know about it and plan a trip back as soon as you leave.

Five stars seems hardly enough for this wonderful villa and surrounding area! We, all adults, spent two idyllic weeks. The place is exactly as charming as the VRBO listing promises. It’s surgically clean with comfortable mattresses and furniture. The kitchen had all the equipment that we,all avid cooks, needed to take advantage of the local foodstuffs. Our off-site hostess, Virginie, instantly answered all of our questions. Our housekeeper, always smiling, kept the place spotless. Plus, the restaurants within walking distance were delightful. And those oh-so-gorgeous beaches just steps from the villa! One suggestion: bring inflatable pool floats as the pool is uniformly deep, so no lounging at the edge with a cocktail. Thanks so much for a fabulous abode!

Peaceful, close to beach, stocked with everything you need. Pool toys, games, beautiful kitchen, friendly staff. There is nothing left but to enjoy

The villa was beautiful. Our kids ages 4-8 really enjoyed the pool and the beach was a short walk. A little further down is a protected cove with shallow water and minimal waves (~8 min walk) which they loved. We had Wandel the private chef cook 3 dinners. He did all the shopping and clean up. He worked with us and also made sides that our picky children would eat. We had so much leftovers for lunch the next day! He was lovely and I highly recommend his service. Host was very responsive to all and any issues that came up. Only minor issue was my laundry was hung by the maid to dry on a day forecasted to rain but I was able to use the dryer without issue after I contacted the host. It was just an extra step I didn’t expect. Overall wonderful experience and we loved our stay.

Wir haben mit unseren 4 Kindern drei wunderschöne Wochen im Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sauber, grosszügig und sehr komfortabel. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, der Strand wunderschön mit verschiedenen Essensmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen wieder.
