Sheraton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel

Ended up there after my flight was cancelled and was flying out the next day. Conveniently located within walking distance of terminals at CDG. Rooms are spacious and well appointed, although a bit dated. Gym was good, so was nice to get a workout. Both the sports bar and restaurant offer great selections of beers and wines, with tasty and generous portions of food. Under similar circumstances, would definitely consider going back to the Sheraton!

Loved the big bath tub! 1 Elevator was out and had long wait time to get down 1 floor with the bags.

One can get to this hotel without leaving the airport and going outside. It is a bit of a walk from baggage claim but manageable as you can use the free baggage carts all the way there if you use the provided elevator Dining options are a bit limited since the gastronomic restaurant, les etoiles, closed during covid but les saisons does have good options, very well prepared and nice wines.

Quarto e banheiro de tamanhos bons. Vista maravilhosa da pista do CDG. Achei a decoração do quarto meio antiga, mas fizeram uns upgrades desde a última vez que estive lá em 2021. O secador melhorou, e o número de tomadas também. Achei o serviço de buffet do Lounge muito fraco.

Great staff, good restaurant and bar. Ideal for TGV and rail transport users as well as being perfectly situated for other terminal connections. The rooms were clean and comfy, but could use a little update.

Only one elevator working

Very convenient, inside airport, easy to get to, quiet, very nice staff at reception, decent restaurant.

We spent the night on a layover. Paris CDG train is literally down the stairs. Bed was luxurious and large with nice pillows. Had an outrageously good hamburger at the bar. Very positive experience considering it was a hotel within an airport. Gym was nice too!

The upside about the hotel is that it is sl conveniently located inside terminal 2. Very convenient. . The hallways on the floors were quiet and serene. I really liked that. The bed was nice and the bathroom was Marble. But unfortunately, our experience, just one night was clouded with what we didn’t like. Like most airport hotels, this one was pretty dated. making it worse, it was clear that maintenance in the rooms was not particularly attentive. The carpeting the room was super dirty and stained. I can’t remember the last time I went to a hotel and didn’t want to take my shoes off. The shower stall had mold in the grout lines. This is an easy five minutes spritz by housekeeping with bleach or a mold, retardant and makes a difference between whether a guest feels like they are in a clean environment, or not. Additionally, simply getting a glass of wine to take to my room was extremely difficult. We went to the bar, as usual, to pay for one and was told that we had to order it for room service instead. So, Jetlag, as we were, we had to wait for the usual room service time just for a glass of wine. That was both inconvenient and unnecessary. When we checked in, we were asked by the front desk what time we expected to check out and we complied. However, from 8:30 in the morning until we checked out, we kept getting knocks in the door by hotel staff – – first housekeeping, then the bar man looking for the tray that served our wine the night before. All before 9:30.

Good for overnight stays at the airport, but a bit pricey. Comfortable, clean room.

The hotel was very clean and extremely quiet. They made the sofa into a bed that was waiting for us upon a late check in as we had 3 in the room. It is super convenient to stay here the night before a long flight, more convenient if you are flying out of Terminal 2. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

The hotel's location, right in Terminal 2 next to the CDG train station, could not be more convenient. If you are flying in and out of CDG, and especially if you are staying overnight before an early morning flight, you will enjoy the simplicity of walking out of the hotel and directly into the terminal. We did not eat at the hotel, but the rooms are clean, modern and generously sized by European standards.

Carpet and couch could be cleaner. Coffee maker didn’t work. Restaurant food was excellent.

Tired and old rooms. Stained carpets, looked un vacuumed worn furniture , missing furniture and broken fixtures.

So practical to stay in the airport in a soundproof hotel. Staff are very friendly and hotel room is clean and spacious.

First time staying here, but certainly not the last. Very convenient to the terminal and a great place to rest up before our flight the next morning. We were upgraded to a room that featured a great view of the runway and ramp, which is great fun for an airplane nerd like me, not to mention the surprising number of birds with a jones for slamming into our window. Also, access to the lounge was included which was great as we arrived just in time for Happy Hour. The A/C could've worked a bit better, but not bad for European standards. Being right there in the airport meant we had time for a nice leisurely breakfast before heading to security check-in. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

Great location. The TV didn’t work! Stopped every 15 mns indicating no connection

The AC was very poor. Room was very warm. 25C and would not cool down even with AC on full. Location is great but would not stay here during the summer.

Being charged over 30 Euros for in-room wi-fi for one night was not advertised nor acceptable.

The room needs updating, it looks worn. The location is great.

Lying to us at check-in. There were five people behind the desk and they just ignored my wife and I. They said the system was down and that we could not check in. We should come back in 10 minutes. It took them 10 minutes just to look us in the face And to tell us this lie. We returned in 15 minutes and again they continue to lie to us about not being able to check us in. I then put my foot down and said check me in. Suddenly, the system started working again and we were able to check in. I have pre-paid for the room. I am considered one of the superior members using Hotels.com. Cole disappointment lying to her face. Never again.

Very smooth and user friendly; the woman at the concierge desk was exemplary!

We were allowed to check in early. Big windows! Practically on the runway! We spent the day enjoying the action of the planes taking off & landing! Dinner at their restaurant was wonderful! The hotel staff got us a luggage trolley the next morning. My husband had had an accident and was having trouble walking so it was great to be steps away from the check-in desk. We’d definitely go back!

They need to update check in technology. Long lines of tired travelers. It took me 30 minutes to check in in spite of electronic check in and prepayment. They hand “enter “!all the passport data. I am sure scanner technology exists. Time to step up! Their unique location will allow this poor customer service longer. But then it will not.

Everything else feels like it’s coasting on the Sheraton name. Check-in set the tone: the concierge was helpful, but reception staff were slow, disengaged, and seemed irritated at basic questions. Not exactly the welcome you expect at this price point. The room was clean and quiet, but don’t be fooled by the promise of “runway views.” Mine looked mostly onto taxiways—great if you love staring at empty pavement, less exciting if you were hoping for airplane action. Dining was where things really fell apart. Lunch cost €99 for three very ordinary dishes, and service was glacial. I asked for the bill and waited fifteen minutes while staff walked past as though I wasn’t there. Dinner followed the same pattern: expensive, slow, and oddly chaotic. I watched the drink I ordered do a tour of the dining room before disappearing entirely; the one I eventually received wasn’t even the right drink. On top of that, the hotel couldn’t link my loyalty number to my stay, which meant downgraded Wi-Fi and no benefits. Attempts to fix it were met with a half-hearted shrug. Bottom line: If you need to sleep inside the airport, this hotel works. But for service, value, it misses the mark. I’d stay again only if my flight time forced me to—otherwise I’d look elsewhere.

The check in staff were nice. The staff at meal times were not great. Tough to get anyone's attention and it seemed to be a bother for them to service or engage your needs. Not impressed. Right at airport of course, so handy in that sense.

Very conveniently located in the International terminal of Air France and the TGV station. No shuttle needed.

Enjoyed our overnight stay. However there were no signs directing us to the hotel from within the airport.

Excelente hotel no Aeroporto. Você pode caminhar por dentro do terminal e chegar nele, o hotel é dentro do terminal 2C acima da entrada para o TGV. Tudo muito limpo, uma grande TV, ótimo atendimento e o Concierge pode agendar passeios para você pela cidade.

Room and check in were great. This property is extremely hard to find in the airport. There are really no markings or signage until right before the entrance.

Very well located in Terminal 2. Easy to get a train to go downtown. Exactly what I was looking for.

Très bon hôtel. Parfaitement situé dans les terminaux 2. Impeccable pour une nuit de repos entre 2 longs courriers ou pour un départ très tôt le matin.

Excellente localisation, on va à pied du terminal et vice versa chambre, silencieuse confortable à recommander fortement en cas de transit 2 moins de 24 heures à Charles de Gaulle

Restaurant service was excellent

Convenient, clean, nice bar and rest. Good breakfast. Ask for gluten free if you need it.

Enjoyed a lunch in the bar-it was great. Really nice to have the airport terminal right outside the door.

A great hotel with easy access to all terminals, the room was very large and the bath was great. Dinner was also excellent.

Breakfast was terrible and very overpriced.

Everything was good. EXCEPT the restaurant. Overpriced and terrible food with poor service. Amazingly poor food and value there.

Didn’t like the Les Saisons Restaurant. Food did not taste good. French Onion Soup was terrible, very salty! Waiter was not good. He acted as if we were annoying him by asking questions about the menu.
