Hampton Inn Carbondale

The room was very clean. Very warm when we entered but was easily adjustable. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. That says alot about the the community, city, and local university.

The staff were friendly and the room was fine. The fitness center was closed because of hotel renovations, which it would have been nice to know ahead of time. I was expecting this after a long drive.

Staff was very nice and competent. They have us a convenient late check out. The beds were good and Breakfast was really good. However, the place seemed to be under renovation. The pool and hot tub were not operational which was one main reason we booked here. The bathroom in the room had stains in the sink and toilet. Shower water was not warm enough

We had a 4 night stay. The ice machine didn't i. The pool wasn't available because of issues.
