Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was elevator was out of order. Staff did offer to assist with getting luggage to 2nd floor.

Elevator not working last inspection 2020, toilet not anchored to floor and not flushing correctly. Cable cord plate covers loose exposing wires. Dresser drawers stayed open. Room over deordarized, breakfast sub par.

The pool was not family friendly .. no lounge chairs.. empty beer cans sat on a table for 4 days.. a window was wide open from the pool into the utility room on the ground floor, it stayed open day and night.

It met our needs ~ the staff was delightful, the bed Was very comfortable, the pool and fitness room were clean and available, the coffee was good ~ location was great for dinner and a movie and shopping! Biggest problem was the room seemed a lil damp (?) Maybe a dehumidifier would help ? Its a tricky balance this close to the sea :) Great value for location.

Last night in the Bluffon area was comfortable and quiet. I had to clean pool all to myself. Breakfast was pretty good in luding fresh fruits and good coffee and muffins. I'll stay there again

The elevator was broken. Our room was on the first floor. Very noisy. Workers slamming doors at 4am.Room smelled musky. King bed felt very used.When getting breakfast, the employees where also helping themselves to the free breakfast. Had to wait behind them to make a waffle. The ice machine was always empty. We will not stay at this property again!

Late check-in and was given a King Rm. on the 3rd Fl. And the elevator was out of service during the stay. My wife found lingerie left by a prior guest under the bed. The room A/C was marginal, not cold. The hotel was also being used to house foreign workers instead of temporary guests. The location is well overdue for a major renovation.

Hot breakfast from 7 to 10am. Friendly staff. Pretty dining room. Convenient to highways. Reasonable price. Outdoor pool in rear patio.

The whole building was dirty, really filthy. The bed mattresses were so bad and lumpy On the morning of our departure, I was picking up my shoes and there were 2 small roaches!! Appalling! The breakfast was awful, hard boiled eggs that weee frozen, milk and yogurt were frozen, the waffle maker didn’t work, the food was gross. I told the front desk about the horrible room and dirt and roaches. The front desk lady said: “ oh, I’ll try to make a note on that”!

Staff was great. Carpeting is extremely worn and stained. Hallways have strong mildew smell. Walls in bad need of fresh paint. Window treatments are old and dirty. Some outlets work, some don't. Wood credenza has major chips near floor. Outside looks nice, inside is old and very outdated.

Upon checking in we were informed that the suite we had booked was unavailable due to interns extending their stay. We were also informed that the hotel had been purchased by a luxury hotel property near by and used as a dorm to house their international interns. Any rooms that are not needed for that purpose are then offered to the public as hotel rooms. This makes the property a lively social setting around 10:00 pm when the hospitality interns get off from their shift. Doors are propped open and lively conversations echo the hallways. We were in for a special treat the evening we stayed when the shuttle bus used to ferry the interns to the other property caught fire and burned in the parking lot in the wee hours of the morning in the parking spot next to where we were parked just hours before. This coupled with black mold in the bathroom made our stay particularly memorable. When we inquired about some form of compensation due to the unavailability of the room class we booked and the disturbance we were told that there wasn’t anything that they could do because we booked through a third party. This property should be pulled from your website as it is more of a hostile than a hotel. Will be contacting hotels.com for a refund. If you do decide to stay here be careful when leaving the property. There is no stop sign in the exit from the hotel, 2 lanes of crossing traffic from each direction

Room was pretty dirty, floors, bathroom, hallway and elevator.

The staff was good . We had to change rooms each day of our three day stay. The first room the mold smell was very strong. The second nights room the A/C broken. The third room was ok still had mold smell. But the staff was accommodating. Will not stay there again.

I HAD 2 ROACHES IN MY ROOM. ONE WAS CRAWLING IN MY BED THE OTHER WAS CRAWLINF UP THE WALL THERE WAS SOME OTHER BUG ON THE BATHROOM WALL. I KILLED THEM ALL. I HAVE PICTURES. SHOWER CURTAIN WAS RIPPED. I REPORTED IT AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE FIXED NEXT DAY- IT WASN'T. THE BREAKFAST WAS WORST I'VE EVER HAD AT A HILTON. EVERYTHING WAS LUKEWARM TO COLD. ONLY BREAD WAS WHITE WONDERBREAD. REALLY!!!!! I'LL NOT BE STAYING THERE EVER AGAIN. NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

The staff was nice, but the carpets were buckled in the hallway, which caused us to trip on our way to the room and our room was dirty. There was hair in the sink, mold in the tub, and the surfaces were dirty on the desk and sink cr

The hotel is extremely run down from the lobby to our room. The lobby is dirty, hallways and rooms are all scuffed up and desperately require a fresh cost of paint. The bathtub/shower was dirty. Our rooms were not made for the next day. Very, very disappointed.

We saw many cockroaches in the room. I was told they would issue a full refund.

Bed frame and mattress are terrible. Lopsided and not comfortable at all. There is what appears to be mold in the ceiling and walls. Carpet smells like its never been properly cleaned.

Very comfortable bed!

My room was very noisy. It was a disabled room with a connecting door. The next room had a group of loud people. I could hear every word.

The hotel is obviously an older facility but it was clean and adequate. The bathroom and sink in the room was small and dated. The breakfast had a limited hot selection of scrambled eggs, sausage or pancakes, cereals and toast. Overall, however, it served its purpose at a reasonable price.

Spent the night for work. Safe and clean. Easy in and out. The room can use a lot of updating in my opinion. The mustard yellow walls need lighter brighter welcoming colors. The tile in the bathrooms needs to be changed out and they could use new TVs in the rooms. I recently stayed in the same area in a different hotel for work and for $15 more had all of the above.

The room was weird with a 70s style bathtub in the bed/living area.

Our room smelled like mildew and the floor which is carpeted was soaking wet. The tv ran off of WiFi which was not reliable, half the time the tv didn’t work. Most of the staff was friendly.

One of the beds had a huge dip in the mattress. My grandson woke up with a backache. Bathroom was clean. Beds were clean. No other complaints except the mattress. However, that is a pretty big deal.

Room was clean, but definitely could use some updating, as could the rest of the hotel. Mattress was a bit firm for us. Breakfast selections were good, some instant oatmeal would be a nice addition. The Halloween decorations were awesome!! The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and get what we needed. Definitely overall a nice place to stay.

The person at the front desk was very helpful with a problem I was having with a gift card. Although I was unable to use it this visit, she took the time to find instructions on how to use it, printed it out for me, and then brought it to my room. She was wonderful.

The staff were very helpful and nice! Their breakfast that is included was by far the best I’ve seen, and tasted! My family and I enjoyed our stay there and will definitely pick it again when we’re in the area.

Decent breakfast not much variety but for the price it's what I expected. checking in I don't remember her name but the front desk clerk was absolutely amazing. Super friendly made me feel welcome. Huge downside, The beds are hard as a rock so be careful with that but over all not bad for what we needed for a wrestling trip.

The room was clean. The staff was excellent! We had a very wonderful and blessed day here. I would recommend it a 10 out of 10.

Staff was excellent. Room was average. Pool area and designated smoking area had WAY too many cigarette butts and trash. Rather inconvenient location. Much better to stay across the highway at the Hampton Inn or any of the other hotels in the Bluffton area that are just better and have easier access to restaurants. I’ve spent a lot of time around Hilton Head Island and Bluffton and this hotel is simply not a place that I would ever stay at again. Staff was excellent so it’s not their fault for this honest review.

Close proximity to HHI. They did not have the king bed room that I reserved and blamed expedia.

The full breakfast in the morning was great, coffee was pretty good as well. The front staff made check in very easy, plenty of parking. Only downfall is difficulty getting out on 278 since the on ramp to Hilton Head is practically right there. No fault to the property

Wasn't terrible for a nights rest. Staff not the most inviting. Said breakfast was till 9am but had cleaned up and put away at 8

I would not stay comfortable with my family-spouse and 3 kids here again. Its good for a quick overnight stop without kids. It is a very old location. The pillows seem to be just stuffed with cotton, very old and nasty. I did wake up the next morning with about 20 red bumps/bites around each of my ankles. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. The smell all around wasnt that great. The queen beds seem small. The breakfast was your average hot breakfast, but get down there early before its gone. There was a roach on the counter by the juice machine. The staff are wonderful people.

The staff were very helpful and nice! Their breakfast that is included was by far the best I’ve seen, and tasted! My family and I enjoyed our stay there and will definitely pick it again when we’re in the area.

This hotel is an excellent stay and value in the area. It is in and good location, close to many places. The staff are very friendly and service oriented. They serve a good hot breakfast each morning from 6-9 am with eggs, sausage and a variety of cold options too. Our only complaint was that our room was near the elevator and it was pretty noisy the first night. Oh well, not the first time we've missed our beauty rest!

Over all good. Breakfast need to have other options for meats I don't eat pork

Smoke detector hanging from ceiling by wire. Strong smell from carpet. By 8am out of yogurt and only white bread for toast. No pastries. Worst Hilton property I've ever booked.
