The location is lovely and a good value. However the place needs work and a few low-cost touches would make it wonderful. For example - no desk/work table. No user-accessible power points. Adding 4 power strips (one by each be, one by a work table suitable for a laptop. Better wifi - it shows a 2nd floor system but no password for it.

I would not stay at this hotel again, even if someone paid me for it. The location is great – right on the oceanfront, with a beautiful ocean and warm water. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Everything else is very disappointing. The worst part is the service in the restaurant. The staff treats customers very poorly, as if they are doing you a favor just by serving you. Don’t expect even a simple smile. After a very annoyed waitress brought me half a cup of coffee and did it with obvious attitude, I left only a $1 tip. In response, she verbally attacked me. Since then, we eat somewhere else and only come back to the hotel to sleep. Tomorrow morning we are leaving and moving to another place. The Wi-Fi also barely works. The room isn’t great either, but I’m not very demanding in that regard—you get what you pay for.

The place is somewhat shabby. The bar/restaurant food and service stink. The management would not let us check out even 30 minutes late, after a5 day stay
