We stayed for three nights and had a great stay!! There’s plenty of shopping and restaurants near by and parking was so easy. The staff was also very nice. We will be staying here again…

We found the conditions of the hotel were completely unacceptable and far below Marriott standards. Due to the limited availability in the area, I had no reasonable choice but to stay there. Here’s what I experienced during my stay: • No central air, only loud portable AC units that couldn’t be turned up due to excessive condensation • Electrical outlets throughout the room did not work, which was a serious issue as both my friend and I had to work remotely • Broken window shades, damaged lamp shades, and a kitchen in poor condition • The hotel’s entrance door to the side we were staying on didn’t latch properly, creating a security concern • Shower was not properly cleaned, with hair on the wall and dirt residue on the soap dispensers • Hallways and common areas were filthy, and the overall property was poorly maintained • Room was visibly dirty, requiring me to purchase cleaning supplies and cover the couch with a sheet Never again!

Very nice area, quiet, conveniently close to the freeway. Only issue was the washing machine charger wasn't working properly, I ended up having to pay quarters, and a few hours later it still charged my credit card (twice). So I ended up paying 3x's the amount for my laundry. And the only other thing, by day 3 our room begin to have a strong marijuana smell. We don't smoke the stuff, so I let them know at the front desk. I like the Residence Inn hotels though, the rooms a spacious & it's family friendly.

I was completely disappointed in the property. I’m guessing since people live there they don’t really care about visitors. The hallways are not clean they are completely scraped up from the housekeeping carts. The ceilings had holes in the section I was suppose to stay in. The door was propped open with rocks when I attempted to leave to let the front desk know I wasn’t satisfied. I didn’t feel safe at all. I checked out the same night and went to the Sheraton in Novi where things are better cared for. I will never stay at a residence inn again

The staff were so welcoming and helpful! I can't say enough good things about every staff member with whom I interacted. The room itself was very confortable and the kitchen well quipped. However, there were pink mildew stains in the drain, which was gross. Also, there were areas of the hotel, such as the hallways, that were very dirty and run-down. There was some sort of vent near door 3 that has no grate and looks like it hasn't been maintained. The parking lot is full of potholes, and the curbs are crumbling. Perhaps worst of all, the downstairs hallway reeked of marijuana, which is unacceptable.

Upon checking in the sheets were not changed and was full of her. When asked for 2 sets of sheets they only had 1 set and housekeeping never brought up the other set. The shampoo, body wash containers were empty, thats how I knew the rooms where not checked or cleaned before they booked a stay for another party. The couches were stained very badly. The bathroom was nasty as well. This is why when I travel i make sure to have disinfectant spray, cleaning supplies whenever we check into a hotel and always ask for fresh sheets, blankets

The room was very neglected! The curtains were torn, the carpet was ripped, molding was coming off as was a towel bar and soap pulled her in the bathroom. The furniture was old, dirty/stained. Sofa couch bed was ancient with Springs practically poking through the mattress was filthy. Surfaces appeared clean but there was quite a bit of dust behind every piece of furniture and on the lights. The staff was really nice though.

This place was very conveniently located to everything I needed. That being said it was not very clean or quiet. Sometimes I could smell pot smoke in the hallways. One time in six days someone dropped off two washcloths and one bath towel. The toilet also leaks around the bottom. The staff seemed very accommodating. Although when I checked in no mention of breakfast.

First room was over 90 degrees, 2nd room we were given was over 80 degrees. Third one was good but had three noisy portable ACunits keeping it cool. Could not bath - water was tepid at best. Staff was great and did what they could but with such aging facilities they have a very hard job. Housekeeping was very limited. Once every two days for towel and toilet paper replacement only. They only emptied one of the two overflowing trash containers. Very spacious rooms,

Loved the set up but the rooms need updating! The mattress felt like cardboard with springs! It’s extended stay and apparently a family overhead allows the kids to run and jump all night! The staff was extremely nice but would not stay at this property

Didn’t get the room type that I chose, too was 85 degrees upon arrival, never caught up. Could not sleep in a room that would not get below 75. Hot water did not work well, 2 cold showers. Would not recommend

My husband and I was in our room and another couple came in on us while I was naked and he was in his pajamas. We were charged for two rooms but only used one. had to go back and forth with an employee as if I was lying. When we First arrive there was a large barking dog across the hall from us in another room. We put up with the noice the whole weekend. The sofa had stains on it.

When we First arrive there was a large barking dog across the hall from us in another room. We put up with the noice the whole weekend. The sofa had stains on it.

We stayed for three nights and had a great stay!! There’s plenty of shopping and restaurants near by and parking was so easy. The staff was also very nice. We will be staying here again…

I enjoyed the room everything was clean even though I always bring my lysol and wipes to clean over. Bed was comfy and the Front desk clerk Tori was amazing she made sure we was comfortable. Hotel surrounded around a lot of restaurants and things

Affordable, spacious, clean and quiet. The cleaning left something to be desired. no service the first day, and the second day was inadequate. Nice neigborhood with plenty of shopping and dining.

This place was very conveniently located to everything I needed. That being said it was not very clean or quiet. Sometimes I could smell pot smoke in the hallways. One time in six days someone dropped off two washcloths and one bath towel. The toilet also leaks around the bottom. The staff seemed very accommodating. Although when I checked in no mention of breakfast.

Very nice area, quiet, conveniently close to the freeway. Only issue was the washing machine charger wasn't working properly, I ended up having to pay quarters, and a few hours later it still charged my credit card (twice). So I ended up paying 3x's the amount for my laundry. And the only other thing, by day 3 our room begin to have a strong marijuana smell. We don't smoke the stuff, so I let them know at the front desk. I like the Residence Inn hotels though, the rooms a spacious & it's family friendly.

First of all the place reeked of curry! No matter how much I cleaned the room and sprayed the smell wouldn’t go away! There were ants all over the table and lamp by the couch. The water was too cold so showering was miserable. There was a dirty pair of thongs under my bed when I was checking for bed bugs. Thankfully no bed bugs but a thong was there instead. Burn holes riddled the bed comforter and yet I was charged for a $250 smoking fee when I didn’t even smoke in the room! The room was not clean and they fraudulently charge you fees for things you didn’t do! The complimentary breakfast is a joke! The coffee was lukewarm and the food was disgusting! Never again will I ever stay at a Residence Inn!

The area surrounding the property was the main attraction. The staff is friendly and professional. Also the breakfast was a good spread and presented well. This property had the potential to be great and you can tell it must have when it first opened. Now this property is old and needs a renovation. All the hallway walls and carpet are destroyed. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s not inviting and makes it look really run down. You can feel the springs in the bed when you lay down, and the walls and ceilings are dirty and you can tell they are not wiped down ever. Additionally loose floor tile and a shower curtain in one bathroom hanging on by a thread. We stay in the area often and until they undergo a refresh, there are better options available.

Our TV was not working, turns out it was not connected. The Elevator was not working, had to carry things 3 flights. Our card key would not work at the end where the stairs were. The hall's and entryways smelled of marijuanna. We were charged for parking, not customary at most hotel's in the area. Would not recommend this property to anyone.
