We stayed 4 nights for Taylor Swift's concerts at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and we all enjoyed our time in ATL! The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was clean, suited all of our needs. Only could hear other quests talking when in the laundry room. Shannon was extremely helpful when trying to figure out our travel arrangements and very accommodating when we had a last minute extra quest arriving later during our stay! We (all women) felt very safe staying at the house. My daughter and I walked the neighborhood to the grocery store, MARTA station, and local eateries at all different times of the day and night. We never had any issues or felt concerned! Great hosts, check-in/check-out were very quick and easy, and we would absolutely stay again! Great experience all around!

I loved this house it’s perfect for a group of four for sure very spacious and has all the needs of a regular home the host is fast and amazing great stay everything is close by absolutely loved it I would recommend more TVs lol if anyone is reading this stay at this location it’s awesome

We stayed on Atlanta Midway through a multi state road trip. We wanted a house so we could have more space, we wanted to be a little out of the city and we needed a washer dryer. This checked all the boxes. We had a quiet, comfortable stay. We had take out or delivery in the evenings so we could relax and we easily made short drives to our planned destinations. It was a welcome break from single nights in hotels. The owner was In regular contact, even checking in after our first night. We especially loved the skylight.

The unit that is adjacent was having a party so I had to call the host at 3am and he quickly taken care of the problem!! The curtains were a little to sheer for me, but the shower was awesome!! I’ll stay again the price was good, until I noticed a VRBO extra fee😳, but it didn’t take away from my enjoyment.

Had a great stay and it was so close to the convention center. Our original listing underwent some repairs so the property owners contacted us to inform us they were putting us in a bigger unit. It was what we needed to rest and relax after our volleyball games. There is always someone you can reach for questions or concerns. They also have recommendations on places to eat and hang out.

We stayed for 4 nights. The walls were kinda thin and the blocks between the house and interstate weren’t the best looking, but the street the house was on was quiet and the place was very clean. The owners were very communicative, the batteries in the SimpliSafe controller died and they did same day Amazon shipping to the house for us. We felt very safe with the alarm system, there were sensors on every door and window!

We had a great time here. Very close to grocery store, breweries and downtown. Owner was very reaponsive. WiFi did not work but we were gone most of the time so it wasn’t too big a deal. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and property! The communication with the host was excellent. We went to so many places (ie. Six Flags, World of Coca Cola, the Aquarium, etc) and were never more the 15 minutes or so away! The host also had very detailed information about places for eating, shopping, and entertainment listed that we very helpful. We loved our stay!
