I loved the fast check-in right after I made the reservation and the friendly staff. There is a laundry facility which is nice I just havent seen it yeg.

Room did not have a mini fridge. Desk clerk would not or could not change my room, but had me physically remove a mini fridge from the room next door and carry it into my room. TV remote control was filthy. Bathroom was badly deteriorated. I had to leave a day early and manager would not credit my account for the stay not used. The entire motel is run down and needs rehabilitation.

TV remote control was filthy. Bathroom was badly deteriorated. I had to leave a day early and manager would not credit my account for the stay not used. The entire motel is run down and needs rehabilitation.

Couldn’t check in early, came back at 5:pm, waited 30 minutes for cleaning, not clean! Bath door wouldn’t latch, entry door had a1/2” gap when “closed”. Duct tape on refrigerator door, wasn’t cold, microwave was rusty inside. Everything was dirty, years dirty, sheets were clean, or we would not have stayed, race weekend. I’m sure it would not pass inspection, more than disappointed!!

We had 3 rooms booked. All were horribly disgusting dirty. Fixtures coming off the walls and the ceilings in the bathroom. Bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Black moldy toilets, clumps of hair in the shower, dirty walls. I had a dustpan and a broom with an open soda can in one room. Floors look like a track meet Had run through them, they were so dirty. No amenities, as far as no shampoo, conditioner, kleenex, no hair dryers. One of our rooms had no refrigerator in it Which this hotel advertises microwaves and Refrigerators in all rooms. Dirty bath towels that were stained brown. Door locks didn\'t work in one of the rooms. We had someone tried to enter our room at four am one of the nights, Thank God our dead bolt did work. We then received a phone call 5 minutes later from the front desk. Who never identified themselves as the front desk, They never asked if we were who we were staying in the room. They proceeded to blame us that this room is vacant in their system and that we change rooms which is impossible. We even had the key card with the written room number on it that they handed us that check in, So unprofessional, disrespectful and flat rude at that time of night to call and wake someone up not to mention scare the life out of them. We told that person they were lucky they did not get shot trying to enter someone\'s room like that at that time of hour. Ice machine did not work in the "lobby." Never again would stay here!

When I arrived the room I booked and paid for was not available. I was asked if “I deserved a smoking room” I ended finally getting another room. Once I got in the room I saw long dark hairs in the tub as well as the sink. The light above the table did not work. The remote did not work. The sink was filthy, shower curtain looked like it was just “thrown” on it. And after I got out of the shower and walked to the bed, my feet were filthy!

The floors, the entire bathroom, the small refrigerator area and all were absolutely filthy. I have never stayed in a place that disgusting! Do not stay there!!!!!!!!

This was the worst place I've ever stayed. The pictures are deceiving. The room was disgusting. Dirt everywhere. Hair, artificial nails, dust, scum. The shower and ceiling was falling apart. The housekeeper does not clean thoroughly. The room smelled terrible and the sheets had stains on all over them.

This property is very run down and dirty. Holes in bathroom wall. Woke up throughout the and bug crawling on wall. The sinks look like something had been sprayed on the chrome and not wiped off. The ice bucket was sticky and needed to be cleaned before could be used.

The room was filthy. When you walked in there was dirt piled up in the doorway. The pillows on the beds had dented impressions from previous guests. The mini fridge in the room had something that looked like milk spilled all in the bottom with other dirt and debris in it. There was dirt all through the room. The bathroom was also filthy and had trouble flushing. There was an empty box of some medicated ointment under the edge of one bed along with other dirt and debris. There was something sticky over the bedside table and on the phone. I found this when I picked up the phone to try to reach the front desk. The phone did not work I am not sure why it was in the room. I tried calling the front desk on my phone and kept getting disconnected and then no answer. After I finally got them they said they didn’t have any other rooms and they would send housekeeping. When housekeeping showed up after 9:00 PM he tried to say he would be back the next morning to clean. When I told him several times that we would be gone the next morning and would probably not spend the night he came in and swept and pushed the mop around and sprayed some air freshener.

The room I was in the floor sunk. When I walked on it I was a little leery of it. The toilet moved when I sat on it. The ceramic tile moved when I walked on it. I was very leery of walking on the floor. I needed a hotel and it was hard to find any that were open that night because it was some motorcycle thing going on. I wasn't able to park in front of my door. There was a trailer, a truck and multiple motorcycles. The motorcycle guys weren't rude or anything but they were up all night outside my window talking and drinking. While I assume drinking they were giggling. I'm pretty sure they were running their motorcycles in the middle of the night because the noise was waking me up. If the floor hadn't been collapsing like it was, I wouldn't have felt so weird. It was just just a bad room. It wasn't noisy from the motorcycle people but the owners couldn't help that

The guy at front desk gave me the worst room and yelled at me when I asked to switch! And instead of being rude back to him I didn’t say a word to him and then he started being overly nice the last days of my stay and then I had the manager calling me at 6 am in the morning asking if I was going to extend and my last day he called again at 6:30am and asked if I was already checked out!?!!!!

I booked almost a year prior to my stay, and called a month prior ti see if i could prepay for my stay, which I was told I wasn't able to. When I arrived, I was told I didn't have a room. It was the night before a big festival, so there were no rooms within an hour vicinity. I told the girl at the desk I didn't care where they put me or id i had to move every night. She told me to wait, which i did. When she came back, she told me she was giving me a room for emergencies. While i was waiting for her to figure it out in her system, another customer came in asking if she had a room. She told the woman she thought she did. I booked almost a year prior to my stay, and called a month prior ti see if i could prepay for my stay, which I was told I wasn't able to. When I arrived, I was told I didn't have a room. It was the night before a big festival, so there were no rooms within an hour vicinity. I told the girl at the desk I didn't care where they put me or id i had to move every night. She told me to wait, which i did. When she came back, she told me she was giving me a room for emergencies. While i was waiting for her to figure it out in her system, another customer came in asking if she had a room. She told the woman she thought she did. I was attending Vintage Motorcycle Days and chose this location for a second time. I liked it's right next to Bob Evans so I could have breakfast in the morning and its a short distance from the event. The motel appears to be an older dated facility but it is well kept and clean. My only complaint is the tv remote didn't work. If I attend the same event next year I'll probably stay at the same place again.

I suggest arriving in the daylight. I arrived in the dark and had a difficult time locating the premises. I left in the daylight and could easily see the premises from the main road.

Decent cheap stay. Room was clean, no bugs. Bathroom needs updating, never a good sign when the room comes equipped with a plunger. Bathtub caulking was pretty bad and the tub didnt look clean. Otherwise everything was fine. The Bob Evans next door seemed to be shut down, but great dining options a few minutes away in Ontario.

First room they gave us- The key door was not working so we had to drive all the way back to the check-in, which was two trailers away. Then the room they did give us was absolutely disgusting stains on the pillowcases outlets hanging out of the wall I bought Clorox wipes, and when wiping the toilet there was a brown marking on the wipe after and then when I pull the curtain back for the bathtub the bathtub was completely brown not like a ring around the bathtub it was brown and it’s entirety and there was little to no water pressure had to go to the front and the demand my money back . I canceled my reservation and stood at another hotel, four minutes away for an extra $130.

Room was absolutely disgusting. I had fog prints on my sheets. I also accidentally clicked smoking when i booked. Upon arrival and finding out the smell of the room was worse than a butcher shop woth out power, they would not let me switch to a non smoking. There was plenty of vacancies. Doors were broke, and safety latches were broke. A very disgusting and outdated stay.
