Very roomy and comfortable. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast. Gym a little small. Room wasn't cleaned the 12 nights we stayed but fresh towels were always available. They said they would clean upon request. Didn't clean snow and ice from parking lot. Was a little treacherous walking to car

Pool, ice machine, washer/dryer all out of service. Advertised games and none available. Basketball hoop was hanging by one screw. Basketballs were all deflated. Room was never cleaned.

Coffee maker in room broken. Elevator door call button broken. Several exercise machines broken or needing repair

The hotel was quiet and clean but the cement on the sidewalks and walkways need to be repaired and they could use a better variety of their hot breakfast.

The staff at Residence Inn absolutely made my stay!! I was there for 2 weeks and I have to say they were all caring and made sure every day was stellar. The Assistant General Manager, Chris, went out of his way to guarantee that everything was always up to par with Marriott standards. Bonnie made certain that any requests I had were taken care of promptly. And the other staff did a great job at ensuring the hotel stayed clean and the breakfast buffet was always stocked. So thanks to every single one of them for making it such a positive experience. Location-wise, you\'re right next to the freeway, with easy access to different restaurants and stores, including a marvelous Korean-French bakery and a Korean supermarket. Walmart and Costco are nearby and additional food options aren\'t too far a drive away. The hotel has plenty of free parking. Having a room on the "backside" means it\'s not facing the freeway, giving you quiet. There\'s a nicely sized heated indoor pool. There\'s no hot tub (that was unclear from other reviews). Pool towels are provided. Just don\'t forget to bring flip-flops and you\'ll have a great time. The rooms are spacious. I had a 1 Bedroom Suite. The living room area has a large couch and a big desk that allowed for great work during the day. The kitchen has everything you would need to get the basics going, including a full-size fridge. Between the location, the rooms, and the staff, I would definitely stay again. Thanks to all who made it so special!!

Clean but pool was closed

Check in person took a long time to check me in even though i already had a reservation. Did not know until after checking in that the pool was closed for maintenance. It was one of the reasons i picked this hotel. Room had dog hair all over in it left by previous guest. All over couch and both beds sheets. Otherwise appeared clean.

The property lights on the building and the parking lot were not on when I arrived @ 8:30pm,it was extremely dark. They actually weren’t on until well after it was dark, 9pmish! All 2 nights we were there this happened. Was told by the front desk that manager of the property had been notified and did nothing about it. The staff on the other hand were awesome, especially Holly!! She was very helpful/nice! The pool has great hours as well.

First of all NOT even a 2 star hotel. On arrival the room smelled heavily of fried corn chips so I told the employee, who agreed but acted like it wasn't a problem. My kid wanted to swim in the pool second night and I figured sure I could hit the hot tub but NO hot tub in sight. the air inside the pool area was humid and hot, but the water freezin and the pool was filthy! Not the water since there was enough chlorine in it to bleach everything it touches but a grimy grey ring of scum built up on the tile around the inside of the pool where the water doesn't chronically sit. I made sure it wasn't just faded tile by scraping some grime off with my finger nail. Then I start to notice the lift for the handicapped is completely destroyed and on that side of the pool there is an area where there WAS a hot tub that is now cheaply tiled over and sagging in the middle. Nope, besides the dirty suite that stank and the disgusting pool, they had awful coffee and sub par breakfast and need an update. Marriot needs to address these issues and renovate these rooms. We had to move the kitchen table to use the sofa bed. We couldn't use the sofa bed and close the bedroom door either. They also have a black washcloth for "makeup" , I thought oh so the white ones don't get destroyed by makeup up but It bled that black dye all over my face and hands once I got it wet. After 4 nights in that room I flew home smelling like corn chips. Ick

It was a great stay. Disappointed that pool was not open but otherwise everything else was fantastic. Sergio (front desk manager) was phenomenal and Michelle (keeper of the kitchen) was absolutely amazing! Both these people should be rewarded for excellent customer service!

The carpet was dirty, by the elevator always dirty. Pool is dirty, you can see the dirt and rust on it.

The carpet throughout was old and dirty. The hallways were dark and depressing. The beds were uncomfortable and the bed was right next to the bathroom vanity. Heating unit was extremely loud. The blackout curtains didn't block the light from the parking lot. Only good things of note -spaciose living and work area and very large flat screen tv.

I was here on business and stayed for two weeks. Room was very roomy, comfortable and clean. AC was loud but the room was cool. Breakfast wasn't the normal hotel breakfast like most hotels. Plenty of selection for any type of breakfast you could want. My only suggestion is add scrambled eggs every morning. Not everyone wants quiche or souffle for breakfast or just a breakfast biscuit. The option of scrambled eggs would have been nice. The staff was very nice, always smiling and greeting everyone. The lemon, cucumber water was absolutely tasty. My other suggestion is when you get your room cleaned in between stays, sweep and mop the bathroom and kitchen. Dirt is on our shoes so my floor was dirty even after housekeeping came in. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in town for business again.

We choose a suite for accessibility for 2 family members with special needs. Amazingly clean. I can honestly say that was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed it.

House keeping never came. Staff was friendly.

The trash in the hallways wasn’t picked up once, for anyone, during our stay. The trash bins outside were overflowing and never cleaned up.

We have stayed here many times and never disappoints. Great location, always clean, free breakfast and excellent staff. Always feel welcomed and appreciated

Very clean hotel room and accessible area to beautiful scenery. Convenient restaurants and shops for solo travelers.

We’ve been granted with probably the worst room of the hotel. No light room with the only window giving a view on a big engine that makes a crazy noise. After a 20Hours flight travel we have been barely able to sleep. There was moisture in the bathroom too. Staff was quite nice though.

We loved the room layout but we did not like the poor climate control, the rock hard bed and the soft rectangles that were supposed to be pillows but had zero support.

I liked our room and it was exactly what I was looking for. Quiet hotel and felt very safe. Family of five and plenty of room for us. Would recommend.

The front desk staff, management, maintenance, and most of the housekeeping staff are excellent. Some of the Housekeeping was extremely poor. The bedsprings were broken. Maintenance did try flipping the mattress which was better for a bit. The door lock was not working right, and the closet door was off the rails. The back entrance sidewalk was broken in places making it hard to unload luggage there.

Nice studio. Good breakfast. Quiet. Clean.

I liked the room very nice with big fridge and microwave and stove. Only thing I didn’t like was the TV selection not many choices and no pay channels that you could get even to have a choice.

I stayed here for a week. The room I stayed in was great. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The only thing that I would mention is to bring your own pillows, the pillow are lacking. But everything else was great. I had zero issues and after exploring it was nice to come back to a nice room and relax.

Room 107 is extremely noisy. It is located next to an HVAC/mechanical room, which generates a loud, disturbing noise every 20 minutes lasting 30 seconds; it's recurrent. This room should not be offered as an option to guests. Even while wearing earplugs, the noise woke me up several times throughout the night. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The room was spacious (designed for a handicapped person), though the decor was dated, interior lighting uneven, and the view out the window was over mechanical equipment toward a brick wall. The staff were accommodating and helpful. But it was noisy--various mechanical units, not just the A/C for the room, going on and off during the night. Check out the room location first!

Staff and service were great. Holly at the front desk super helpful answered all my questions. She went above and beyond

Staff was unfriendly. Room was not clean. Fireplace in room did not work and staff was unwilling to accommodate. Beds had stains on them.

The men who work at the front desk are very nice, however the service from others are terrible. Our room was freezing and we called to the front desk to get some blankets up to our room. We were told “you can come down and get them yourself.” … as I got out of bed and found my shoes, a man came up the stairs and threw two blankets down in front of my door. They were not in a bag, no knock on the door, just towels thrown on the ground. The next day, we had asked for someone to come tidy up our room. It’s complimentary and you have to ask the front desk to send someone to our room to tidy, so we did. When we returned, our bed had not been made, our dirty towels not taken, and trash still in the can. We are a clean family, we just wanted someone to change our towels for us and make the bed. At first I thought that they had forgotten, but on the desk there was a card that said “you room has been serviced by —-“ and a woman signed her name at the bottom. Someone came in, put the card down, and thought we wouldn’t notice. The facilities on the property are nice, and like I said the front desk staff is amazing. I’m not sure if they have in house cleaning staff & nighttime staff, but they definitely ruined our stay here. For over $200 per night with taxes & fees… you would expect MUCH more than what they are giving you. I HIGHLY recommend staying somewhere else if you actually want to get your moneys worth. I wish they would refund my stay as it was not worth what I paid.

Check in front desk staff was very kind. The night shift was less than helpful. We needed bedding for the pull out bed and he said if I wanted it anytime soon, I’d better come down and get it myself. This was at 11:00 PM. I’m not sure how he’s be so busy that he couldn’t run it up. Bedroom was large and clean and comfortable. Some where and tear and general cleaning could be better out in the hallways and busy areas. Walls and carpet were a bit worn. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was good enough. We would stay here again.

Stayed a week for a work trip from out of state. Quiet, safe, easy access to shopping, freeways, necessities.

The property was outstanding. Great location in the Westminster area. Residential area was outstanding to walk my dog. We will be back.

This is a clean, well-managed (for the most part) quiet Hotel. The breakfast could have been better. There were no vegan options other than plain bagels. The cereal options were less than ideal. However, the suite was very spacious and ideal for a 5 night stay.
