The front desk staff was wonderful, from check in and throughout the night, they were all helpful and nice. Ty- the shuttle driver was great! He was very patient with our crew and just so friendly! We were pleased he was our driver, twice! The bar staff in the afternoon were talkative and the service was excellent. We had a delicious margarita. Overall- the service made our stay at this hotel a fantastic experience.

Room was clean and decently quiet for being right next to the airport. The sink in our room was really slow. Not sure if that's a feature or a bug. The beds were a little stiff, but not as bad as other places I've been recently. Okay for an overnight stay. They have some sort of little deli/coffee place in the hotel but didn't try it. Within driving distance of restaurants and coffee places. The intersection getting out of the property is absolutely terrible though. Really needs a light instead of stop signs.

I had to catch a plane very early in the AM so I decided to stay at Courtyard the night before. The rooms were very comfortable and were spotless I stay there again.

We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna after a long day of doctor's appointments. When we arrived, we were told by a very rude front desk agent that they don't even have a pool, and she blamed booking sites for "lying." ​ The service didn't improve from there. Every staff member we encountered—from check-in to check-out—was incredibly rude and dismissive. Furthermore, housekeeping is severely lacking. Our room had open drawers, dust, hair on the bed and in the shower, handprints on the glass, and a broken toilet seat. Save your money and stay somewhere that values its guests and cleanliness.
