The property itself was decent, and its location was certainly convenient, just a short walk from the airport. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. I arrived around 9 p.m. to check in, and the front desk agent was essentially nonresponsive. No welcome, no eye contact, and very little acknowledgment that I was even there. Not necessarily rude, just strangely disengaged and unwelcoming. The agent also had no idea where my room was beyond knowing which floor it was on. I had to initiate every interaction and ask every question. I thought perhaps that was just the way things were at this property, but the experience continued the following morning. The front desk was again unattended, and when I asked about coffee and breakfast, the response was dismissive. I was told that I simply had to go to the bistro and pay for whatever I wanted. As it turned out, that wasn’t even accurate. My reservation included breakfast. By the way, the Bistro staff was great. Front office sucked. A convenient location and decent property can only go so far. A little courtesy, attentiveness, and basic knowledge from the front desk staff would have made a significant difference. Unfortunately, the service overshadowed what was otherwise an acceptable stay.

Did not feel welcomed eventhough I was a Marriott member. At check in I asked for the airport shuttle for the following morning and was responded that I just need ti come in, and based on availability, I might or not use the shuttle. At checkout, I said good morning to another lady at the reception, did not respond and looked like I was bothering her. Really did not feel welcomed in this hotel!

The front desk staff was wonderful, from check in and throughout the night, they were all helpful and nice. Ty- the shuttle driver was great! He was very patient with our crew and just so friendly! We were pleased he was our driver, twice! The bar staff in the afternoon were talkative and the service was excellent. We had a delicious margarita. Overall- the service made our stay at this hotel a fantastic experience.
