Adorable cottage close to downtown! Perfect little details throughout the room. We loved the kitchen area in ours (triple room). Our daughter loved the HUGE bathtub. Highly recommend!

Perfect little place within walking distance to town. Everything was comfortable, place was very clean. Parking was good, communication was clear and responsive.

Let me start by saying part of this was probably my fault because I misunderstood the instructions. We arrived, went to the porch of the house, entered the code provided in the email, unlocked the door, and went inside. Like most people, we looked around, brought our suitcases in, and got settled. A couple of hours later we left to grab something to drink. When we came back, the original code no longer worked. I called the number on the instructions, and they gave me a new code. It unlocked the room we had originally entered, so we assumed everything was fine. We unpacked, got ready for bed, and were lying in bed watching TV when, without warning, the door opened and another group of people walked into our room. Talk about a shock. Back on the phone I went. I was actually hung up on the first time, called back, and eventually everything was sorted out. We were moved to the correct room and were able to get some sleep. The property itself did what we needed it to do, but the experience was unsettling. It was scary that multiple people appeared to have access to the same room, and even more concerning that the same code seemed to work on multiple doors. Whether this was an issue with the instructions or the lock system, it created a situation where neither group of guests felt secure. Hopefully this was just a one-time mistake, but I do think the check-in process and door code system need to be reviewed.
