Easy parking road has potholes

This was such a terrible property, but all these highway hotels are being bought up by the Patel families. They buy these properties and allow them to be destroyed by the guests or by lack of maintenance. Many people don't talk about this part. But it is absolutely true. The towels were disgusting and all had stains on them. The parking lot had so many pot holes, it was like driving in Baghdad as you anticipated an IED. The bedspread was miserable and I threw it on the floor to be far away from it. I actually thought about showing in my Jeep because of the black mold in the bathroom. Do yourself a favor, spend triple the money and go to a place run by Americans that want to give you a nice stay for the night! This place is a sad shell and not worth $95.

Driveway need redone potholes big enough to Swallow a dog and deep other than that it was ok for one night little but if drug activity but I have seen worse

The property that I saw looked nothing like the property that was listed on Expedia for booking I asked for a refund, and I got an argument from the gentleman who said he was the manager. I’m still waiting. The room had a dirty bedspread, and the bed looked barely made. There was storage items leaning up against the walls, open sockets a light with out the cover and exposed outlet hanging from the ceiling above the bed the shower was filthy. I reported to Expedia because they told me it was a paid property and all refunds are processed through the facility. The manager didn’t want to listen to me or hear anything. He screamed at me and told me to get out so I did.

Blanket was stained. There were no wash cothes, no dead bolt or other locking device on entrance door other than the one knob. Our room had a inner door to a storage closet and we had no way to lock that door. There were dead crickets and bugs in the floor. Required a $50 deposit be put up at checkin. This place should be shut down.

This property should NOT be opened. It is a health hazard. The whole place is moldy, stains, door locks not working. This is equivalent to side of road bathroom. That isn’t fair to Abilene

Estaba muy sucio las camas tenian mal olor la bañera toda con pelusa y sucia sinceramente toda la habitacion olia mal muy mala experiencia

Between the roaches and the mice in the room I can only do 1 star.

I had to hunt the desk personal down which took about 30 minutes. Then as a was asked to retrieve a document from my truck, which was right out front, I was put to the back of the line and waited another 20 minutes before I could check in. The room appeared to be clean but after turning off the lights and waking to go to the bathroom, roaches were seen in my backpack, around the bathroom and the sink area. No one could be found to check out with. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL workers.

Room was disgusting! Roaches, someones dirty underwear and socks left behind ,BED BUGS! Avoid this place at all cost. Youll be better off sleeping in your car. The staff were great though. They are friendly and very helpful. It isnt yheir fault the place is very old and of collapse.

Absolutely garbage, I contemplated sleeping in my truck. The room was nasty, unclean, broke fixtures… worst overpriced room I’ve stayed at in the last 20 years. This one took the cake.

The tv didn’t work. The seat cushion on the chair was very stained. The toilet didn’t always flush. Tear in the bed cover

We didn’t even stay there. When we saw our room it had a double bed not the king we had requested. Went back to the desk and told them and he made me pull up the reservation on my phone to prove we had requested a king non smoking. Then we went to that room and it was nasty, the mattress did not even have a cover on it and the bed was made very sloppily. The room in all was not clean, the boy making them up was probably 12 yrs old. When went back to the desk and told them we didn’t feel comfortable staying there, he would not refund our money. It wasn’t a good experience

I had to wait 15 minutes on the staff chairs were broken a hole in the ceiling TV didn’t work right just wasn’t a good experience

It started off bad I was in line to get checked in after 3:00 p.m. someone walked in after me and the person behind the desk went directly to them to help them. After I finally got checked in my key wouldn't work to the door so I walked back talk to the person and they said well did you put the key next to your phone I said no it's been in my hand the whole time when I finally got into the room the cover for the battery case was not there in the battery was just hanging down he said I get that fix today he never came back. I came and went six times and each time he had to let me into my room using a regular key instead of the key card and each time he said he's got to replace the batteries he never did the room in the wash area was molded and damaged and I told him that I would like to change rooms he said that I already accepted that room I told him I didn't even look at it cuz I wasn't allowed in because the key card did not work. I was not granted access to my own room unless I went and got the front desk clerk so he could let me in by key do not stay here. The place should be closed down to to health reasons. I have pictures if you would like to see them

The room needs a complete remodeling, the lights in the room and bathroom do not work, there is no mirror in the sink, the mirror is literally on the floor, the blankets are not clean, they smell bad, the TV did not work well, it turned on and off. In general, the room has a bad smell. The connections of the light are exposed have no protection.

I made my reservation a week before and when I arrived they told me that they didn't have my room available, They gave it to someone else

Had to wait a front desk to get key for 20 min. Not the room I reserved. Asked for deposit that wasn't mention. Didn't get to check in until 8pm check out was at 11. They knocked on door before 1030 and stood outside my door the whole time waiting for me to leave, bed was leaning to one side noticably not just a little. LOCK didn't even work man I had to get screwdriver and tape I happened to have to secure the room at all..didn't have real high expectations but this was pretty bad.. i have stayed in a lot of hotels, of all kinds seen some rough ones, this is the first negative review I have EVER written.. im not one to complain but the checkout experience after not feeling like door was secure was biggest thing. Just the lock open with card, no latch or chain lock, also adjoining door I side was same way. With any effort next door guests could have entered at anytime

front desk clerk was horrible. Rude. Condescending. Accusatory. Refused to give info on owner or manager. Refused to provide assistance. Rooms are dated. Tv zip tied to the wall. The worst hotel we have ever been in.

Qwner is rude I paid 100 dollars deposit I left a day early and left it cleaner than when I moved in I when I asked will the 100 be back in my account in a few days he just pointed to some sign on the window I didn't bother reading by the look on his face I know I wasn't getting it back

We had to furnish our own toilet paper and lightbulbs hold were patched with mouse trap. We got three towels for three days and went and got her own towels. There was no breakfast false advertisement
