Very disappointed. Pool closed for unknown reason. 2 ice machines in building but neither worked. 2 night stay. No one cleaned up the room which is not that terrible but thought someone would give a few new towels and toilet paper. The room was not very clean, again not terrible but made me question how long things had been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Likely not return.

Upon arrival, there was a notice at check in desk stating pool closed until further notice. Was not aware ahead of time. No operating ice machine in building, asked desk and they went and got ice from gas station. Room door did not properly shut easily, had to basically slam it to engage latch. Alarms went off twice during our 3 night stay, one at 3am with the other in the afternoon day prior. No communication from desk employee. Bed was comfortable, water pressure excellent. Room was clean. Stairways not so much.

I've stayed here before. The breakfast bar is good in the morning. Eggs, sausage, coffee. That's all I need. My only disappointment is after a few years of the hot tub being in disrepair, they posted the hot tub was permanently closed.

When we first checked in, we found that the pool was closed, which devastated the kids. We were hoping to cancel or get a refund, but the front desk said that they could not help us due to us using a third party to book. Expedia said that they are working on this for us. We then later found that multiple doors around the hotel for entrance besides the main entrance were broken. When we asked about ice, we found that the ice machines around the hotel were broken and got ice from behind the desk from the worker. In our room before bed, we found that the TV cable box was not working, and the TV just said no signal the whole time. We had the front desk check it out, but they couldn't fix it. In the morning when we were getting ready to leave, we found that the shower did not work. The faucet worked, but there was no way to turn the shower on. Our best friends were staying at the same hotel and had almost all of the same issues. We will personally never be staying at this hotel again and are really hoping for some kind of refund of our stay.

The hot tub does not work and looks like it hasn’t worked in a long time. Both ice machines don’t work. Juice machine does not work. Asked for an extra blanket and was told they don’t have extras to give out. I would only give this place a half stair. I would not recommend staying here. They are running this hotel into the ground.

Our room keys would work, so we were given a master key to mall rooms. So unsafe! Carpets in rooms and hallways were visibly dirty and stained. Our hallway outside our room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke due to being next to an exterior door being left open so smokers could come and go as they please. Also, very unsafe. This hotel should not have a good rating.

Carpet in the rooms needs to be updated - It’s old and dingy. It’s a nice size pool area, but needs more table and chairs to make it more accommodating and inviting for people to sit.

Hotel was being renovated. Couldn’t get into the pool area door wouldn’t unlock. Breakfast was definitely lacking (second day went down 30 mins after it started and there was barely anything, couldn’t find luggage carts for check in or checkout. People smoking weed on premises by side entrance. Room wasn’t clean properly (microwave was filthy along with wall by microwave) and housekeeping came in every day before 10 am when check out was 11am even though I didn’t ask for it.Just for starters.

I found a drug vial that contained powder under the night stand. Water bottles, candy wrappers and paper. I have pictures to show all of it. There were stains all over the mattress and no mattress protector. I went to the front desk 4 different times and a clerk was not present to discuss the issue. What if i had a child that found the container and it container fentanyl. This is not acceptable.

The gal that checked me in(and i assume is the owner) was very nice. Heading to my room thr carpet in the hallway had lots of stains. Once in my room, the carpet in there had stains as well and i did not feel comfortable walking on it with bare feet. The room did smell good, no mustiness. The microwave was dirty. The fridge cold.Thr bed comfortable. The jets in the jacuzzi in the room did not work. I chose the room for my 3 night stay specifically for this so that was very disappointing. The plug to keep the water in also leaked. The free continental breakfast was OK, thanksnto the pancake making machine.

This hotel is old, dated and unclean. We only slept here before a flight out of ATW. We couldn’t wait to leave. It’s desperately in need of an overhaul. Look elsewhere if you want a clean place.

Cleanliness is definitely lacking and it just seems to be run down. There were not as many chairs in the pool area as previous stays, we had to ask for pool towels everytime we went swimming. We have stayed here at least 2or 3 times before without incident. The stairs going to the 2nd floor from the lobby were not cleaned the whole time we were there(3 days) there was an artificial nail in the same spot the whole time. There was mold in our bathroom. Our room was really big which was very nice to not feel cramped with 4 of us in it. Breakfast was nice to have included but not many options and was not restocked much. I don't know that we will stay here again.

Booked this hotel last minute mainly for the large pool area. Kids had a blast. The hotel is outdated but the room was decent for the price paid and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was a disappointment. Weekend hours were 7-10am, we went at 8 and there were only eggs left and the juice machine was broken.

Despite the property being quite dated, it was very clean and quiet. The pool looked great, although we didn't use it. Beds were comfortable and TV was nice, once we figured out how to use it. The ice machine was broken, refrigerator wasn't plugged in and their hot breakfast food was horrible. Eggs flat as crepes, waffles that were mushy and then the usual dry cereal, breads and muffins. I don't think we will stay there again.

The room was big but had a weird smell (assuming the old carpet and drapes had something to do with it). It is a very basic room and hotel but it gets the job done. The pool, sauna and hot tub area was also very big and a nice perk. Parking was easy, conveniently located close to the major highway. I also received an email prior to arriving to "check in" but ended up having to do everything again at the front desk so that seemed unnecessary to have online check in. The breakfast was very basic but if you have kids it would suffice not having to pay somewhere else. Overall price was high for what you got.

All hotel staff members were extremely rude, even hanging up on us several times before we even checked in. The entire experience has been awful and we will not be visiting again.
All hotel staff members were extremely rude, even hanging up on us several times before we even checked in. The entire experience has been awful and we will not be visiting again.

When confronted with an issue staff were unprepared and did very little to assist. Basically to bad for you now go away. I will never stay at this hotel again. They did not even ask how my stay was at check out . I was told I would get a small refund on my stay but never received.

We checked into our and everything was great with check but we didn't go directly to the room until later that evening. We arrived back at 1am to find a family outside trying to check in. We tried letting them in as nobody was answering the phone just to find out our key card didn't work. We were stuck outside for 30 minutes until I kept wiggling my card and finally got it to work. We got in and there still was nobody there working. So then my key wouldn't open the room door. The family still without anyone to check them into their room. I was able to walk behind the desk check cameras and everything in hopes that it would trigger an alarm. Nothing. Finally after wiggling my key card around again for another half hour we finally got in the room. I don't know what happened with that poir family. But anyway if you don't want a place where u will be locked out, don't go here cuz apparently nobody works at 1am.

Nice location, easy route to Lambeau Field. Carpet needs updating. I think someone had been smoking in our room. However, it was clean, breakfast was ok, and economical.

From check in to check out, everything was amazing. The customer service was top notch, the rooms were clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable. The pool and hot tub are working. I didnt experience breakfast as im not a morming person, but im sure it was up to par. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, Who prefers a hotel on the edge of town with less traffic than downtown. If you enjoy peace and quiet this is the hotel to stay at. The mall is only 8 minutes away roughly, Darboy shopping area is 5 minutes away so location is good and near highway. Be aware they have a 50$ deposit on cards but it was back in my account the day of checkout.

My son and I stayed for an extended time (9 nights) and it was a lovely experience. The hotel is on the older side and has construction happening in the halls for a day or two, which wasn't great, but we had comfortable beds, a clean room, breakfast every morning, and plenty of parking. It was a quick trip to the 41 and plenty of food options. It's tucked away in a business park which meant not too much traffic noise. The hallway on the third floor has some strong smells near the elevator, which was not always enjoyable, but it was only that specific area. Other than that, I was very satisfied for the price. Highlight - the showers are strong and hot!!! Loved that.

Hotel was being renovated. Couldn’t get into the pool area door wouldn’t unlock. Breakfast was definitely lacking (second day went down 30 mins after it started and there was barely anything, couldn’t find luggage carts for check in or checkout. People smoking weed on premises by side entrance. Room wasn’t clean properly (microwave was filthy along with wall by microwave) and housekeeping came in every day before 10 am when check out was 11am even though I didn’t ask for it.Just for starters.

The hotel could have been more clean( lobby, pool area, vendering machine area, jucuzzi) The games near the pool are rip offs and steal your money even when you win. The breakfast wasn't good at all, even the orange/ apple juice wasn't made/ done properly. They are accommodating when it came to us arriving at 1:30am we were able to check in. Overall it wasn't the best experience.

Our room was very clean but a little musty smelling, maybe hasn't been used in a while. Not many people appeared to be staying there, very few vehicles in the parking lot. ran out of hot water while taking a shower Saturday AM. The free bkfst left a lot to be desired, scrambled eggs in a bag, same bkfst all 3 days. Had to wait for them to brew decaf coffee on Saturday. The bkfst room is supposed to open at 6am on weekdays, didn't open the doors until 6:35am Monday and still no hot bkfst. No hot water Sunday afternoon & evening so I went to talk to the front desk, they could care less. The ceiling above the vanity was leaking on Saturday. Still no hot water on Monday AM. The only person working hard is housekeeping.

The facility and the staff was good. The only issue that I had was that during breakfast, the eggs and potatoes were frozen still. Never was heated up. The waffle maker was not working due to the Spenser not being in place to pour the batter out. When grab a milk, the expiration date was back in June of 2024. I think that this should be addressed. I did mention to the front desk, but nothing seem to changed. So I went to McDonald’s to get a hot breakfast

My family stayed for a week. The first night our toilet ran all night. when we informed the front desk they gave us a choice of new room. After that it was a very pleasant stay. Except for the breakfast during the week it was not kept stocked with items but come the weekend it was a lot better. Also most things were out of order like the sauna, hot tub, juice machine, and the ice machine, along with the side door.

Booked a two queen bed in June. Checked in online on the way. Arrived, they had no record of my online check in nor a room left with two beds. Had a king suite left with pull out. Person working has to call the manager in order to put us in the king at the king rate (which was cheaper then two queen). No contact from hotel prior that they needed a room change. Got in the room. Pull out has no blankets. Go to desk for blankets they had one really poor condition blanket, no sheets, no pillows for it. Bathroom smelled like urine. Hot tub closed with no notice. Completely drained empty so don’t come for that.
