Hotel went above and beyond for a group of people that were there with us to find them rooms because the person booking their rooms forgot to book for the first night. Also worked to make sure they didn’t have. To move rooms the next night since they did have rooms for them. L

Very nice Hotel. After an initial mixup with our reservations and room, our stay was quite pleasant. Rooms are clean. Pool is nice and open late. Breakfast is good and the staff are all helpful and nice. We had a nice time.

Our stay was very good. We came in for the Airventure and the hotel had a great airplane bag of goodies for us. Very welcoming and surprising. The staff were so helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. The pool was fantastic, clean, warm and beautiful. I will stay here again.

Very nice stay. Tidy room, ease of access, adequate breakfast selection were positives. Only negative was limited parking secondary to large commercial vehicles taking up multiple spaces. Unknown if this was a regular occurance at this hotel, but would guess not. Overall a positive stay.

We’ve stayed at this hotel-location before and liked it but this time around, we were a bit disappointed. The hotel is in need of some TLC. Pool had tiny bugs around the edge. Room looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Bedding had stains on it. Bathroom had hair on the floor and on the towels. The breakfast was decent. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist with issues that arose during our stay.

The pool was not heated much. But the whirlpool hot tub was quite nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the false advertising for a free airport shuttle. This perk was discontinued but the website hasn't been updated. Rather irritating because that was a big reason for picking it! Luckily getting a Lyft was no problem but I would have chosen a different hotel if I knew this one didn't have an airport shuttle.

This was not the quality that I have come to expect from a Country Inn & Suites facility. The basics are all there, the location is great, the breakfast selection was better than most, and our room was a great size. However, the floors are disgusting. The floors in the hallways, on the stairs, and in the room. It truly looks like they have never been shampooed. The "kitchen" area in our room was also dirty with crumbs and residue from the people who had stayed before us. I would probably not stay here the next time we come to town.

This was not the quality that I have come to expect from a Country Inn & Suites facility. My room my very dirty. The bathroom smelled of urine. I was very unsatisfied, especially because I spent over 400 for one night. I went for breakfast, the hot food was gone by 7am. Overall, not a good stay at all

Lady that checked us in was very friendly. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I have always stayed at this location every time I am in the Appleton area. The remodeling that was done looks great.

The hotel looked really nice from the outside. Indoor the elevator was dirty and had marks/stains of all types all over. The bedroom seemed cleaned but the sheets had stains, marks and there was hair in them. The bathroom tub looked like it’s never been scrubbed or cleaned deeply. The breakfast was a joke.

Hotel in general was in good condition. My bathroom had some unfinished repairs (drywall mud and tape), and towel hook popped off. Bed and pillows were average at best. TV was large and updated. Overall I’d probably give it 3.5 out of 5.

The rooms were fresh and up-to-date. Very quiet. The shades blocked out the light so you can sleep comfortably. One of the best places we’ve stayed in.

We had room #115 which was an accessible suite with hot tub. Room and bathroom was spacious, bed was comfortable and hot tub was a nice size for two. However, the room had a peculiar smell (vaping covered up with deodorizer ?) and the electronic window shades did not go up or work properly. The carpet appeared old and in need of replacement. All in all, it was a decent stay and can not complain about the very reasonable rate we paid considering it was a Packer game weekend.

Great location, quite clean from the lobby to the breakfast area to the.halls and.of course the rooms. We had king, jetted tub suite and all i can sat is WOW. The room was HUGE. Nice seperate sitting area with tv, sofa, desk, counter with coffee pot and microwave. The king bed was perfect, jetted tub in bedroom, this separate area was alos very large. The bathroom was huge, a double walk in shower, twin counter sinks and an area with the toilet. This room was a great value. This will be our go to hotel in Appleton, going forward. Oh, wait I forgot the breakfast was delightful, something for everyone!!

The rooms felt as though you could hear through them. The room above us ran their tub at 3am and it sounded like they were in our room. The next am the floor was vibrating. There is something wrong with the structure of this building. We shared this with staff before we left. Very disappointing, not good sleep at all.

I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Appleton, WI on my business trip from 6/24-6/28. Room was clean but staff service can be improved. No housekeeping provided during the whole week stay despite being informed that housekeeping will be provided every 3 days. During check out staff said no hotels in the area provide daily housekeeping which is hard to believe. Should have stayed at Hampton Inn (which is right across from it) or 4 points by Sheraton (which is front of the building). Exhaust fan didn't work properly in the shower and AC unit fan kept running despite putting on off. You can get the idea overall condition of the room. Overall, wouldn't stay there again. 2 stars.

Wry clean hotel with an above average breakfast buffet. Convenient location at the Fox River retail area and minutes to the Airport. The Assistant GM Angel was great to chat with; hardest worker they have (she was there all three days of our stay; early morning and late night.

Front desk staff needs to be trained. Was unable to get my key to work properly. Went up and down to my room four times with the key not working. Asked for a refund and the front desk employee didn’t even know how to complete a refund. Left the property and drove two hours home to sleep in my own bed. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life at a hotel

I was in town for my son's hockey tournament. Got to the hotel at 2 pm and asked them if I could check in. They told me my room was ready but there was a early check in fee so I decided to wait. Came back at 4 30 pm. Checked in and take the elevator up. Get off the elevator and there was a guy walking ahead of us. He stops at our room and goes in. My wife and I just look at each other. Went back to the desk and told them someone is in our room. They looked at the computer and said nobody is in there and I said someone just walked into my room. They couldn't figure out who it was. This could have gone wrong in so many ways. They told me they would have to give me a different room but wasn't ready at 4 30 so we had to sit around for 40 minutes until our new room was ready. They also told me there would be special amenities in the room(nothing). I the long run I stayed 2 nights and tried to talk to a manager but nobody available. Wasn't happy with how they handled this problem I called today, a week later, and talked to a manager and she didn't know anything about this

3 Star hotel located by the fox river mall (walking distance) and Interstate 43. - location is excellent Service is friendly and above average. The rooms are clean and the beds are great. The bathrooms are clean and relatively new. Breakfast is also above average imho. The pool and whirlpool are open again are quite nice. the only drawbacks: the price is quite high considering that there are many hotels nearby that we at least as nice and 20-30$ cheaper the parking lot is rather small and can fill up fast. if you arrive past 9pm you may need to ask at the desk where else u can park.

Great staff, had some small issues at first, that were handled immediately. First room wasn't cleaned but gave us another immediately. Breakfast was good each monring. First morning was omelets, potatoes, sausage, make your own waffles, yogurt, toast, muffins, cereal options, etc. Second morning was scrambled eggs, corned beef hash and Sausage and same other things. Pool and hot tub were nice. Pool could be a little warmer, it was cold when we got it but not too bad after getting used to it. The hotel is located very close to the Fox River Mall and many restaurants are close by. The Machine Shed is is within walking distance and has great food. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice Hotel. After an initial mixup with our reservations and room, our stay was quite pleasant. Rooms are clean. Pool is nice and open late. Breakfast is good and the staff are all helpful and nice. We had a nice time.

First the best things: lovely staff, great parking, huge room (suite), tasty oatmeal, short wait for elevator, breakfast area was spacious and well laid out. Things that we did not love as much: carpet in room (and hallway) in need of a shampoo. While bed was not super uncomfortable it was also not exceptionally wonderful either. Breakfast, save the oatmeal, was pretty bad. Terrible potatoes and scrambled eggs, coffee not great. Overall a nice but not exceptional stay. Once again every staff member we met was lovely.

The hotel looked really nice from the outside. Indoor the elevator was dirty and had marks/stains of all types all over. The bedroom seemed cleaned but the sheets had stains, marks and there was hair in them. The bathroom tub looked like it’s never been scrubbed or cleaned deeply. The breakfast was a joke.

I stayed here for two nights while attending EAA AirVenture. Although the hotel doesn’t provide an airport shuttle, it’s only a short drive from Appleton Airport. There is also a paid shuttle service that runs between Appleton and the EAA AirVenture grounds during the event, which made getting to and from the airshow very convenient. Breakfast wasn’t as extensive as I expected, but the scrambled eggs were surprisingly good. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the small welcome bag with snacks and bottled water for AirVenture guests. The hotel also lends out folding chairs for guests attending the airshow, although I wasn’t able to borrow one because they had all been checked out. My biggest complaint was the bathroom. The shower curtain was far too short, and there was no barrier to keep the water inside the shower, so the bathroom floor became completely soaked every time I showered. I honestly don’t understand why it was designed that way. The bathroom could also use a little more attention. The toilet wasn’t completely clean, there was some rust on the wall near the shower, and the conditioner dispenser was nearly empty. One disappointing experience was with a housekeeping staff member. As a person of color, I greeted her with a simple “Good morning,” but she completely ignored me even though there was no indication that she didn’t understand English. I can’t know her reason, but it left me feeling unwelcome.
