Hyatt House Sterling/Dulles Airport North

This hotel ripped me off. I had booked a suite which should have had a mini kitchen and couch area per the listing. When I showed up, they gave me a crap room that was not what I paid for. See photos. Breakfast was also basic, bot great, and ended too early.

We took 5 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. Excellent facility and staff who kept everything well stocked and cleaned. Lobby is welcoming and spacious, good for work and relaxation. Rooms are well laid-out, well kept and well stocked. Would definitely return when visiting family again.

Great appearance. Only issue I had was having to pay for the parking. Wish that was expressed before I booked.

The breakfast was fresh and very nice.

The room was nice! Breakfast was good there were even turkey bacon and turkey sausage options upon request. There was a nice variety of food. The staff were really nice and friendly. I would stay here again the next time I'm in the area.
