Nice stay. Only concern is the entire property could use a facelift!

The bed was sunken and very soft. When you go down the stairs, there’s a strong smell of urine. My car was hit in the parking lot, and they don’t have cameras or take any responsibility.

Clean, quiet, and pet friendly

One of the most enjoyable locations in the west side of Northern Virginia: main hwys are very accessible but the hotel is not on the freaking on-ramp, a welcomed “feature.” Parking is great, staff have been nice. There’s shopping and food within walking distance, a huge plus if not living in a car is of interest.

Nice amenities, great location

The elevator was down and unfortunately that day I was limping so I will not be able to climb up the stair. I asked if she can put us on the 1st floor or even on the 2nd floor but still she puts us on the 3rd floor.

There is no common rest room facility

It's a really nice place. It is central to almost everything. Excellent restaurants and shopping are within both driving and walking distance. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. My favorite part is that I travel with my dog and the place is clean and very pet friendly.

woke to roaches crawling on us.

The room I stayed in had roaches and the towels was dirty. I had to have come back and clean the room. This property shouldn’t be letting anyone stay here. It needs to be exterminated

Booked this place because breakfast was advertised as included. Nutrigrain bars and moldy muffins. That was breakfast?! Oh, I had to brew my own coffee in the employee break room. Our room had pop bottle caps, beer bottle cap, and other trash under the bed. The floors were not clean. There were bugs on the counters in the kitchen as well as the counter, tub, and floor of the bathroom. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful as they could be. I was very surprised that my room was so unclean. The bathroom had roaches, roaches crawling under the beds. The kitchen wasn’t clean and the carpet was severely stained. The microwave had food in it as well. No cleaner rooms were available. I was offered a new room and it was worse than the one I was in. The stove didn’t work properly. The sink pipes were leaking water. They did spray for bugs. I received a portion of my funds back after showing them pictures of all the issues.

Great location to my work, As I’m walking to my room there was 2 guys in the hallway fussing with each other, I expected it to be a little cleaner as there was hair in the bathtub, dead nats on the bathroom ceiling, stains in the carpet and a chunk of laminate missing from the countertop. Never stayed at an extended stay so not sure what to expect but I’ll definitely be staying someplace else

Filthy and smelly

Room was dirty, staff was rude, and the service was terrible. Couldn’t sleep due to bed break and bad smiling. Definitely not worth the money. Will never stay here again.

First room had a bad smell that was much worse when we went into the bathroom. Staff was very kind and took us to a second room where they tried to go in before us and spray lemon scented spray (I think they knew the second room was going to smell just as bad). Second room also smelled so bad we had no choice but to cancel and go somewhere else. Nice people but the hotel seems to have an odor problem.

The room was nice but the entire hotel smelled of smoke . My room was on the first floor and I had a non-smoking room. However, you couldn’t tell when you walked into my room because it smelled like smoke, the lobby smelled like smoke. Smoking should not be allowed anywhere near the building, but unfortunately there were people right outside the front door smoking unfortunately that made the stay not so pleasant for me.

Some crazy man was next door & yelled all night throwing things. I didn't get one wink of sleep. Had to call the front desk 3x & they still didn't resolve the issue. The front desk was sleeping on the job. Glad one us got some sleep. I will never come to this place again. I came here bc of the reviews on Google. Whose writing these reviews? Totally didn't live up to any standard. Don't waste your time or money on this place

They didn't have anything for the kitchen, like nothing to cook with or no plates, forks ect..

Rooms are worn out and out dated.

Rooms smelled bad, were in poor shape, and were very unpleasant. I immediately checked out and did not even want to stay there

Location is great. Furniture in the room was awful. Don't recommend this Extended Stay.

Honestly the young lady at the desk had a rough nice last night. When I called her on the phone because I had mistakenly went to the wrong location, she was loud and yelling on the phone and I was just confused. Once I was able to deescalate it and go to the right location it didn’t get much better. She was much nicer in person which was great. But there were so many issues with the rooms. She gave me rooms twice that had already had people in them and I seemed like a creep knocking on rooms that were already occupied at 12am. I had to keep lugging my luggage around the hotel as we tried to find me an unoccupied room. I finally get situated in a room on the second floor instead of the third floor. I’m finally able to eat my cold dinner and get ready for work in the morning. As soon as I get the shower turned on and unwind I get a knock on the door. Turns out the room was also assigned to someone else as well and I had to move AGAIN. Again the lady was very nice and had a language barrier and was doing her best. I moved rooms and even though I was frustrated i remained calm and polite because I work in the service industry. I was finally able to get into a room and rest. Now it’s a bit past 1am. I was so tired from the room switching and confusion that I ended up missing breakfast. I just don’t feel as though my experience was great and would really like my money back. I’m sure this isn’t every single guests experience here, and I’m sure it was a one off situation.

the hotel had no rooom available and turned me away. i had to call hotels.com to ask for the refund . Hotels.com didn’t even know the hotel had no room .

Front desk is very rude

Had trouble checking in. They showed us as no show when we made sure to call in and notify them of late check in directly After booking. Lady clicked on th damn computer for 10 mins before telling us there was an issue and it’s onl because I spoke up. Didn’t offer us a room another way until I ask

Everything is old. Staff is just collecting a check. Do not stay.

The biggest reason I booked this property was location to the airport but we left as soon as we started to see bugs everywhere in my opinion that’s one thing I will not tolerate

Easy to get places.

Excellent place right around the corner from a mall and steps away from other shopping and dining.

I attempted to have breakfast in the morning, but there was hardly anything available, and the coffee machine was empty.

It wasn’t that bad for one night. The lady that was there that night was nice checking in was smoothly. Wish they had hot breakfast but its just a grab and go. We got a queen bed but it didn’t look nothing like a queen bed but hey at less the bed seem clean. It had a kitchen but the microwave and some areas in the kitchen was dusty or not clean and but bathroom fan made alot of noise when turning it on. However ill stay here if i have to again.
