I would not recommend staying at Super 7 Inn based on my experience. The pricing was not transparent. I was quoted one rate when booking, but upon arrival I was told I had to pay an additional refundable deposit and a daily room fee that had not been clearly disclosed in advance. The condition of the room was unacceptable. It was outdated, poorly maintained, and I encountered roaches during my stay, which raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. There was also no working cable service as expected. Customer service at the front desk was also a problem. When I asked reasonable questions about the unexpected charges and room conditions, the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful rather than professional. Overall, this stay fell well below basic standards for cleanliness, transparency, and customer service. I would strongly suggest confirming all fees in advance and considering other options.

Was unable to get a room after I booked it on hotels.com. Come to find out the hotel is small with only 20 rooms available, there was a lot of people turned away. I still got charged they couldn’t cancel it for me nor could I on the website!!!! Never again will I use this site!!!!!

Room was terrible. Staff was rude and he’s not pet friendly. He charged me an extra $50 outside of Hotels.com saying that Hotels.com was not his price and I have to pay him an extra $50 then he charged me $20 deposit when I checked out early, he threw the $20 back at me and he would not give me a receipt for the $50 saying that he don’t give receipts but then wrote on a piece of paper what he charged me
