We booked this hotel to enjoy the pool and the pool was filthy and cloudy. Not what you want to see. Only would take a few gallons of bleach and shock to fix that and a working pool vac

close to Princeton university so great location but the 1 of the 2 hotel elevators were not working during our stay. Also the breakfast was poor would not recommend.

It’s very tired. Only one working elevator. Doors in room (bathroom) don’t fully close. Paint job is bad. Just needs more attention to detail.

We stayed one night on the way back from a family party. The hotel staff was nice. The room was okay, lots of visible wear and tear and not the best. The pool was green and gross, definitely would not plan to go in. Breakfast cost extra and was very limited selection, not worth the price for some boxed scrambled eggs. That being said, it was fairly cheap for one night. I wouldn’t go back though.

Property, located in a business park, is a little dated and check in was a little slow but it was quiet and clean. Bed and sheets were great. Swimming pool and exercise room was ok.

The breakfast was good with enough variety. The egg dish could have varied by day though. One day, there were even bowls with melon and pineapple. It was good to have a restaurant and bar in house, closed on Sunday though.

Property was quite good. Out of Order 2nd floor ice machine beeped for two straight days. Staff was great. Got us an early check in. Free parking. Short drive to downtown/Campus. Nice town.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable. Everything was very old and worn. The pool was green! Yuck

Greeting staff nice.. was disappointed when they say bar open til 10pm went in at 7:30 hoping to grab a snack and a couple drinks had to go to desk to find staff and when he came out made one drink no snacks to order(wings etc) and he took all bottles off shelf and closed the bar! Didn't even ask if I would like another? Room keys an issue too didn't work half the time had to call front desk from hall

The elevator is broken and the lights in the stairwell are out. Fine if the elevator is broken, but a dark stairwell? Also, I thought it was really weird that housekeeping would not speak to me at all. I had asked for some extra cloths and they waved (literally) me off and told me I had to go to the front desk. When I said something to the front desk about it, they said it was because the housekeeping staff doesn’t speak English. Mind you, there was one French speaking housekeeper there during my stay. She was the only one who spoke to me. Not to mention, I speak both Spanish and French. So if it was a language barrier, just like Anna told me she speaks French, the other women, and even the housekeeping manager could’ve done the same thing.

Bathroom has black mold, rooms has bugs and cob webs. Window curtains had mold

Rooms was dirty and smells I could not sleep that night carpet smell a lot of hair around the beds I don’t think they change the bedsheets soo filthy and dirty never stay again this hotel

Reached late and the stafff was not responsive. Towels were dirty , room was stinky. No complimentary water/ coffee mix in room. As per the money it’s not worth 2/10 rating .

Very clean and quite hotel. The staff was very friendly.

The bathtub was dirty; they put a plastic floor to cover the dirty tub the fan was covered with dust

The carpeting was very dirty and the bath drain was broken. The staff was great in moving our rooms but the entire property was just very outdated and in need of repairs.

I won't be staying at this hotel again, unless they undergo renovation. While the beds were clean, the bathroom had a door that was falling off the hinges, the sliding closet door was broken, the bathroom fixture handle came off while trying to shower, the A/C unit created moisture in the room to the point where the carpet felt moist, the carpets in the room were grimy to the point where I would NOT walk on them in anything less than shoes (not even just socks), the outlets wouldn't hold a plug. So, overall (as I write this out), the hotel room was pretty nasty. The customer service in the lobby was great though.

More modern USB, capabilties. There was one and it did not work. The other three were regular outlets. No refrigerator (our stay was for one weak). The air conditioning was with no variable speed or temperature setting and no screens on windows. We got sick on our second night there. Our tub faucet leaked, watee pressure was good. Door would slam shut, i would hold it to close.

Run down property. Unfriendly staff at the front desk. Beds and pillows old and uncomfortable

Everything was great except none of the outlets on one side of the bed worked, so it made using my sleep machine and charging my phone difficult. Only one outlet worked on the other side as well.

Nice hotel room but the shower had very weak water pressure which made it difficult to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. The room air was too dry. I woke up with a bloody nose the first morning and had to purchase a humidifier for the second night of my stay

The lady staff member at the reception desk in the mornings is the rudest and most disrespectful person. I would never go back to this hotel.

EXCELLENT stay! We frequent this property often and can’t say enough good things about it. The front desk staff, Asia and James and all of the rest of the team are outstanding! Housekeeping goes above and beyond. Great place to stay.

The woman at the front desk was on her cell phone and got annoyed when I asked a question regarding breakfast. When my key did not work and had to ask for another one, I was told I booked my reservation through a third party because I couldn't afford the hotel. I was shocked and told her I wanted to speak to a manager. She threatened to call the police.

Poor service. Non friendly Rooms not adequately cleaned. Definitely not vacuumed. Not helpful rather belligerent.

Excellent stay as usual. You couldn’t ask for a more accommodating front desk staff. They are all so friendly and always want you to have the best stay possible! Rooms are clean. Bed was fresh and soooo comfortable. Nice quiet, relaxing stay.

The location was convenient for what I was in town for. The hotel was set away from the trafficked streets. It was quiet and yet accessible to restaurants and shopping.

Should run a shuttle to Palmer Square. The overnight counter woman was excellent. Very relaxing location once you find it, easy parking, but much like a higher end US1 roadside motel than a campus hotel, as it requires driving to eat or to shop.

Good value for price. Convenient to Princeton Junction train station and many eateries and shopping locations.

Clean. Comfy, quiet. Spacious room. Reasonable value. Nice spot but need a car.

It is a little remote location but for reasonable price property.

Excellent Indian restaurant was the highlight of my stay.

The hotel is dated and needs modernising. The breakfast was not good either limited selection. Not worth the money.

Hotel was ok but nothing special. They had overbooked and put us in King not Double. Breakfast was terrible. Went down at 8 all bins empty and did not look like they planned to restock. When I mentioned to a friend who had recently stayed she said same thing happened to her.

The hotel was perfectly situated for our needs (Visit to Six Flags) and close enough to New York. There is plenty of car parking, the room was comfy and plenty of room. The breakfast room was nice and good selection. The pool was clean and accessible. Nice stay, thanks

They charged for breakfast and there was nothing good to eat. I would rather go out and pay and have breakfast. Also hotel is very old property, air conditioning was noisy so I turned off and slept.

Good breakfast options. Nice, big breakfast area. Quiet and comfortable room.
